技术领域
本发明涉及一种超声波诊断装置,特别是涉及一种具有表示生物体内的血流动态的功能的超声波诊断装置。 
背景技术
以往,广泛地使用如下的超声波诊断装置:对生物体内照射超声波并接收超声波在生物体组织中反射的反射波,由此得到该生物体的断层图像。并且,近年来,还广泛地使用具备如下功能的超声波诊断装置:除了生物体的断层图像以外,还利用反射波的频率根据运动的反射体的运动速度而发生偏移的多普勒效应,例如将该生物体内的血流动态显示为血流图像。 
作为这种装置,例如,众所周知在日本特公平6-9556号公报中提出的血流速度显示装置。日本特公平6-9556号公报的血流速度显示装置具有如下结构:在利用血流速度显示值运算单元进行本次的扫描时的血流速度算出值与前次的扫描时的血流速度显示值之间的大小关系的比较之后,使用根据该比较结果而算出的血流速度显示值,将血流图像显示到彩色监视器上。由此,手术师等在使用日本特公平6-9556号公报的血流速度显示装置的情况下,能够容易地识别进行脉动的血流速度的峰值。 
但是,在日本特公平6-9556号公报的血流速度显示装置中,为了显示血流图像而进行血流速度显示值运算单元的比较和基于该比较结果的运算,因此,有时血流速度显示值运算单元所涉及的处理的负荷变大,该血流图像的帧频下降。其结果,日本特公平6-9556号公报的血流速度显示装置具有有时无法正确地显示血流动态的问题。 
本发明是鉴于上述问题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种能够不使血流图像的帧频下降、而比以往更正确地表示血流动态的超声波诊断装置。 
发明内容
用于解决问题的方案
本发明的第1超声波诊断装置的特征在于,具有:超声波发送接收单元,其发送用于产生从超声波发送接收波单元对被检体发送的超声波的超声波脉冲,根据在上述被检体中反射的超声波而接收从上述超声波发送接收波单元输出的回波信号;血流动态检测单元,其根据上述回波信号,算出基于上述被检体中的血流动态的规定的检测值;亮度值变换单元,其将上述规定的检测值变换为亮度值;亮度值置换单元,其具有用于将一个亮度值变换为另一个亮度值的亮度值置换信息;以及比较单元,其将从上述亮度值变换单元输出的上述亮度值之中的、一个帧中的第一亮度值和紧接着上述一个帧之前的帧中的第二亮度值进行比较,上述比较单元根据上述比较结果和上述亮度值置换信息输出上述第一亮度值或第三亮度值,其中该第三亮度值是上述第二亮度值的绝对值以下的亮度值。

超声波诊断系统1具有探头11、超声波诊断装置21、以及监视器41。 
探头11在内部具有超声波振子12,该超声波振子12例如对作为生物体的被检体101发送超声波,并且接收该超声波在被检体101中的反射波。 
作为超声波发送接收波单元的超声波振子12根据来自超声波诊断装置21的超声波脉冲信号对被检体101发送超声波,并且接收该超声波在被检体101中的反射波,作为回波信号而输出到超声波诊断装置21。

多普勒处理电路24具有正交检波电路31、A/D(模拟/数字) 转换器32I和32Q、存储电路33I和33Q、MTI(Moving TargetIndicator:活动目标指示器)滤波器34I和34Q、血流动态检测电路35、亮度值变换电路36、以及余像处理电路37。 
正交检波电路31根据从发送接收电路22输出的回波信号进行正交检波,将作为该回波信号的同相成分的同相回波信号输出到A/D转换器32I,另外,将作为该回波信号的正交成分的正交回波信号输出到A/D转换器32Q。 
A/D转换器32I对从正交检波电路31输出的同相回波信号进行数字变换处理,将进行了数字变换的同相回波信号输出到存储电路33I。另外,A/D转换器32Q对从正交检波电路31输出的正交回波信号进行数字变换处理,将进行了数字变换的正交回波信号输出到存储电路33Q。

MTI滤波器34I在进行从存储电路33I输出的同相回波信号中除去例如脏器那样在生物体内进行低速运动的成分的处理之后,将该处理后的同相回波信号输出到血流动态检测电路35。另外,MTI滤波器34Q在进行从存储电路33Q输出的正交回波信号中除去例如脏器那样在生物体内进行低速运动的成分的处理 之后,将该处理后的正交回波信号输出到血流动态检测电路35。 
血流动态检测电路35具有:复数自相关处理电路,其根据从MTI滤波器34I和34Q输出的同相回波信号和正交回波信号,生成表示复数自相关的向量的复数数据并进行输出;帧存储器,其保存一帧的复数数据;加权加法电路,其对所输入的复数数据进行加权并相加;速度/强度计算电路,其根据加权相加得到的数据来计算血流的速度、强度及复数数据的振幅;以及阈值处理电路,其除去规定速度以下的成分和规定振幅以下的成分。血流动态检测电路35具有上述的结构,从而能够根据从MTI滤波器34I和34Q输出的同相回波信号和正交回波信号,进行用于算出作为基于生物体内的血流动态的规定检测值的、表示生物体内血流速度的速度值、或表示生物体内血流强度的功率值的处理。另外,血流动态检测电路35将通过进行上述处理而得到的血流的速度值或功率值作为速度值数据或功率值数据而输出到亮度值变换电路36。 
