Abstract

本发明提供一种纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法。其中,在进行拉伸杆的拉伸时,使吹塑空气以预塑型坯不会与拉伸杆的除顶端以外的部分以及模具表面接触的流量流入到预塑型坯内部,能够使纵横拉伸聚酯瓶可薄壁化到平均壁厚为0.05~0.2mm程度、或者上述程度以下的厚度,减低了树脂的使用量,实现了轻量化,这样的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶不会发生破裂、不会因过度拉伸导致泛白、不会产生环状厚壁部,可高合格率,而且高效成形。

Description

纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,更详细涉及一种能够防止产生破裂或环状厚壁部且可高生产率地成形薄壁聚酯瓶的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法。
背景技术
自以往就已公知一种通过对由二甲脂等聚酯树脂构成的预塑型坯进行纵横拉伸吹塑成形而制成的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶,该纵横拉伸聚酯瓶具有优异的透明性、表面光泽、耐冲击性和阻气性,作为各种饮料、食品、液体洗涤剂等的容器而被广泛使用。
一般饮料用的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶具有0.25~0.30mm程度的平均壁厚,从削减成本、轻量化等方面来考虑,还非常希望降低使用树脂量。
从这样的观点出发,例如在日本特开平7-257534号公报上公开了这样的一种瓶状容器:进行吹塑成形而形成为其瓶身部的平均壁厚为0.25mm以下、且平均拉伸倍率为10倍以上。
但是,在这样的瓶状容器中,即使在5000mL等大容量容器的情况下能够实现轻量化,也存在2000mL以下容量相对较小的容器的情况下难以实现轻量化的问题。另外,在该瓶状容器的制法中,将纵横拉伸吹塑成形中的平均拉伸倍率设为10倍以上,但是纵向拉伸倍率处于通常的2~2.7倍的范围内,若要进一步提高纵向拉伸倍率时,会因过度拉伸引起泛白,产生分层(delamination)、破裂(burst)等问题而难以成形。
另外,在日本特开2001-122237号公报中记载有能够将容器的一部分薄壁化而实现轻量化的薄壁瓶,采用该在先技术,可将500mL左右的瓶的肩部的平均壁厚形成为0.2~0.3mm,将瓶身部的平均壁厚形成为0.02~0.05mm,且在瓶身部形成用于增强变形强度的横肋。但是在拉伸吹塑成形这种壁厚变化量较大的瓶时、以及在事先注射模塑成形预塑型坯时需要对壁厚附加上变化,而存在难于设定拉伸吹塑成形预塑型坯时的成形条件等问题。
在由本发明者提交的日本特开2003-191319号公报中记载有将平均壁厚薄壁化到0.1~0.2mm的聚酯制的纵横拉伸吹塑瓶,在该在先技术中,不出现因过度拉伸导致的泛白,能够成形可以独自竖立的薄壁的瓶状容器,并可以实现树脂使用量的削减和轻量化。
但是,在使用记载于该在先技术中的制造方法进行拉伸吹塑成形时,在吹塑成形的初始阶段,有时会产生破裂,或者即使不发生破裂也会产生环状壁厚部,因而需要谋求提高制品合格率。
即,在上述在先技术中所采用的拉伸吹塑成形中,如图1(B)所示,在吹入吹塑空气之前利用拉伸杆使预塑型坯沿纵向拉伸,因此,预塑型坯有可能接触拉伸杆,并且,如图1(C)所示,对拉伸途中接触了模型表面、降低温度而处于难于拉伸的状态的预塑型坯进行强制拉伸,从而产生破裂,或者形成分型线,产生因该分型线而发生破裂的问题,并且还会产生即使在没有发生破裂时,温度降低的部分作为环状的壁厚部而残留的问题。
发明内容
