技术领域
本发明涉及可枢轴转动到倚靠位置(reclined position)和折叠位置的机动车座椅。
背景技术
机动车工业的竞争特性提供了发展改善的交通工具系统的连续推动力。尤其,交通工具内部部件因其与交通工具操作者和乘坐者的相互影响而特别地重要。其它设计压力来自于政府对改善燃料效率的规划和要求。后面的这些考虑常常与审美特征不一致,且燃料效率更高的交通工具往往具有非常有限的乘客室空间。
许多交通工具包括放置在有一定限制的空间中的后部交通工具座椅。改善此类座椅舒适性的策略是需要的。在典型的交通工具座椅中,后部座椅和前部座椅通常都具有缓冲角度(cushion angle),该角度不能很好地适宜于所有乘坐者,当然,这些角度可以是任意大小。在所有交通工具中,且尤其在较小的交通工具中,最好是具有折叠并提供增加的后面储存空间的座椅。
因此,需要在已有技术中改进交通工具座椅,其为交通工具乘坐者提供增加的舒适性,而且可折叠。
发明内容
本发明通过在至少一种实施方式中提供可定位在一个或多个升起位置的交通工具座椅解决了已有技术的一个或多个问题。这种实施方式的交通工具座椅包括座椅底部和座椅靠背。座椅底部包括前部部分和后部部分。座椅靠背围绕座椅底部枢轴地安装。座椅靠背可定位在倚靠位置和折叠位置。尤其,座椅靠背以及因此的交通工具座椅可有利地折叠到大致放平的构型。此特征使这种座椅对于增加交通工具中的储存空间是有用的。可枢轴转动的联接系统(pivotable link system)特质上将座椅底部的前部部分定位在降低位置以及一个或多个升起位置。这种可定位性被称为倾斜可调节性。除了提供倾斜可调节性外,本实施方式的交通工具座椅能够被折叠和/或被定位在倚靠位置。有利地,本发明的交通工具座椅提供了增加的乘坐者舒适性(尤其当定位成后部座椅时)以及增加的储存空间。

Claims (10)

扭力弹簧,所述扭力弹簧将所述座椅底部向前偏置到延伸位置或向后偏置到降低位置,其中所述座椅靠背适合于向前折叠,所述座椅靠背的移动耦合到所述联接系统的移动,使得将所述座椅靠背定位在折叠位置促使所述座椅底部移动到向前延伸的位置,从而适应折叠的所述座椅靠背,且所述座椅靠背由第一滑轮系统耦合到所述联接系统,所述第一滑轮系统脱离所述座椅底部,使得所述座椅底部可被定位在所述向前延伸的位置。

10.一种交通工具座椅,包括:
座椅底部,其具有前部部分和后部部分;
座椅靠背,其可相对于所述座椅底部枢轴转动,所述座椅靠背可定位在倚靠位置和向前位置;以及
可枢轴转动的联接系统,其将所述座椅底部的所述前部部分定位在一个或多个升起位置,所述可枢轴转动的联接系统包括:
扇形齿轮,其移动联接件,使得所述座椅底部被定位在所述一个或多个升起位置,所述扇形齿轮可被定位在与所述一个或多个升起位置相对应的一个或多个传动位置;
其中所述座椅靠背适合于向前折叠,所述座椅靠背的移动耦合到所述可枢轴转动的联接系统的移动,使得将所述座椅靠背定位在折叠位置促使所述座椅底部移动到向前延伸的位置,从而适应折叠的所述座椅靠背;且所述座椅靠背由第一滑轮系统耦合到所述可枢轴转动的联接系统,所述第一滑轮系统脱离所述座椅底部,使得所述座椅底部可被定位在所述向前延伸的位置。