亮度值变换电路36通过对从血流动态检测电路35输出的速度值数据或功率值数据进行基于多普勒效应的处理,在将该速度值数据变换为每帧的亮度值数据之后,将该亮度值数据输出到余像处理电路37。

然后,通过超声波诊断装置21进行上述的一系列处理,手术师等能够在监视器41所显示的血流图像中辨认被检体101中的血流动态。此外,例如在从血流动态检测电路35输出速度值数据的情况下,血流速度越大,监视器41所显示的血流图像显示为越明亮的红色的状态,即,监视器41所显示的血流图像显示为使血流速度的大小与红色的亮度相关联的图像。另外,例如在从血流动态检测电路35输出功率值数据的情况下,血流强度越大,监视器41所显示的血流图像显示为越明亮的红色的状态,即,监视器41所显示的血流图像显示为使血流强度的大小和红色的亮度相关联的图像。 
并且,通过超声波诊断装置21进行上述一系列处理,手术 师等能够在监视器41所显示的血流图像中将存在血流的位置处的血流速度或血流强度下降时的血流动态辨别为红色的亮度随时间经过而缓慢下降的状态。此外,图4是如下的图:在监视器41所显示的血流图像中,在没有由超声波诊断装置21进行上述一系列处理的情况、和由超声波诊断装置21进行了上述一系列处理的情况这两种情况下,将存在血流的位置处的亮度值在时间上的变化表示为图形。 
此外,在本实施方式中,超声波诊断装置21的多普勒处理电路24所具有的余像处理电路37也可以构成为如图5所示的具有与余像处理电路37大致相同的作用的余像处理电路37A。 
余像处理电路37A具有查询表37d、存储电路37f和37g、以及比较电路37h。 
由帧存储器等构成的存储电路37f在临时存储从亮度值变换电路36输出的亮度值数据之中的作为一个帧中的亮度值数据的第一亮度值数据、和作为紧接着上述一个帧之前的帧中的亮度值数据的第二亮度值数据之后,将该第一亮度值数据输出到比较电路37h,将该第二亮度值数据输出到存储电路37g。 
由帧存储器等构成的存储电路37g在临时存储从存储电路37f输出的第二亮度值数据之后,将该第二亮度值数据输出到查询表37d。 
查询表37d根据未图示的存储器所具有的对照表,在将从存储电路37g输出的第二亮度值数据置换为第三亮度值数据之后,将该第三亮度值数据输出到比较电路37h。 
比较电路37h将从存储电路37f输出的第一亮度值数据、与根据查询表37d所具有的对照表而输出的第三亮度值数据进行比较,根据该比较结果,将具有更大的亮度值的一方的亮度值数据输出到合成电路25。 
具有如上所述的结构的余像处理电路37A能够得到如上所述的与余像处理电路37大致相同的作用。 
另外,在本实施方式的说明中,上述的第一亮度值、第二亮度值、以及第三亮度值例如作为取从0到255的、全部为0以上的正的整数值的值而进行了说明,但是不限于此,例如也可以作为带正负符号的彩色数据的值、例如取从-127到+127的整数值。并且,在这种情况下,超声波诊断装置21的多普勒处理电路24所具有的余像处理电路37例如构成为如图6所示的余像处理电路37B。 
余像处理电路37B具有存储电路37a、存储电路37b、查询表37d、比较电路37p、乘法器37q和37r、输出预先设定的乘数的乘数设定电路37s、具有t1和t2的两个端子的开关37t、以及具有u1、u2和u3的三个端子的开关37u。 
比较电路37p将基于从存储电路37a输出的第一亮度值数据的第一亮度值、和基于从存储电路37b输出的第二亮度值数据的第二亮度值进行比较。 
然后,在第一亮度值和第二亮度值的符号不同的情况下,比较电路37p将第一亮度值数据输出到开关37u。并且,比较电路37p对开关37u进行使端子u1成为导通状态的切换控制,以将第一亮度值数据输出到合成电路25。 
另外,在第一亮度值和第二亮度值的符号相同的情况下,比较电路37p算出第一亮度值的绝对值和第二亮度值的绝对值,进一步进行基于该算出结果的比较。 
然后,例如在第一亮度值的绝对值比第二亮度值的绝对值大的情况下,比较电路37p将第一亮度值数据输出到开关37u。并且,比较电路37p对开关37u进行使端子u2成为导通状态的切换控制,以将第一亮度值数据输出到合成电路25。 
另外,例如在第一亮度值的绝对值小于等于第二亮度值的绝对值的情况下,比较电路37p将第二亮度值的绝对值输出到乘法器37q,由此,在乘法器37q、查询表37d以及乘法器37r中进行后述的处理,并且对开关37u进行使端子u3成为导通状态的切换控制,以将通过该处理得到的亮度值数据输出到合成电路25。 
