Abstract
使用零准备平板模切,平板模切机的裁切板/台板/对应物的顶部表面通过激光或其他方法蚀刻或雕刻来形成“阴式”槽。所述槽应足够深和宽,以容纳所用裁切印版的阳式裁切刀。尽管不希望裁切刀与槽的底部接触,但是由于机器使用年限和/或磨损或者操作人员的能力或偏好的原因仍可能出现。零准备的基本原理保持不受影响。裁切板/台板可以是单层或多层排版,且应同时固定并对准成使得裁切印版被装载并定位。使用中心线、定位销、或对准二者的任何其他方法,阴式槽必须与阳式裁切刀对准并容纳阳式裁切刀,以实现模切半成品或形状的期望设计的净裁切。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种平板模切包装半成品的工具组及其使用方法。
背景技术
在包装和其它部门中,为了从适于销售的模切“半成品”切断废弃区域,目前的平板模切(flat-bed die cutting)方法依靠从印版(附图1)伸出的裁切刀来切入纸板或其它材料,并在足够压力下与裁切表面或台板进行接触,以实现整齐裁切(附图1)。每个模切印版(die-cutting Forme)都具有设置的裁切刀和折痕尺(creasing rule),以将半成品切成所需的形状。当胶合或类似地接合或成形时,半成品被制成为波纹箱或纸板箱或盘。该平板模切方法是采用平板模切的许多其它行业的特点。
平板模切依靠包含裁切刀的裁切印版以这样一种过程来裁切/冲压半成品/形状,在这个过程中,裁切刀穿过材料/板并与裁切板/台板进行接触以实现裁切并因此实现适于销售的区域与废弃区域的分离。折痕尺接触表面以产生划线,从而允许材料被精确折叠成预定结构。
由于由模切的接触方法所引起的台板和裁切尺的不均匀磨损,可能会产生长的准备时间,而且可能会经常产生。还有裁切刀的垂直误差的个别问题,如果在印版的所有裁切区域内没有固定成一致的90度,裁切刀就更加缺乏均匀性。
实现均匀裁切的当前及通常的方法是通过将不可压缩带固定到印版背面的板来“压紧”不裁切的刀。太少的带没有效果,而太多的带意味着去除某些或原先裁切的刀的带。机械人员将该“准备”阶段称作“追自己的尾巴(chasing their tail)”再平常不过了。该阶段还可被称为拼补(Patch up)。
显然,这意味着因“固定”问题的反复试验法而损失生产时间。这造成早已不准确的印版或台板表面上的更多损坏/磨损。偶尔,机械人员会选择 增加印版和台板间的压力,以迫使没有裁切的刀裁切,而不需要带。这种近似方法将缩短刀具寿命,且在某些场合,刀可被损坏并可能需要更换。这是极端的,但没什么不寻常的。
发明内容
为了克服导致损失生产时间的延长的准备时间问题,零准备(ZeroMake Ready)方法建议,借助于阴式裁切板(female Cutting Plate)内的蚀刻或雕刻的槽,通过避免裁切刀与台板表面接触,来显著缩短准备时间,或消除裁切刀还有台板/裁切板上的磨损。也不需要关于机械调整的会形成裁切不完全或不准确的产品的反复试验准备方法,从而减少废弃产品,而这样的废弃产品必然是反复试验调整的副产品。
采用该新式零准备方法不能保证刀和槽的底部绝对零接触。这可能归于操作人员的技术水平、操作人员的选择、或因任何理由包括年限和/或磨损引起的机器精度的确实缺乏。如果有最小量接触,仍能实现零准备。
本发明的一个实施例中,提供了一种方法,其在平板模切中使用裁切尺或刀和包括裁切表面的台板或阴式裁切板/对应物从材料废弃区域分离包装半成品,所述方法涉及进入相应槽的所述裁切尺或所述刀,所述槽周期性地容纳所述裁切尺或所述刀,尽管不希望,但是在某些情况所述刀或所述裁切尺可能接触所述槽的底部,且仍能实现零准备。
进一步地,所述裁切尺或所述刀在受控压力下进入蚀刻或雕刻的槽,以完美地实现裁切,而不接触所述台板/阴式/对应物,并随后缩回并返回至起始点。
本发明的另一个实施例中,提供了一种刀具组,其用于上述的从材料废弃区域分离包装半成品的方法中,所述刀具组包括印版(阳式)和台板或裁切板(阴式),所述印版(阳式)包含裁切刀,所述台板或裁切板(阴式)独特地相应于所述台板并在所述台板内具有零准备(ZMR)平板模切槽,其中所述刀具组应按阳式/阴式关系装载在平板模切机上。
进一步地,所述方法不需要用于模切的准备。

发明详述
与之前所描述的不同,新式零准备平板模切方法通过无需裁切刀在任何时间接触任何表面而提供了解决方案。刀穿过波纹纤维板或实心纸板(或其它材料),并在机器再次循环开始时返回到起始点前进入台板或裁切板的槽(附图2)。
可以是单层或多层且在机械调整期间与裁切印版(阳式)对准的台板或裁切板(阴式/对应物)顶部表面通过激光或其它方法蚀刻或雕刻,以形成相应的或相对的槽来容纳进入的刀或多个刀。槽只需要足够深和宽,以容纳进入及缩回的刀。槽将成形为最佳地容纳裁切刀的轮廓。将依然以个人的最优方式来完成废料的切口(notching)或固定,以有助于通过自动或半自动机器转移。
当裁切刀进入裁切板(阴式/对应物)的槽时,这时,可用在每个点处都穿过并越过材料裁切的印版的裁切刀来调整机器,因此,不需要“准备”带来校正刀在印版中的垂直误差,或校平确实不均匀的裁切表面。
因此,调整次数限于阳式和阴式刀具组在机器上的装载。运行调节绝对最小,或甚至可能消除。废弃产品也减少了,同样地不再需要反复试验准备调节。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于从材料废弃区域裁切包装半成品的刀具组,所述刀具组包括印版和台板或裁切板,所述印版包含裁切刀,所述刀具组应按阳式、阴式关系装载在平板模切机上,其中所述台板或裁切板相应于所述印版,并且相应于所述裁切刀,在所述台板或裁切板内具有零准备平板模切槽,所述零准备是指借助于所述裁切板内的蚀刻或雕刻的槽,通过避免所述裁切刀与所述台板或裁切板的表面接触,来缩短准备时间或消除所述裁切刀以及所述台板或裁切板上的磨损。
2.如权利要求1所述的刀具组,其中所述槽容纳所述裁切刀的轮廓。
3.如权利要求1所述的刀具组,其中所述槽在所述台板或裁切板的顶部表面蚀刻或雕刻形成。
4.如权利要求3所述的刀具组,其中所述槽通过激光的方法形成。
5.如权利要求3所述的刀具组,其中所述刀具组完成废料的切口或固定,以有助于通过自动或半自动机器转移所述废料。
6.一种通过使用权利要求1-5中任一刀具组在平板模切中从材料废弃区域分离包装半成品的方法,其中所述台板或裁切板包括裁切表面,并且所述裁切刀穿过材料,进入所述槽以实现裁切,所述槽周期性地容纳所述裁切刀。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述裁切刀在受控压力下进入所述槽,以实现裁切,并随后缩回并返回至起始点。
