Abstract
本发明公开了一种锌镍渗层黑色金属防腐工艺,其步骤为:碱洗脱脂-抛丸除锈-加热渗层-水洗去灰-根据用户要求实施各种色彩封闭,其中加热渗层是将锌镍渗层和金属基体置于密封的金属容器中对容器加热,其中锌镍渗层配料由如下质量配比的粉末组分均匀混合而成,Zn粉20~30%;Ni粉0.5~1.4%、Al粉3~12%、稀土2~6%、NH4Cl氯化铵1~4%,余量为Al2O3粉末。本发明渗层硬度高,耐磨性好,不改变产品原有机械性能;渗层附着力强,可经受撞击、碾压,可焊性好;渗层可耐湿热,耐酸碱;渗层厚度均匀致密,成品外观均匀性好;加工过程无三废排放,属清洁生产工艺,环境友好。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种专门针对黑色金属的防腐技术,具体指一种在黑色金属表面形成
锌镍渗层的金属防腐工艺。背景技术
[0002] 金属防腐蚀技术主要是通过对物体表面进行特殊的处理,形成一层保护层,使物体在各种腐蚀性物质或环境的作用下所引起的破坏或变质的反应减缓,以达到延长物体使用寿命的目的。常见的金属防腐技术主要有电镀锌、热浸锌、碳氮共渗和达克罗等,这些处理技术各有优缺点,有的在处理过程中会污染环境,如电镀锌和热浸锌工艺;有的处理过程能耗高、成本高,同时会影响基体的机械性能,如热浸锌和碳氮共渗工艺;还有的成品防腐性能,如盐雾实验、抗S02性能差,硬度相对低,比如电镀锌和热浸锌工艺。达克罗处理技术是上述几种方法中相对较好的一种,但存硬度低,耐磨性差,抗S02性能差等不足,时间一长,在不断的摩擦和撞击下,容易损坏。
发明内容
[0003] 针对现有金属防腐技术存在的上述不足,本发明的目的是提供一种专门针对黑色金属的防腐工艺,它通过特殊的处理方法在金属的表面形成一层锌镍渗层,本工艺不污染环境、基体的机械性能不受影响、能耗低、成品综合性能优良。
[0004] 本发明的目的是这样实现的:锌镍渗层黑色金属防腐工艺的工艺步骤为:
[0005] (1)碱洗脱脂_对黑色金属基体进行碱洗脱脂处理,脱脂清洗水ra值为7. 5-8. 5 ;
[0006] (2)抛丸除锈_对第一步处理后的黑色金属进行抛丸除锈处理;

质量配比的粉末组分均匀混合而成,Zn粉20〜30% ;Ni粉0. 5〜1. 4%、A1粉3〜12%、
稀土 2〜6% 、 NH4C1氯化铵1〜4% ,余量为A1203粉末;

[0012] 2、渗层附着力强,确保金属构件20年不锈;可经受撞击、碾压,可焊性好。
[0013] 3、渗层可耐湿热,耐酸碱,中性盐雾试验可达600小时以上,封闭后可达1000小时。
[0014] 4、渗层厚度均匀致密,成品外观均匀性好,特别适于螺纹件、铸锻件等复杂工件。
[0015] 5、渗层表面经封闭可按用户需要涂装各种颜色。
[0016] 6、加工过程无三废排放,属清洁生产工艺,环境友好。
[0017] 7、投资小,上马快,生产效率高,耗料省,成本低,原料来源广。具体实施方式

[0023] 在第(4)步水洗去灰后也可以根据用户要求实施各种色彩封闭。[0024] 整个工艺过程无酸洗和污染环境的六价铬等重金属的参与与排放,洗灰水澄清后可重复利用;沉底的灰干燥后可再用;脱脂清洗水K1值为7. 5_8. 5,完全达到国家一级排放标准;因而该技术无三废排放,友好环境。
[0025] 加热渗层温度为370°C _450°C,比热浸锌温度低20(TC左右,因而节能效果显著。[0026] 加热渗层过程是在密封的金属容器中完成,渗层厚度均匀可控,无热浸锌过程的酸雾、锌蒸汽挥发和镀锌层的厚薄不均、流挂、盲孔螺纹积液现象,因而不仅防腐层外观质量优于热浸锌,而且比热浸锌省锌15%左右。另外工作环境优于热浸锌,有利工人劳动保护。

[0028] 锌镍渗层技术是一种铁素体状态下的化学热处理,是在一定条件下钢铁件与锌、
铝、镍、稀土等多种元素充分接触加热,使锌、铝、镍等多元金属原子均匀扩散入钢铁制品表
面,在制品表面形成锌、铝、镍、铁比例不同的金属间化合物-合金共渗层,它与基材的电位
差小于纯锌层与基材的电位差,作为阴极保护层,其防腐寿命自然长于同样厚度的纯锌防
腐层。本技术与原粉末渗锌不同的是:配方中加入了铝、镍和稀土等多种元素,改善了渗层
的组织结构,提高了耐磨性、韧性和高温耐蚀性。

[0030] 3. 1、复合防腐层中性盐雾试验600小时以上不出红锈;[0031] 3. 2、复合防腐层二氧化硫试验120小时以上不出红锈;[0032] 3. 3、锌镍渗层硬度可达300HV以上;[0033] 3. 4、锌镍渗层厚度可达30-100微米,可调;[0034] 3. 5、复合防腐层颜色可按用户要求制作。
[0035] 3. 6、锌镍渗层较热浸锌节电20_25%,节水100%,省锌15% ,即平均每吨节电50度,节水2吨,节锌5公斤。
[0036] 3. 7、锌镍渗层工艺属友好环境的清洁生产工艺。
[0037] 由于渗层过程是依靠金属表面铁置换锌、铝、镍等与活化剂生成物中的合金元素,使之游离,而使合金元素逐步渗入金属表面,在金属表面形成共渗层。共渗层又分两层,外层厚约10微米左右,由Fe、Zn、Al、Ni等多相固溶体组成,内层为Zn、Al、Ni在基体中的扩散层,约50微米左右,因其呈白亮色,又称白亮层。由于渗层需靠Fe的参与方能完成,故本技术仅局限于黑色金属防腐。

- 锌镍渗层黑色金属防腐工艺,其特征在于:其工艺步骤为:(1)碱洗脱脂-对黑色金属基体进行碱洗脱脂处理;(2)抛丸除锈-对第一步处理后的黑色金属进行抛丸除锈处理;(3)加热渗层-将锌镍渗层配料和金属基体置于密封的金属容器中对容器加热,边加热边旋转容器,转速为5-10转/分钟,加热温度为370℃-450℃,其中锌镍渗层配料由如下质量配比的粉末组分均匀混合而成:Zn粉20~30%;Ni粉0.5~1.4%、Al粉3~12%、稀土2~6%、氯化铵1~4%,余量为Al2O3粉末;(4)水洗去灰即得制品。
- 2. 根据权利要求l所述的锌镍渗层黑色金属防腐工艺,其特征在于:在第(4)步水洗去灰后根据用户要求实施各种色彩封闭。
- 3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的锌镍渗层黑色金属防腐工艺,其特征在于:所述第(1)步碱洗脱脂中脱脂清洗水PH值为7. 5-8. 5。