并且,在第二亮度值为0以上的值的情况下,比较电路37p对开关37t进行使端子t1成为导通状态的切换控制。另一方面,在第二亮度值为比0小的值的情况下,比较电路37p对开关37t进行使端子t2成为导通状态的切换控制。 
乘数设定电路37s根据预先设定的乘数,作为第一乘数例如将2输出到乘法器37q,作为第二乘数例如将1/2输出到开关37t的端子t1,作为第三乘数例如将-1/2输出到开关37t的端子t2。 
通过在乘法器37q中对从比较电路37p输出的第二亮度值的绝对值进行基于从乘数设定电路37s输出的第一乘数的处理从而使其成为2倍之后,输出到查询表37d。 
然后,从乘法器37q输出的成为2倍的第二亮度值的绝对值在根据查询表37d所具有的对照表而被置换为第三亮度值之后,被输出到乘法器37r。 
例如,在第二亮度值为大于等于0的值的情况下,通过在乘法器37r中对从查询表37d输出的第三亮度值进行基于从乘数设定电路37s输出的第二乘数的处理从而使其成为1/2倍之后,通过开关37u的端子u3输出到合成电路25。另一方面,在第二亮度值为小于0的值的情况下,通过在乘法器37r中对从查询表37d输出的第三亮度值进行基于从乘数设定电路37s输出的第三乘数的处理从而使其成为-1/2倍之后,通过开关37u的端子u3输出到合成电路25。 
在输入带正负符号的彩色数据的值的情况下,具有如上所 述的结构的余像处理电路37B也能够使用与余像处理电路37相同的查询表37d,并且得到如上所述的与余像处理电路37大致相同的作用。 
在表示血流速度下降时的血流动态的情况下,本实施方式的超声波诊断装置21在监视器41所显示的血流图像中进行基于查询表37d所具有的对照表的处理。因此,本实施方式的超声波诊断装置21不会进行如下处理:在表示血流速度下降时的血流动态的情况下以往进行的、例如对输入的亮度值乘以0.6并输出那样的通过使用了比较复杂的函数的运算而对每帧算出亮度值那样的处理。并且,本实施方式的超声波诊断装置21可将使用了上述复杂的函数的运算结果预先装入到查询表37d所具有的对照表中,因此,例如在用于运算亮度值的运算电路等中,不会进行对每帧进行该运算那样的需要以往进行的较大负荷的处理、并且与以往相比能够通过简便的结构来表示血流速度下降时的血流动态。其结果,本实施方式的超声波诊断装置21能够在监视器41所显示的血流图像中不使帧频下降而表示血流动态。 
另外,在表示血流速度下降时的血流动态的情况下,本实施方式的超声波诊断装置21在监视器41所显示的血流图像中进行基于查询表37d所具有的对照表的处理,由此能够将该血流动态表示为亮度值随时间经过而缓慢下降的状态。因此,本实施方式的超声波诊断装置21与以往相比能够更正确地表示血流动态。 
此外,本发明当然并不限定于上述的实施方式,在不脱离发明的宗旨的范围内可进行各种变更、应用。 
本申请是以2005年9月26日在日本提出申请的特愿2005-278749号为要求优先权的基础而提出的,在本申请说明书、权利要求书、附图中引用了上述的公开内容。 

Claims (21)

1.一种超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,具有:
超声波发送接收单元,其发送用于产生从超声波发送接收波单元对被检体发送的超声波的超声波脉冲,根据在上述被检体中反射的超声波而接收从上述超声波发送接收波单元输出的回波信号;
血流动态检测单元,其根据上述回波信号,算出基于上述被检体中的血流动态的规定的检测值;
亮度值变换单元,其将上述规定的检测值变换为亮度值;
比较单元,其将从上述亮度值变换单元输出的上述亮度值之中的、一个帧中的第一亮度值和紧接着上述一个帧之前的帧中的第二亮度值进行比较;
亮度值置换单元,其具有用于将上述第二亮度值置换为作为上述第二亮度值的绝对值以下的亮度值的第三亮度值的亮度值置换信息,
上述比较单元根据上述比较结果和上述亮度值置换信息,在得到上述第一亮度值大于上述第二亮度值的比较结果的情况下,输出上述第一亮度值,在得到上述第一亮度值小于或等于上述第二亮度值的比较结果的情况下,根据上述亮度值置换信息将上述第二亮度值置换为上述第三亮度值,并输出上述第三亮度值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述比较单元在根据上述亮度值置换信息将上述第二亮度值置换为上述第三亮度值的情况下,随着上述第二亮度值的增加而使上述第三亮度值的衰减量增加。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述亮度值置换单元所具有的上述亮度值置换信息构成为可改写的数据文件。