因而,本发明的目的在于提供一种纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其能够使纵横拉伸聚酯瓶薄壁化到由本发明者等利用上述在先技术获得那样平均壁厚为0.05~0.2mm程度或者上述程度以下的厚度,减低了树脂的使用量,实现了轻量化,使纵横拉伸聚酯瓶不会因过度拉伸导致泛白、不会在吹塑成形中发生破裂、或者在最终成形品上产生环状厚壁部,可高合格率,而且高效成形。
采用本发明,提供一种纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,该方法是制造利用拉伸杆对加热到拉伸温度的聚酯制预塑型坯进行拉伸,并且利用气体吹塑进行拉伸而形成为纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的方法,其特征在于,在进行上述拉伸杆的拉伸时,使吹塑空气以预塑型坯不会与拉伸杆的除顶端以外的部分以及模型表面接触的流量流入到预塑型坯内部。
在本发明的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法中,优选下述各项。
1.将在进行上述拉伸杆的拉伸时的吹塑空气的流入作为预吹塑来进行,在上述拉伸杆的拉伸结束的同时结束预吹塑,之后进行主吹塑的拉伸;
2.上述主吹塑进行的拉伸是将通过拉伸杆的拉伸而被沿纵向拉伸后的预塑型坯实质上沿圆周方向拉伸;
3.上述预吹塑的预吹塑空气流入量为纵横拉伸瓶的内部容积的10至50%;
4.上述预吹塑使压力调整为0.05至0.5MPa的吹塑空气流入;
5.上述预吹塑采用温度调整为70至250℃的吹塑空气;
6.上述预塑型坯的拉伸温度如下:预塑型坯的外表面的温度处于100至130℃的范围,并且预塑型坯外表面与内表面的温度差在2℃以内;
7.上述主吹塑采用压力调整为0.5至4.0MPa的吹塑空气;
8.上述主吹塑采用温度调整为70至250℃的吹塑空气;
9.上述拉伸杆使预塑型坯沿纵向拉伸到瓶的最终尺寸的70%以上;
10.在上述拉伸杆的拉伸中,拉伸杆的最快速度为500mm/sec以下;
11.在上述拉伸杆的拉伸中,拉伸杆顶端与预塑型坯底部内表面接触时的速度为200mm/sec以下;
12.拉伸倍率如下:纵向拉伸倍率为2.7倍以上且面积倍率为12至25倍。
在本发明的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法中,其重要特征在于,在进行拉伸杆的拉伸时,使吹塑空气以预塑型坯不会与拉伸杆的除顶端以外的部分以及模型表面接触的流量流入到预塑型坯内部来进行拉伸,由此能够使薄壁的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶不会产生破裂、环状厚壁部。高合格率地成形。
即如上所述,在进行拉伸杆的拉伸后,在由吹塑空气进行拉伸的以往的拉伸吹塑成形法中,如图1(B)所示,在进行纵向的充分拉伸之前,拉伸途中的预塑型坯与模具表面接触,预塑型坯的温度就降低,因此接触的部分在难以拉伸的状态下强制拉伸而产生破裂,或者形成分型线,该分型线如同刀具那样作用于预塑型坯上而产生破裂。另外,即使在不至于产生破裂时,接触模具表面的部分也因拉伸性恶化而不能充分拉伸,形成环状的厚壁部。
对此,在本发明的制造方法中,如图2(B)所示,在进行拉伸杆的拉伸时,吹入拉伸杆(顶端以外的部分)当然也不会与模具表面接触那样程度的流量的吹塑空气,因此如图2(C)所示,一边保持预塑型坯的温度不下降、由于加热而易于拉伸的状态,一边通过拉伸杆使预塑型坯整体沿纵向(轴向)均匀且充分地进行拉伸。
在本发明中,如图2(C)所示,在拉伸杆的拉伸结束后,也不会改变吹塑空气的流量而保持原状态继续拉伸,实质上进行沿圆周方向(周方向)的拉伸,也能够拉伸到如图2(D)所示的最终成形品的大小,但是为了使生产率提高,优选在进行拉伸杆的拉伸时以吹塑空气的流入作为预吹塑来进行,在拉伸杆的拉伸结束的同时结束预吹塑,之后进行流量比预吹塑的吹塑空气大的主吹塑的拉伸。采用该方法,能够利用主吹塑使通过拉伸杆的拉伸沿纵向进行了充分拉伸的预塑型坯再有效地沿圆周方向进行拉伸,从而可以缩短拉伸时间而高生产率地成形薄壁化的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶。

