Abstract

背景技术
例如雨传感器(常常被结合为雨/光传感器)的设备通过插入透明弹性联接层按压到车辆的前风挡玻璃的内表面上。例如由硅树脂材料组成的此联接层在特定的一段时间之后附着到窗格玻璃以及传感器的联接表面。当损坏的前风挡玻璃被更换后,传感器只有在其可以不损坏地从前风挡玻璃成功分离时才可以再次使用。但是,如果联接层在从前风挡玻璃分离过程中被撕破,损坏的传感器的更换也很困难,并且工作强度很大。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种简单的工具,通过该工具可以使传感器以柔和的方式从前风挡玻璃分离。

具体实施方式
在图中示出的工具10是平坦的、细长的凸耳形式的冲压金属片部件。在凸耳体的一个纵向端部,工具具有三个从其自由冲压、并成大约15度的角度倾斜的锁扣舌部12,并具有一个大约在两个纵向端部之间的中心的小圆孔14。在另一个纵向端部,凸耳体具有一个形成握持开口的较大的圆孔16。加强卷边(beading)18在与锁扣舌部间隔开的区域上沿着凸耳体的外周压印而成。
该工具特别地适合于协助从车辆的前风挡玻璃分离雨传感器或雨/光传感器,下面将参照图5-8进行更详细的描述。
在图5-8中,传感器以平行六面体形状的传感器壳体20的简化形 式进行说明。通过插入透明硅树脂材料构成的联接层22,将传感器壳体压靠在车辆的前风挡玻璃24的内表面上。此外,保持框架26被紧固(具体地,被粘合)到前风挡玻璃24的内表面。保持框架26包围传感器壳体20并与其分开一小段距离,从而形成环绕壳体20的窄的间隙28。
如图7所示,现在将工具10引入间隙28中,即,沿与前风挡玻璃24垂直的方向并使锁扣舌部面对传感器壳体20。在锁扣舌部12伸入窄的间隙28中的时候,锁扣舌部12在凸耳体的平面的方向上稍稍弯曲。传感器壳体在其面对前风挡玻璃并与其轻微间隔开的表面上具有暴露的边缘20a。如果工具10被更深地推入间隙28中,那么锁扣舌部12最终在传感器壳体20的暴露的边缘20a后面接合。通过这样,锁扣舌部弹性地回弹进入其倾斜位置。同时,被引入间隙28内的工具的端部推靠前窗格玻璃的表面。这两个过程都包括清楚地可注意到的锁扣声音。操作者现在可以确定该工具被接合到间隙28中,并且实际的分解过程可以开始了。
为了这样做,在下面的步骤中一个简单的杠杆工具30被推动通过工具10的孔14。这可以是杆或改锥,其能够易于抓握。被推动通过开口14的杠杆工具30的端部在传感器壳体上距离工具10最远的端部处被施力以承载在其顶部上,如图8所示。然后杠杆工具30的自由端被抓紧并被慢慢抬起。杠杆工具30的旋转运动被转化为通过工具10传递到传感器壳体20上的牵引力并允许传感器壳体从前风挡玻璃24抬起。利用抬起工具30的进一步向上的运动,邻近工具20的传感器壳体20的端部被释放,并且其开始围绕其距离工具10最远的边缘旋转。用这种方法,该设备柔和地并且对传感器壳体20或联接层22无损害地从前风挡玻璃24分离。
Claims (5)
1.一种协助对设备进行分离的工具,所述设备具有平坦地附着在窗格玻璃上的壳体,所述壳体具有面对窗格玻璃并与窗格玻璃稍稍间隔开的表面,并且所述表面具有暴露的边缘;所述工具的形状形成为具有纵向端部的凸耳,在所述纵向端部上布置有至少一个接合构件,所述接合构件适于在壳体表面的暴露的边缘处接合,所述凸耳的体部在与所述接合构件纵向间隔开的区域中设有用于接合杠杆工具的开口或凹槽。
2.按照权利要求1所述的工具,其中,所述接合构件是弹性锁扣元件。
3.按照权利要求2所述的工具,其中,所述凸耳是冲压金属片部件,并且所述锁扣元件从金属片部件的体部自由冲压出来并向金属片部件的体部弯曲。
4.按照权利要求1所述的工具,其中,所述凸耳沿其外周的至少一部分设有加强卷边。
5.按照权利要求1所述的工具,其中,凸耳中与接合构件相反的纵向端部具有握持开口,并且用于杠杆工具的开口或凹槽位于凸耳的两个相反的纵向端部之间。
