Abstract
本发明涉及一种带有一个螺母(2)、一个螺栓(4)和一个减振件(6)的固定装置,该固定装置用于把一个汽车组件的外壳(20)固定在一个支架(30)上。根据本发明,螺母(2)、螺栓(4)和减振件(6)被预组装成一个预组装件(10),该预组装件可嵌入该汽车组件的外壳(20)的一个准备好的孔(22)中,其中螺栓(4)支承着位于汽车组件外壳(20)内的减振件(6)。
Description
背景技术
本发明涉及一种按独立权利要求1所述的那类固定汽车组件用的固定装置。
图4表示汽车中在支架30上固定一个液压件外壳20用的一种公知的固定装置。如图所示,这种常规的固定装置包括一个螺母2、一个螺栓4、一个弹性减震件6和一个挡套8,其中,螺栓4以高的压入力压入外壳20的一个孔中,而弹性减震件6则活动地套装在螺栓4上。图4A表示该常规固定装置处于起始状态,亦即螺母2只套在螺栓4上而未拧紧。图4B表示该固定装置处于固定状态,亦即螺母2已用一个转矩拧紧,且弹性减震件6已通过挡套8被压到挡套8的挡板。在拧紧螺母2时,液压件20在箭头方向内运动并通过作用的转矩固定在支加30上。
发明内容
与之比较,具有独立权利要求1特征的本发明固定装置的优点是:固定装置的主要零件象螺母、螺栓和弹性减振件被预组装成一个预组装件,该预组装件可嵌入一个汽车组件的外壳的一个准备好的孔中。因为由螺栓支承的弹性性减震件在嵌入准备好的外壳孔中后完全位于汽车组件的外壳中,这就以有利的方式改善固体声消声并减少共振。此外,通过预组装的预组装件有利于地在装入汽车时减少安装时间并由此减少生产成本。因为本发明的固定装置以比常规固定装置较小的压入力与汽车部件的上述外壳连接,所以本发明的固定装置可在现场简便地适配用户所用的各种支架。
通过从属权利要求列出的诸多措施和改进方案,可有利地改进独立权利要求中给出的固定装置。
特别有利的是,所述螺栓有凹槽来,该凹槽与套上的减震件产生形状配合连接。从而以有利的方式防止了套上的减震件的滑脱。
为了防止该密封件在嵌入准备好的孔中时产生移动,在螺栓上以有利的方式为该密封件构成了一个止挡凸缘。
为了使预组装件与外壳敛缝(Verstemmung),围绕该孔的外壳材料可产生塑性变形,这样,在预组装件嵌入准备好的孔中时以有利的方式实现轴向固定而无须附加件。此外,通过使用可产生塑性变形的材料,减少了压入力。

本发明的固定装置例如可用于在一个支架上固定由液压单元、优选是由液压泵构成的汽车部件,该支架例如设计成支承弓或支承角。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明固定装置包括一个在图1A中示出的螺母2、一个在图1B中示出的螺栓4和一个在图1C中示出的减振件6,这些零件被预组装成一个在图1D中示出的预组装件10。为了预组装,螺栓4有一个凹槽4.4,该凹槽与插装上的减振件6产生形状配合连接,从而防止减振件6从螺栓4滑脱。此外,螺母2被拧到螺栓4的螺纹段4.2上。为了防止在嵌入一个准备好的孔22中时密封件6产生移动,在螺栓4上为密封件6设置了一个止挡凸缘4.3。
图2表示嵌入了一个汽车组件的外壳20上的一个准备好的孔22内的预组装件10。如图2所示,由螺栓4支承的减振件6在所示实施例中完全位于要被固定的汽车组件的外壳20上的孔22中。围绕孔22的外壳材料在预组装件10嵌入孔22中时产生塑性变形,从而使预组装件10与外壳20敛缝并实现轴向固定。在所示实施例中,外壳材料的塑性变形和由此构成的相应的形状配合连接是分段地形成的。
而在本发明固定装置的可选的未示出的实施例中,则在整个环上产生外壳材料的塑性变形菜和相应的形状配合连接。
图3表示一个由液压泵构成的汽车组件20的透视图。所示的液压泵20用两个本发明的嵌入外壳20中的准备好的孔22中的预组装件10被固定在一个支架30上。在图3中,第一预组装件10已被嵌入该液压泵外壳20右侧的一个相应的孔22中,而第二个预组装件10则尚未嵌入外壳20左侧的相应孔22中。在预组装件10嵌入该液压泵外壳20的相应孔22中后,外壳20借助螺栓4的凸出于外壳边缘的部分被插入支架30的相应导向槽中并通过用预先给定的转矩旋紧套装在该螺栓的螺纹段4.2上的螺母而被固定在支架30上。
带有具有套装上的减振件的压入螺栓的常规固定装置可用带有一个位于外壳内的减振件的本发明的固定装置代替,从而改善了固体声的消声并减少了共振。此外,通过在螺栓上成形的止挡凸缘而可取消挡套。本发明的预组装件以有利的方式包括了全部零件,其中,用于把液压单元固定在相应支架上所需的作为紧固件的螺母也包括在内,这样就可缩短安装时间并由此降低生产成本。
Claims (7)
1.在支架(30)上固定汽车组件用的固定装置,具有螺母(2)、螺栓(4)和减振件(6),其特征为,螺母(2)、螺栓(4)和减振件(6)被预先组装成预组装件(10),该预组装件可嵌入该汽车组件的外壳(20)的准备好的孔(22)中,其中螺栓(4)支承着位于该汽车组件的外壳(20)内的减振件(6),螺栓(4)在置于汽车组件的外壳(20)的孔(22)中的部段上有凹槽(4.4),该凹槽与套装上的减振件(6)构成形状配合连接。
2.按权利要求1固定装置,其特征为,螺栓(4)上形成有用于减振件(6)的止挡凸缘(4.3)。
3.按权利要求1至2任一项的固定装置,其特征为,在预组装件(10)嵌入时,围绕孔(22)的外壳材料可产生塑性变形,从而可使预组装件(10)与外壳(20)敛缝。
4.按权利要求3的固定装置,其特征为,外壳材料的塑性变形和由此构成的相应形状配合连接分段地产生。
5.按权利要求3的固定装置,其特征为,外壳材料的塑性变形和由此构成的相应形状配合连接在完整的环上产生。
6.按权利要求1至2任一项的固定装置,其特征为,上述汽车组件设计成液压单元。
7.按权利要求6的固定装置,其特征为,所述液压单元是液压泵。