具体实施方式
预塑型坯的成形工序
本发明的制造方法所使用的预塑型坯可以采用在纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的成形中所用的公知的预塑型坯。
所用聚酯树脂可以采用自以往在纵横拉伸吹塑成形中所用的公知的聚酯树脂。
从机械性质、热特性考虑,作为构成聚酯树脂的二羧酸成分,优选二羧酸成分的50%以上、特别是80%为对苯二甲酸;当然也可以含有对苯二甲酸以外的羧酸成分。作为对苯二甲酸以外的羧酸成分,可列举出间苯二甲酸、萘二羧酸、对-β-氧基乙氧基苯甲酸(p-β-oxyethoxybenzoic acid)、联苯基-4,4′-二羧酸、二苯氧基乙烷-4,4′-二羧酸、间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠、六氢对苯二甲酸、己二酸、癸二酸等。
另一方面,从机械性质、热特性考虑,作为二元醇成分,优选二元醇成分的50%以上、特别是80%以上为乙二醇,作为乙二醇之外的二元醇成分,可以列举1,4-丁二醇、丙二醇、新戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、环己烷二甲醇、双酚A的环氧乙烷加成物、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷等。
另外也可以含有偏苯三酸、均苯四酸、苯连三酸、1,1,2,2-乙烷四羧酸、1,1,2-乙烷三羧酸、1,3,5-戊烷三羧酸、1,2,3,4-环戊烷四羧酸、3,3′,4,4′-联苯四羧酸等三官能以上的多元酸,以及季戊四醇、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷、1,2,6-己三醇、山梨糖醇、1,1,4,4-四(羟甲基)环己烷等三官能以上的多元醇。
并且还可以在聚酯树脂中将其自身公知的树脂用配合剂、例如着色剂、抗氧化剂、稳定剂、各种带电防止剂、分型剂、润滑剂、核剂等在无损最终成形品质量的范围内按照公知的处方进行配制。
用于本发明的预塑型坯可以利用以往公知的制法,例如注射模塑成形或者挤压成形等制法进行成形,所成形的预塑型坯根据需要将口部加热使其热结晶化。
本发明所采用的预塑型坯既可以是上述聚酯树脂的单层构造物,或者也可以是多层构造物,该多层构造物采用了将上述聚酯树脂作为内外层、其他热塑性树脂作为中间层、或者采用了具有阻气性,氧吸收性、氧吸收阻气性等功能的以往公知的功能性树脂组成物等。
预塑型坯的加热工序
虽然成形的预塑型坯在实施拉伸吹塑成形之前要加热到拉伸温度,但在本发明中,优选对预塑型坯进行加热时,使得将预塑型坯的外表面的温度加热到100至130℃,特别是处于115至125℃范围,并且预塑型坯外表面与内表面的温度差在2℃以内。预塑型坯的外表面温度高于130℃时,则预塑型坯会因热结晶化而泛白故不佳。另外,预塑型坯的内外表面的温度差为2℃以内时,沿其壁厚方向均匀加热,由此能够使拉伸时产成的内外表面上的热应力大致相同,能够均匀且平稳地进行拉伸,可以有效地防止由过度拉伸产生的泛白、异常收缩导致的破裂。其结果,可以高合格率地成形更薄壁化的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶。
预塑型坯的加热方法可以采用以往公知的方法进行,一般而言,常温的预塑型坯通过将红外线加热器与内表面加热器组合起来进行正式加热,加热成考虑到随着预塑型坯的搬运而发生的冷却而在吹塑成形时为上述温度范围。
图3是表示加热方法的一个例子的图,该加热方法由3个阶段的加热工序构成。
