技术领域
本发明涉及一种线性滚动轴承,其中导向架可以在导轨上纵向移动地引导。
背景技术
例如在DE 44 13 373中公开了一种线性滚动轴承,其中导向架被纵向移动地设置在导轨上。该导向架为了滚动体的环行围绕而设有多个环行的滚动体通道。每个滚动体通道具有载荷段、回程段和两个将载荷段与回程段连接的转向段。在载荷段中,滚动体在导轨和导向架的滚动轨道上滚动。在回程段中,滚动体无载荷地回导。在转向段中,滚动体从载荷段转回或转向到回程段中。每个转向段具有内转向部和外转向部,内转向部设有内部的转向轨道,外转向部设有外部的转向轨道。外转向部以塑料制成的导向架的顶端一体地成型。内转向部以单独的、同样像顶端那样固定在导向架的支承体端面上的塑料件构成。尤其对于高的旋转速度而言,围绕的滚动体施加给转向段非常大的离心力。如果例如内转向部未被正确地固定,便会导致内转向部与外转向部之间不期望的错位。此外对于在装配导向架时的正确定位而言,为了滚动体的正确围绕必须不仅要考虑内转向部,而且也要考虑外转向部。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种按照权利要求1前序部分特征所述的线性滚动轴承,其可以简单地制造并保证滚动体在转向段中正确地转向。
按照本发明,该目的通过下述内容得以解决,即,转向段的内转向部与外转向部一体地彼此连接。零件的数量得以减少,并且无需对内转向部和外转向部彼此进行定位。利用这种方法提供了一种相对于已知线性滚动轴承可更为简单地制造的线性滚动轴承,并且保证了滚动体在转向段中的正确引导。
转向段可以分别在导向架的顶端构成,载荷段在导向架的支承体上构成,其中顶端一体地与各转向段连接。单纯从现行的密封来看可以因此而形成紧密的顶端靠在导向架支承体的端面上,而不必安装大量的单个零件。
根据已知的方式近似呈U形的导向架设有两个用于围绕导轨的臂,其中在每个臂上设有优选两个彼此平行设置的、环行滚动体通道的载荷段,其中近似呈U形的顶端分别具有两个通过连接段一体地连接的臂段。
在每个臂段上可以一体地构成一个、优选两个转向段。
当按照发明的线性滚动轴承遭受辐射时会不期望地加速转向段所用塑料的老化过程。在这种情况下对本发明做出如下改型,即,转向段由在这种使用条件下比塑料更加适用的金属形成。
在本发明的一种有利的改型中做出了如下设置,即,用金属制造转向段并且以精密铸造法制造转向段。以紧密铸造法可以生产出高精度的产品。
在按照发明的线性滚动轴承的一种制造方法中做出了如下设置,即,支承体和顶端被分开地制造并且由金属制成,其中每个转向段都以紧密铸造法制造。就此而言的顶端可以一体地与各个转向段连接。
利用下述方法可以制出高精度的顶端:首先用比钢熔点低的材料制成顶端的模具。然后用耐火的涂层材料、优选用陶瓷材料涂覆该模具。在该涂层材料凝结或固化之后,将该模具埋入造型材料并与造型材料一起进行烧制。在这个烧制过程中,模具的低熔点的材料在型腔释出的情况下熔化。然后使得熔化的、用于形成顶端的金属灌入型腔中。当这种熔化的金属固化之后,经烧制的造型材料和耐火材料在释出当前已固化顶端的情况下被去除。这样形成的顶端可以视情况在导向架的支承体上凸出成型而无需进一步加工。
模具可以首先由多个零件组装,其中模具形成近似U形的顶端,该顶端分别具有两个通过连接段彼此连接的臂段,其中每个臂段具有至少一个具有内转向部和外转向部的转向段。

