Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车轮胎、飞机轮胎及人力车轮胎构成的多子胎自补防爆轮胎,属轮胎制造领域。
背景技术
公开号CN1483610A、名称“螺旋状多腔体防爆轮胎”,该轮胎由内胎、外胎、车圈、轮毂、气阀嘴构成,采用2~16个独立的形状为螺旋状内胎,形成独立的互不相通的多气腔体,在每个内胎上都设置气阀嘴。其存在的不足之处:一是2~16个独立互不相通的多气腔体,只要有一个被扎破,虽然避免了胎爆所引发的交通事故,但该2~16个气腔体由于呈连体结构,因此无法单独更换,需要整胎折下后进行修补;二是2~16个内胎上设置气阀嘴,存在慢泄气的情况,困难的是无法快速判别,需借助于气压表逐个检查;三是由于轮胎中没有设置备用胎,当内胎中的子胎被扎破后,无法及时进行补充,造成被扎破轮胎压力小于其它轮胎。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种一是轮胎的内胎由多个独立的且可更换的子胎构成,以避免背景技术存在的无法单独更换的不足;二是多个子胎内的气压相等且不设阀嘴,以避免其慢泄气的不足;三是在轮胎内设置备用胎,以解决轮胎子胎中个别子胎被扎破后所产生的气压不足的现象,保证四轮轮胎的气压处于相对的平衡,确保行车安全;四是对于轮胎而,确保其被扎破的瞬间,能够迅速的进行封堵。
设计方案:1、轮胎的内胎由多个独立且可更换的无气阀嘴子胎构成,是本发明的特征之一,该种结构的优势在于:一是多条子胎均是独立的、气压相等,其结构形式可以是多种多样,一旦某条子胎发现被扎破,可以方便更换;二是由于在子胎中没有设置气阀嘴,因此不存在慢泄气的缺陷;三是多条子胎并列构成轮胎的内胎,可以有效地避免由于爆胎所引发的交通事故。2、子胎与轮毂间相同结构的备用子胎的设计,是本发明的特征之二,在子胎与轮毂间设置备用子胎的目的在于:当轮胎中构成内胎的多条子胎中的某一条子胎被扎破时,其备用胎能够根据其压力的受压变化而通过自带气包或气罐或泵自动地对备用子胎进行充气,使其迅速膨胀,以弥补由于被扎破子胎所产生的轮胎气压不足的缺陷,保持轮胎气压的一致性。

本发明与背景技术相比,一是轮胎的内胎由无气阀嘴的多个子胎及备用胎构成的结构设计,不仅解决了子胎被扎破后的快捷更换,而且其备用胎的设计确保了轮胎气压的恒定,确保了飞机轮胎、机动车辆轮胎及非机动车轮胎的行驶安全。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1~3。多子胎自补防爆轮胎,它包括轮毂5及外胎1,外胎1内的内胎2由2条或2条以上的子胎构成,外胎的内侧置有金属链板3,所述的子胎为弯管夹楔形5时,子胎内充满气体,不设气门,楔形气块7用于弥补弯管所产生楔形空间,其轮毂4上装有备用内胎6且设有气门。
多子胎自补防爆轮胎的补气方法,当外胎内的一条或2条或多条子胎被扎破,轮胎气压达不到其设定值的范围时,①轮胎中的气压传感器在检测后气压不足的信号时,指令车内气泵对失压或减压处的备用内胎进行充气,使其快速填充被扎子胎带来的失压或减压空间。②轮胎中的气压传感器在检测后气压不足的信号时,向出报警信息,驾驶员通过外接气泵对失压或减压处的备用内胎进行充气,使其快速填充被扎子胎带来的失压或减压空间。③轮胎中的气压传感器在检测后气压不足的信号时,指令备用内胎内压缩气袋(或瓶)对位于轮毂和子胎间的一条或2条或多条备用内胎进行充气,使其快速填充由于子胎被扎破后轮胎所产生的气压不足。