图3(A)表示采用均热装置17预先加热到65~75℃作为第1次加热(预加热)。由此形成在预塑型坯20的外表面、内表面与壁厚中央部三者之间几乎不存在温度差的状态。这样在预热预塑型坯20而使整体温度从常温上升至65~75℃后,如图3(B)所示,进行正式加热作为第2次加热,对以红外线加热器作为热源的面板的加热器箱18a与内表面加热器18b进行组合,对预塑型坯20进行加热成比拉伸温度稍微高些的温度,以便考虑到随搬运而发生的冷却而在吹塑成形时为上述拉伸温度范围。由此,利用加热器箱18a进一步以不发生加热不均的方式进行加热,能够在短时间内从经预加热升温到65~75℃的状态进行升温,并且能够极力缩小壁厚方向的温度差,从而能够抑制预塑型坯20的轴向的加热不均。
如图3(C)所示,在对该预塑型坯进行正式加热后,放入到吹塑成形的模具中进行拉伸吹塑成形,在吹塑成形即将开始之前进行作为第3次加热的局部加热。作为该3次加热的局部加热是用于,在吹塑成形时,首先使预塑型坯20的应拉伸部分当中相当于最终成形品(纵横拉伸聚酯瓶)10的肩部13和瓶身部14的上部的部分进行拉伸;并使用具有红外线加热器的热风加热器19进行加热,以弥补随预塑型坯20搬运而发生的冷却降温,从而加热到上述拉伸温度范围内的温度。
由此,在吹塑成形即将开始前,即在即将放入到吹塑模具中之前,预塑型坯20处于被加热成大致均匀的状态:其中相当于最终成形品10的肩部13和瓶身部14的上部的部分温度最高,其他部分因受到随搬运而发生的冷却的影响而温度比上述上部的部分略低一些。
从拉伸性方面来考虑优选全部进行上述3个阶段的工序,但是例如在如图3所示的装置的3个阶段工序当中,也可以只在图3(B)的工序中进行加热;而且,在该图3(B)中,也可以采用拆除了附图标记18b所示的内部加热装置的加热方式来进行加热。另外,也可以在该图3(B)的工序的前后任意添加图3的(A)或者(C)的任一个的加热方式。
纵横拉伸吹塑成形工序
接着,按照图2所示的工序图对拉伸吹塑成形的概略进行说明。
如图2(A)所示,对按上述加热条件进行了均匀加热且加热到高温的预塑型坯20的口部进行固定,在放入到吹塑模具21内的状态开始,如图2(B)所示,一边使吹塑空气以预塑型坯不会与拉伸杆的除顶端之外的部分和模具表面接触的流量流入到预塑型坯内部,一边利用拉伸杆22使预塑型坯20开始沿其轴向(纵向)拉伸。
在图2所示的具体例中,使拉伸杆22进行拉伸到最终成形品10的颈部下方至接地面的距离的大约95%的程度(图2(C)),此时正在成形的预塑型坯未与模具表面接触。
在本发明的一实施方式中,在拉伸杆的拉伸结束时刻,吹塑空气的流量不发生变化,以原来的流量进行吹塑成形,直到形成最终成形品,由此可实质上进行圆周方向的拉伸,并可使预塑型坯触到模具表面而成形为最终成形品的形状(图2(D))。
另外,在本发明的其他实施方式中,在拉伸杆的拉伸结束时刻,进行流量大于上述流量的主吹塑,由此实质上进行圆周方向的拉伸,并可使预塑型坯与模具表面接触而成形为最终成形品的形状(图2(D))。
将吹塑成形后的瓶进行热固定后,进行冷却而制成最终成形品。热固定既可以采用在吹塑成形模具中进行的单模法来进行,也可以以使用在与吹塑成形模不同的热固定用模具中进行的双模法来进行。热固定的温度一般在60至180℃的范围是合适的。
在上述拉伸杆22的拉伸中,处于如下状态:相当于最终成形品10的肩部13的部分被拉伸,并且随之相当于其瓶身部14的上部的部分继续拉伸,但预塑型坯20的相当于聚酯瓶10的瓶身部14的下部和底部15的部分几乎不被拉伸。另外,如上所述,通过在拉伸杆拉伸时流入规定流量的吹塑空气,则无论拉伸杆的直径是多少都能够预防预塑型坯与拉伸杆接触。
该预塑型坯不会与拉伸杆的除顶端以外的部分和模具表面接触的流量由于预塑型坯的大小、拉伸杆的直径或者最终成形品的形状等而不同,不能一概地规定,但可以采用调整为0.05至0.5MPa压力的吹塑空气,在最终形状如图4所示的横截面为圆形的2000mL的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的场合,优选压力处于0.05至0.1MPa的范围内。这样,通过降低吹塑空气的流量,能够抑制因自气罐流入到预塑型坯中的吹塑空气的绝热膨胀导致的温度变化,从而能够以气罐中所设定的温度进行拉伸吹塑成形。