具体实施方式
图1至图4示出的按照本发明的线性滚动轴承具有导向架1,其可在导轨2上纵向移动地引导。导向架1包括支承体3和端侧在支承体3上凸出成型的顶端4。
近似U形构成的导向架1以其两臂5包围在导轨2的两个纵向侧面上。每个顶端设有一致的臂段6和将这两个臂段6连接的连接段7。
导向架1设有四个环行的滚动体通道8,它们中的每两个重叠安置并被设置在导向架1的臂5上。由球体构成的滚动体9环行地围绕在每个滚动体通道8中。滚动体通道8具有载荷段10、回程段11和两个将回程段11与载荷段10连接的转向段12。载荷段10和回程段11可在图2中看到。臂5的两个转向段12可在图3与4中清楚看到。
在图3与4中示出了顶端4,其中以不同的截面示出了两臂5之一的两个转向段12。顶端5完全由金属以精密铸造法制成。在精密铸造法中可以使用各种各样的钢,例如渗碳钢、优质钢、氮化钢、工具钢、高速钢、不锈-以及耐酸钢,也可以是NE-金属。
从图3和4中可以清楚地看到,每个转向段具有外转向部13和内转向部14,其中外转向部13设有外部的转向轨道15,内转向部14设有内部的转向轨道16。外转向部13与内转向部14按照精密铸造法一体地制成并彼此连接。
顶端4还设有润滑通道17以用于将润滑物带入环行的滚动体通道8区域中。
一体地制造带有转向段12的顶端4可以确保内转向部14与外转向部13彼此正确定位,从而使得滚动体5可以尤其在转向段12中正确地转向。当按照本发明的线性滚动轴承遭受例如辐射时,推荐使用钢作为顶端4的材料。

Claims (13)

1.线性滚动轴承,具有适用于沿着导轨(2)纵向移动引导的导向架(1),该导向架为了让滚动体(9)环行地围绕而具有环行的滚动体通道(8),该滚动体通道具有载荷段(10)、回程段(11)和两个将载荷段(10)与回程段(11)连接的转向段(12),其中滚动体(9)在载荷段(10)内能够在滚动轨道(10a,10b)上滚动,在回程段(11)内能够无载荷地回导,并且在处于载荷段(10)和回程段(11)之间的转向段(12)内能够转向,其中转向段(12)分别具有内转向部(14)和外转向部(13),内转向部(14)设有内部转向轨道(16),外转向部(13)设有外部转向轨道(15),其特征在于,所述转向段(12)的所述内转向部(14)和所述外转向部(13)一体地彼此连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的线性滚动轴承,其中,所述导向架(10)包括支承体(3)和两个在端侧设置在支承体(3)上的顶端(4),所述转向段(12)构成在每一所述顶端(4)处并且所述载荷段(10)构成在所述导向架(1)的支承体(3)处,其中所述顶端(4)各自与各转向段(12)一体地连接。
3.按权利要求2所述的线性滚动轴承,其中,所述导向架(1)近似为U形且设有两个用于围绕导轨(2)的臂(5),其中在每个臂(5)上设有所述环行的滚动体通道(8)的至少一个载荷段(10),其中所述顶端(4)近似为U形且各自具有两个通过连接段(7)一体地彼此连接的臂段(6)。
4.按权利要求3所述的线性滚动轴承,其中,在每个臂(5)上设有环行的滚动体通道(8)的两个彼此平行设置的载荷段(10)。
5.按权利要求3或4所述的线性滚动轴承,其中,在每个臂段(6)上一体地构成至少一个转向段(12)。
6.按权利要求3或4所述的线性滚动轴承,其中,在每个臂段(6)上一体地构成两个转向段(12)。
7.按权利要求1所述的线性滚动轴承,其中,转向段(12)由金属形成。
8.按权利要求7所述的线性滚动轴承,其中,转向段(12)以精密铸造法制造。
9.用于制造按权利要求2所述线性滚动轴承的方法,其中,所述支承体(3)和所述顶端(4)分开地制造并由金属形成,其中每个转向段(12)以精密铸造法制成。
10.按权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述顶端(4)一体地与转向段(12)连接并以精密铸造法制成。
11.按权利要求10所述的方法,其中,用比钢熔点低的材料制成所述顶端(4)的模具并且用耐火的涂层材料涂覆该模具,在涂层材料凝结或固化之后将该模具埋入造型材料并与造型材料进行烧制,其中借助烧制过程使得模具的低熔点材料在型腔释出的情况下熔化并使得熔化的、用于形成所述顶端(4)的金属灌入型腔中,其中经烧制的造型材料和耐火材料在释出已固化所述顶端(4)的情况下被去除。
12.按权利要求11所述的方法,其中,用陶瓷材料涂覆所述顶端(4)的模具。
13.按权利要求11或12所述的方法,其中,用多个零件形成的模具构建U形的所述顶端(4),所述顶端(4)各自具有两个通过连接段(7)彼此连接的臂段(6),其中每个臂段(6)具有至少一个具有内转向部(14)和外转向部(13)的转向段(12)。
