Abstract

本发明提供一种EA件的安装构造。该EA件一体具有将EA件安装到构件上的夹具,上述夹具即使车体钣金等构件的板厚发生变动,也能够牢固地安装EA件;其中,夹具包括:配置于EA件的表面部分的凸缘、自该凸缘向EA件侧突出设置的杆部、自该杆部的前端扩展并埋设于EA件中的锚固部、设于该锚固部上的缺口部以及自该凸缘向与该杆部相反的一侧突出设置的卡定体;该卡定体包括:自上述凸缘竖立的圆筒状的竖立体、自该竖立体的侧面向侧方伸出、可沿该伸出方向弹性地进退的卡定片。在将EA件安装到车体钣金时,将该夹具插入到车体钣金或的孔中,从而将EA件贴靠于车体钣金上。通过使最凸部通过孔,从而将EA件保持在车体钣金上。

Description

EA件的安装构造 
技术领域
本发明涉及EA件(冲击能量吸收件)、EA件安装用夹具以及安装构造,特别是涉及适用于汽车的车体钣金的最佳的EA件、EA件安装用夹具以及安装构造。 
背景技术
为了吸收侧面冲击(侧撞)时的冲击能量(EnergyAbsorption:EA),在汽车的门车体钣金上安装有由硬质聚氨酯泡沫构成的EA件。作为将硬质聚氨酯泡沫制EA件安装在该门车体钣金上的方法,在日本特开2004-132462号上记载有如第12a-13b图所示的构造。 
第12a图是表示日本特开2004-132462号的EA件的安装构造的大致水平方向的剖视图,第12b图是该EA件的安装构造的卡定部的侧视图,第13a图是对带卡定部的EA件的制造方法进行说明的剖视图,第13b图是第13a图的局部放大图。 
如第12a、12b图所示,由硬质聚氨酯泡沫等合成树脂构成的板状的EA件1通过夹具3安装在作为构件的车体钣金(此时为车门内饰)2上。在该车体钣金2上设有孔4作为被卡定部,夹具3卡合在该孔4中。 
该夹具3具有筒部6、锚固部(anchor)5、凸缘7和多个(该实施方式中为2个)突起8、8;上述锚固部5自该筒部6的后端朝外伸成凸边状;上述凸缘7自筒部6的前端朝外伸成凸边状;上述多个突起8、8自筒部6的前端面突出设置在与该筒部6的筒轴方向平行的方向。该突起8、8沿孔4的径向相对。 
在该突起8的突出方向的侧面上以伸向侧方的状态设有爪部8a,在该爪部8a和凸缘7之间存在有空间9。该爪部8a越接近凸缘7,向侧方的伸出高度越大,突起8、8的外侧的侧面为顶端较细状的锥面。由此,突起8、8能够容易地插入到孔4中。 
该夹具3整体由合成树脂一体地成型,突起8、8可向相互接近方向弹性变形。 
另外,在构成该夹具3的合成树脂中分布有铁氧体粒子等强磁性粒子,且通过对该强磁性粒子施行磁化处理,使夹具3成为带磁的构件。由此,该夹具3可磁性吸附保持在EA件1的成型用的模具中。 
如图第12a、12b图所示,夹具3的筒部6以及锚固部5埋设在EA件1中。在该实施方式中,凸缘7的下表面与EA件1的表面平齐,但也可以是凸缘7的上表面与EA件1的表面平齐,也可以是凸缘7的下半部埋设在EA件1中,而凸缘7的上半部自EA件1的表面突出。不过,凸缘7例如第12图所示那样自EA件1的表面突出时,通过爪部8a和凸缘7夹持车体钣金2,从而使EA件1和车体钣金2的接近、离开方向的位置关系成为唯一。 
该带夹具3的EA件1通过一边将突起8、8插入孔4中一边将其贴靠在车体钣金2上而被安装在该车体钣金2上。将EA件1按压到车体钣金2上时,突起8、8被压入到孔4中。通过将爪部8a按压到孔4的内周面,该突起8、8一边向接近方向挠曲一边插入到孔4中。于是,爪部8a穿过孔4时,突起8、8弹性恢复到原来的形状,各突起8的侧面弹性地按压孔4的内周面的同时,用爪部8a和凸缘7夹持进入到空间9的孔4的边缘部。这样,EA件1安装在车体钣金2上。 
为了制造该带夹具3的EA件1,如图第13a、13b所示那样采用由下模具10以及上模具11构成的模具,使夹具3预先保持在该上模具11的模腔面上,向模腔内供给合成树脂材料来进行成型。若采用聚氨酯等时,向下模具10内供给聚氨酯等的原液,使其发泡。 
在保持夹具3的上模具11中设有收纳该夹具3的突起8、8的凹部12。另外,在该凹部12的入口部分设有由强磁性材料(例如铁钴合金等合金,或者铁氧体等陶瓷材料)构成的环状体13。通过使该环状体13以及夹具3中的一方磁化,可将夹具3磁性吸附保持在环状体13上。 
使凸缘7的上表面磁性吸附保持在该环状体13的下表面上而进行上述成型。在模具内将合成树脂固化到规定程度后,通过使成型品脱模,能获得带夹具3的EA件1。