另外,优选将该吹塑空气的温度调整为在气罐内的设定温度即60至300℃,特别是调整为100至200℃范围的温度。这样,通过将吹塑空气调整为高温,能够抑制预塑型坯的温度下降,从而可以进行均匀拉伸,可以使其高度更高地进行薄壁化。
如上所述,在本发明的拉伸吹塑成形中,使流入到预塑型坯中的吹塑空气流量以预塑型坯接不会与拉伸杆的除顶端以外的部分和模具表面接触那样的流量来进行拉伸吹塑,直到完成拉伸吹塑成形,由此也能够在不发生破裂等情况下制造出最终成形品,但从可通过缩短拉伸所需的时间来提高生产率方面考虑,优选将进行拉伸杆的拉伸时吹塑空气的流入作为预吹塑来进行,在结束拉伸杆的拉伸的同时结束预吹塑,之后进行主吹塑的拉伸。
此时,优选在拉伸杆进行拉伸时进行的预吹塑流入相当于作为最终成形品的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶内部容积的10至50%的量,特别是25至40%的量最佳。
另外,优选拉伸杆将预塑型坯沿纵向拉伸到相当于瓶的最终尺寸的颈部下方到接地面之间的距离(图4的支承环12到接地面之间的垂直距离)的70%以上的距离。若小于70%,由吹塑空气产生的拉伸量过大,特别在分为预吹塑和主吹塑中进行拉伸时,有可能由于主吹塑中进行急剧的拉伸而发生过度拉伸、成形不良、或者破裂的问题。
将凹部设在底部中央的壁厚处和底部中央时,拉伸杆在纵向的拉伸的上限当然是小于瓶的最终尺寸的颈部下方到接地面之间的距离减去凹部的深度距离的距离。一般在2000mL的聚酯瓶时,优选为瓶的最终尺寸的颈部到接地面之间的距离的95%左右。
在拉伸杆的拉伸中,拉伸杆的拉伸最高速度为500mm/sec以下,特别是处于200至400mm/sec的范围最佳,拉伸杆的顶端与预塑型坯底部内表面接触时的速度为200mm/sec以下或者暂时停止(速度为0mm/sec)最佳。
这样通过使拉伸杆缓慢地进行拉伸,可以均匀平稳地拉伸,能有效地预防因急剧的拉伸而造成的过度拉伸、成形不良或者产生破裂。
在拉伸杆拉伸结束的主吹塑优选压力调整为0.5至4.0MPa、且温度调整为60至300℃的吹塑空气,在与预吹塑中所使用的吹塑空气同样的温度下、采用压力调整到大于等于预吹塑的压力的吹塑空气可以只使用一个拉伸吹塑成形装置的气罐,因而从生产率方面来说优选。
在本发明的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法中,拉伸倍率如下所述:纵向拉伸倍率为2.7倍以上且面积倍率为12至25倍最佳,是2000mL的聚酯瓶时,优选具有70~170倍的体积倍率(体积倍率=模具体积/预塑型坯体积)。由此可获得后述的薄壁化、轻量化的最终成形品。
最终成形品
如图4所示,利用本发明的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法获得的最终成形品聚酯瓶10由未拉伸的口部11和支承环12、被拉伸的肩部13、瓶身部14和底部15构成,成形为利用设于底部15的凹部16可竖立的形状。
该聚酯瓶10实现了轻量化,并且实现了使用树脂的减少,被拉伸的肩部13、瓶身部14和底部15的平均壁厚在0.05~0.2mm的范围内,且优选在0.07~0.11mm范围内,由此,其壁厚变化量在0.1mm以内,优选在0.05mm以内,可实现大幅度的轻量化。
采用本发明的制造方法获得的聚酯瓶如4所示的具体例所示,伴随着轻量化、薄壁化,用于增强刚性、强度的增强用凸缘等加固部分并不是特别必需的,但是如采用图1所示的制法制成的以往的聚酯瓶那样,当然可以在瓶身的中央形成向内侧凹陷的环状增强用肋,在该情况下,可以采用在模具表面形成与该肋的突出部对应的拉伸吹塑模具。
实施例
通过下述实施例进一步说明本发明,但是本发明的实施方式并不限于该实施例。
实施例1
采用长度为52mm、坯身厚度为3.1mm(树脂量19g)的预塑型坯,使用如图3(B)所示的加热装置(但拆除了内部加热装置18b)加热56秒,使预塑型坯的外表面温度为115℃、内表面温度为117℃.
采用图2表示其概略的拉伸吹塑装置,以200mm/秒的速度、用拉伸杆将该加热后的预塑型坯拉伸到自支承环下方到接地面的距离的95%的位置,与此同时以0.07MPa的压力使调整到设定温度200℃的吹塑空气流入,作为预吹塑。
在拉伸杆的拉伸结束后,作为主吹塑,以2MPa的压力使调整到200℃的吹塑空气流入,以纵向拉伸倍率4.5倍、横向拉伸倍率4.6倍、体积倍率150倍的方式进行拉伸,直到成形为最终产品的形状。在拉伸结束后,以70℃的温度进行热固定,之后再进行冷却,由此制造出了1000只容量2000mL的聚酯瓶。
产生因过度拉伸导致的泛白、破裂、热泛白、环状厚壁部当中任意一种的瓶数为0只(发生率0%)。
实施例2
采用长度为77mm、坯身厚度为2.4mm(树脂量19g)的预塑型坯,使用与实施例1同样的方法加热40秒,以使预塑型坯的外表面温度为105℃,内表面温度为107℃。
使用与实施例1同样的拉伸吹塑装置,按相同的条件对所述已加热的预塑型坯进行预吹塑、主吹塑处理,以纵向拉伸倍率3.7倍、横向拉伸倍率4.5倍、体积倍率105倍的方式进行拉伸,直到成形为最终产品的形状。拉伸结束后,以70℃的温度进行热固定,之后再进行冷却,由此制造出了1000只容量2000mL的聚酯瓶。
产生因过度拉伸导致的泛白、破裂、热泛白、环状厚壁部中任意一个的瓶数为0根(发生率0%)。
比较例1
采用与实施例1中使用的预塑型坯同样的预塑型坯,用如图3所示的加热装置加热90秒,预塑型坯的外表面温度为124℃,内表面温度为125℃。
采用图1表示其概略的拉伸吹塑装置,以200mm/秒的速度,将该加热后的预塑型坯拉伸到大约2倍程度。拉伸杆结束拉伸后,以0.8MPa的压力使调整到设定温度200℃的吹塑空气流入,作为预吹塑。
接着以3MPa的压力使调整到设定温度200℃的吹塑空气流入作为主吹塑,拉伸到最终产品的形状为止。在拉伸结束后,以70℃的温度热固定,之后进行冷却,从而制造1000根容量2000mL的聚酯瓶。
产生因过度拉伸导致的泛白、破裂、热泛白、环状厚壁部当中任意一种的瓶数为450只(发生率45%)。
工业可利用性
采用本发明的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,可以将纵横拉伸聚酯瓶薄壁化到平均壁厚为0.05~0.2mm程度的厚度,能够将降低树脂的使用量、使其轻量化,这样制成的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶不会产生破裂、不会因过度拉伸导致的泛白、或者产生环状厚壁部而可高合格率、高生产率地成形。
利用该制造方法获得薄壁聚酯瓶并不受限于此,可很好地应用到矿物水等饮料用途上,通过减少树脂量而降低了成本,并且也容易被压碎,而可作为具有优异的易报废性和经济性的容器来进行使用。

Claims (13)

1.一种纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其利用拉伸杆对加热到拉伸温度的聚酯制预塑型坯进行拉伸,并且利用气体吹塑进行拉伸而成形,其特征在于,
在进行上述拉伸杆的拉伸时,使吹塑空气以预塑型坯至少不会与拉伸杆的除顶端以外的部分以及模具表面接触的流量流入到预塑型坯内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其特征在于,将进行上述拉伸杆的拉伸时的吹塑空气的流入作为预吹塑来进行,在结束上述拉伸杆的拉伸的同时结束预吹塑,之后进行主吹塑的拉伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其特征在于,上述主吹塑的拉伸是将通过拉伸杆的拉伸而被沿纵向拉伸后的预塑型坯实质上沿圆周方向拉伸。
4.根据权利要求2所述的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其特征在于,使上述预吹塑的预吹塑空气流入量为纵横拉伸瓶的内部容积的10至50%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其特征在于,上述预吹塑使压力调整为0.05至0.5MPa的吹塑空气流入。
6.根据权利要求2所述的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其特征在于,上述预吹塑采用温度调整为60至300℃的吹塑空气。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其特征在于,上述预塑型坯的拉伸温度如下:预塑型坯的外表面温度处于100至130℃的范围内,并且预塑型坯外表面与内表面的温度差在2℃以内。
8.根据权利要求2所述的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其特征在于,上述主吹塑采用压力调整为0.5至4.0MPa的吹塑空气。
9.根据权利要求2所述的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其特征在于,上述主吹塑采用温度调整为70至250℃的吹塑空气。
10.根据权利要求1所述的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其特征在于,上述拉伸杆使预塑型坯沿纵向拉伸到瓶的最终尺寸的70%以上。
11.根据权利要求1所述的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其特征在于,在上述拉伸杆的拉伸中,拉伸杆的拉伸最快速度为500mm/sec以下。
12.根据权利要求1所述的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其特征在于,在上述拉伸杆的拉伸中,拉伸杆顶端与预塑型坯底部内表面接触时的速度为200mm/sec以下。
13.根据权利要求1所述的纵横拉伸聚酯瓶的制造方法,其特征在于,拉伸倍率如下:纵向拉伸倍率为2.7倍以上且面积倍率为12至25倍。