第12a-13b图所示的夹具3只适用于板厚与爪部8a和凸缘7之间的间隔一致的车体钣金2。 
即,在车体钣金2比第12a、12b图所示的构件厚时,爪部8a不能通过孔4,EA件1不能卡定在车体钣金2上。相反,在车体钣金2比第12a、12b图所示的板厚小时,EA件1会发生晃动。 
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种夹具、采用了该夹具的EA件和EA件的安装构造,解决了上述以往技术的问题点,即使车体钣金等构件的板厚发生变动,也能够牢固地安装EA件。 
技术方案1的EA件的安装构造,是将一体具有夹具的EA件安装到构件的构造,使用该夹具将EA件安装到构件上;上述夹具包括竖立体和卡定片;上述竖立体自该EA件向该构件侧竖立;上述卡定片自该竖立体的侧面向侧方伸出,能沿该伸出方向弹性地进退;该卡定片沿与上述竖立体的竖立方向平行的方向延伸;该卡定片的延伸方向的中途部分为向侧方伸出最多的 最凸部,比该最凸部靠竖立体前端侧的部分为越往该前端侧伸出方向高度越小的第1斜面;该卡定片的比最凸部靠EA件侧的部分为越往该EA件侧伸出方向高度越小的第2斜面;在上述构件上设有夹具卡定用孔;上述EA件贴靠于该构件,该夹具的上述竖立体被插入该孔;该夹具的上述第2斜面卡定于该孔的与EA件相反的一侧的边缘部;该夹具还包括凸缘、杆部和锚固部,上述凸缘配置于EA件的表面部分,上述杆部自该凸缘向EA件侧突出设置,上述锚固部自该杆部的前端扩展,埋设在EA件中;该竖立体自该凸缘竖立,从上述最凸部到上述第2斜面的下端的高度比上述构件的厚度大。 
也可以是上述第1斜面和第2斜面彼此的汇合地点的正下方具有短的急剧倾斜部。 
也可以是该技术方案1的上述竖立体为筒状,在其侧面设有开口,上述卡定片弹性地连接在该开口的边缘部中与凸缘相反的一侧的部分。 
也可以在上述竖立体上沿周向隔开间隔地设有多个上述卡定片。

具体实施方式
将由发泡材料等构成的缓冲件或者冲击吸收件安装在安装板上的技术方案1的安装用夹具在前端具有找孔用的多个突起部。在穿过安装板的通孔中插入上述安装用夹具时,即使是可见性较差的安装部位,也能简单地找到孔。 
另外,技术方案1的夹具的弹性卡定片具有从下部朝中间部向外侧倾斜的倾斜面和在倾斜面的最大外侧具有最高点,在最大径的最高点正下方具有短的急剧倾斜部,在急剧倾斜部的延长线上具有朝凸缘向内侧倾斜的倾斜面。在安装后,利用弹性卡定片的恢复力,顺着斜面牵引上述安装用夹具,可靠地使夹具移动到最终固定位置为止。安装作业者即使通过感觉也能够容易地确认安装工作结束。 
技术方案2的夹具中,在卡定片的中途设有最凸部,该最凸部的凸缘侧设有第2斜面。该夹具可适用于该第2斜面抵接车体钣金等构件的孔的边缘部(与EA件相反侧的边缘部)的范围的板厚的构件。 
该斜面的前端侧的第1斜面在将夹具的卡定体插入到构件的孔中时,抵接孔的内周面插入的同时,卡定片慢慢变窄。在夹具的最凸部穿过孔后,第2斜面卡定在孔的边缘部。 
另外,在将该夹具安装到带夹具的EA件的成型用模具中时,在上述最凸部通过该模具的夹具保持孔的入口后,会产生停咔嗒感,因此成型作业者能够确认夹具安装结束。关于这一点,在后面的实施方式中参照附图(第11图)进行详述。

该夹具20由合成树脂的一体成型品构成。该夹具20具有凸缘21、杆部22、支架23、缺口部24和卡定体30;上述凸缘21配置在EA件的表面部分;上述杆部22自该凸缘21突出设置在EA件侧;上述锚固部23自该杆部22的前端扩展,埋设在EA件中;上述缺口部24设于该锚固部23上;上述卡定体30自该凸缘21突出设置在该杆部22的相反侧。 
该卡定体30具有圆筒状的竖立体31和卡定片32;上述圆筒状的竖立体31自上述凸缘21竖立;上述卡定片32自该竖立体31的侧面向侧方伸出,可沿该伸出方向弹性进退。 
该卡定片32沿与竖立体31的竖立方向平行的方向延伸。该卡定片32的延伸方向的中途部分为伸向最侧方的最凸部40,该最凸部40的竖立体31前端侧为越向该前端侧伸出方向的高度越小的第1斜面41,该最凸部40的凸缘21侧为越向凸缘21侧伸出方向的高度越小的第2斜面42。 
第1斜面与竖立体31的筒轴心线方向的交叉角度优选为15~25°左右,第2斜面42与竖立体31的筒轴心线方向的交叉角度优选为20~30°左右。 
卡定片32的下端,即图中的最靠近凸缘21侧为与凸缘21平行的下端面32e。该下端面32e与凸缘21之间的距离(间隔)优选为1~5mm左右。 
筒状的竖立体31的侧面上设有沿与筒轴心线方向平行的方向延伸的2个开口33。各卡定片32弹性连接于该2个开口33、 33的边缘部中与凸缘21相反的一侧的部分。 
该实施方式中,在竖立体32上沿径向相对地设有2个开口33以及卡定片32,但也可以在竖立体31的周向上隔开间隔地设有3个以上的开口33以及卡定片32。卡定片32的数量在2~4个左右比较实用。 
竖立体31的上端呈锥状缩窄。筒状竖立体31的该周面为圆筒形,内孔为十字形,因此自竖立体31的上端突出有4个突起35。 
如图第9、10所示,该夹具20的凸缘21位于EA件1的表面部分,杆部22以及锚固部23以卡定体30自EA件1突出的状态埋设在EA件1中。 
这样,在将具有夹具20的EA件1如第9图、第10图那样安装在车体钣金2A或者2B上时,将该夹具20插入到车体钣金2A或者2B的孔4中,将EA件1贴靠在车体钣金2A或者2B上。夹具20的卡定片32抵接于孔4的内周面,因此在将夹具20压入孔4时,卡定片32像被缓缓拉入到开口33内似的向缩径方向后退。在最凸部40通过孔4时,利用卡定片32欲返回到原来形状的弹力,将第2斜面42按压到孔4的与EA件1相反侧的边缘部。由此,成为由第2斜面42和凸缘21从两侧夹住车体钣金2A或者2B的状态,从而将EA件1安装、保持在车体钣金2A或者2B上。 
在如第9图那样比较薄的车体钣金2A时,或如第10图那样比较厚的车体钣金2B时,只要孔4的与EA件1相反侧的边缘部与第2斜面42相抵接,EA件1都能牢固地被保持在车体钣金2A或者2B上。 
另外,具有该夹具20的EA件1通过如第11图所示那样将夹具20保持在EA件成型用模具50的内表面来进行成型作业而被制造。在该模具上面对模腔地设有夹具保持孔51,该孔51的入 口部分为小径部51a。 
夹具20将卡定体30压入到该孔51中而进行安装。此时,在最凸部40通过该小径部51a后会产生咔嗒感。因此,成型作业员在将夹具20安装到孔51中时,能够确认到将夹具20充分地压到了入孔51中。 
该夹具20的锚固部23上设有缺口部24,因此如第11图所示那样进行EA件的成型时,聚氨酯等树脂充分地进入到凸缘21和锚固部23之间,夹具20牢固地与EA件一体化。 
另外,因第1斜面41而可以放宽被安装板的板厚。另外,凸缘下表面被引入到被安装板的上表面为止。 
由于在卡定片32上设有阶梯,因此安装作业者能够进行安装作业的确认,能够防止不完全安装。 
在夹具20的前端设多个突起35,因此能够找到安装孔。即使在黑暗环境的作业中也能够迅速地找出孔,提高作业性。 
采用特定的形态详细地说明了本发明,但对本领域的技术人员来说,不脱离本发明的意图和范围能进行种种变更是显而易见的。 
本申请是基于2005年12月14日所提交的日本专利申请(日本特愿2005-360625),援引其全部内容。 

Claims (6)

1.一种EA件的安装构造,是将EA件(1)安装到构件(2A)的构造,该EA件(1)一体具有将EA件安装到构件上的夹具(20);其特征在于,
上述夹具(20)包括竖立体(31)和卡定片(32),上述竖立体(31)自该EA件(1)向该构件(2A)侧竖立,上述卡定片(32)自该竖立体(31)的侧面向侧方伸出,能沿该伸出方向弹性地进退;
该卡定片(32)沿与上述竖立体(31)的竖立方向平行的方向延伸;
该卡定片(32)的延伸方向的中途部分为向侧方伸出最多的最凸部(40),比该最凸部(40)靠竖立体(31)前端侧的部分为越往该前端侧伸出方向高度越小的第1斜面(41);
该卡定片(32)的比最凸部(40)靠EA件(1)侧的部分为越往该EA件(1)侧伸出方向高度越小的第2斜面(42);
在上述构件(2A)上设有夹具卡定用的孔(4);
上述EA件(1)贴靠于该构件(2A),该夹具(20)的上述竖立体(31)被插入该孔(4);
该夹具(20)的上述第2斜面(42)卡定于该孔(4)的与EA件(1)相反的一侧的边缘部;
该夹具(20)还包括凸缘(21)、杆部(22)和锚固部(23),上述凸缘(21)配置于EA件(1)的表面部分,上述杆部(22)自该凸缘向EA件(1)侧突出设置,上述锚固部(23)自该杆部(22)的前端扩展,埋设在EA件(1)中;
该竖立体(31)自该凸缘(21)竖立,从上述最凸部(40)到上述第2斜面(42)的下端的高度比上述构件的厚度(tmax)大;
在上述第1斜面(41)和第2斜面(42)彼此的汇合地点的正下方具有短的急剧倾斜部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的EA件的安装构造,其特征在于,上述竖立体(31)为筒状,在其侧面设有开口;
上述卡定片(32)弹性连接于该开口的边缘部中与凸缘相反的一侧的部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的EA件的安装构造,其特征在于,在上述竖立体(31)上沿周向隔开间隔地设有多个上述卡定片(32)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的EA件的安装构造,其特征在于,在上述锚固部(23)上设有自其外周边缘切成缺口形状的缺口部(24)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的EA件的安装构造,其特征在于,上述构件(2A)是车辆的车体钣金。
6.根据权利要求1所述的EA件的安装构造,其特征在于,上述EA件(1)由合成树脂构成。