4.根据权利要求2所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述亮度值置换单元所具有的上述亮度值置换信息构成为可改写的数据文件。
5.根据权利要求3所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述数据文件由多个数据文件构成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述数据文件由多个数据文件构成。
7.一种超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,具有:
超声波发送接收单元,其发送用于产生从超声波发送接收波单元对被检体发送的超声波的超声波脉冲,根据在上述被检体中反射的超声波而接收从上述超声波发送接收波单元输出的回波信号;
血流动态检测单元,其根据上述回波信号,算出基于上述被检体中的血流动态的规定的检测值;
亮度值变换单元,其将上述规定的检测值变换为亮度值;
比较单元,其将从上述亮度值变换单元输出的上述亮度值之中的、一个帧中的第一亮度值和紧接着上述一个帧之前的帧中的第二亮度值进行比较;
亮度值置换单元,其具有用于将上述第二亮度值置换为作为上述第二亮度值的绝对值以下的亮度值的第三亮度值的亮度值置换信息,
上述比较单元根据上述比较结果和上述亮度值置换信息,在得到上述第一亮度值与上述第二亮度值的符号不同的比较结果的情况下、或在得到上述第一亮度值与上述第二亮度值的符号相同、且上述第一亮度值的绝对值大于上述第二亮度值的绝对值的比较结果的情况下,输出上述第一亮度值,在得到上述第一亮度值与上述第二亮度值的符号相同、且上述第一亮度值的绝对值小于或等于上述第二亮度值的绝对值的比较结果的情况下,根据上述亮度值置换信息将上述第二亮度值置换为上述第三亮度值,并输出上述第三亮度值。
8.根据权利要求7所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述比较单元在根据上述亮度值置换信息将上述第二亮度值置换为上述第三亮度值的情况下,随着上述第二亮度值的增加,使上述第三亮度值的衰减量增加。
9.根据权利要求7所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述亮度值置换单元所具有的上述亮度值置换信息构成为可改写的数据文件。
10.根据权利要求8所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述亮度值置换单元所具有的上述亮度值置换信息构成为可改写的数据文件。
11.根据权利要求9所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述数据文件由多个数据文件构成。
12.根据权利要求10所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述数据文件由多个数据文件构成。
13.一种超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,具有:
超声波发送接收单元,其发送用于产生从超声波发送接收波单元对被检体发送的超声波的超声波脉冲,根据在上述被检体中反射的超声波而接收从上述超声波发送接收波单元输出的回波信号;
血流动态检测单元,其根据上述回波信号算出基于上述被检体中的血流动态的规定的检测值;
亮度值变换单元,其将上述规定的检测值变换为亮度值;
存储单元,其存储上述亮度值之中的、一个帧中的第一亮度值和紧接着上述一个帧之前的帧中的第二亮度值,并且输出上述第一亮度值和上述第二亮度值;
亮度值置换单元,其具有用于将从上述存储单元输出的上述第二亮度值置换为作为上述第二亮度值以下的亮度值的第三亮度值的亮度值置换信息,并输出上述第三亮度值;以及
比较单元,其将从上述存储单元输出的上述第一亮度值和从上述亮度值置换单元输出的上述第三亮度值进行比较,输出相对于一方的亮度值而具有较大的亮度值的另一方的亮度值。
14.根据权利要求13所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述亮度值置换单元在将上述第二亮度值置换为上述第三亮度值的情况下,随着上述第二亮度值的增加而使上述第三亮度值的衰减量增加。
15.根据权利要求13所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述亮度值置换单元具有在将上述第二亮度值置换为上述第三亮度值时使用的亮度值置换信息,该亮度值置换信息构成为可改写的数据文件。
16.根据权利要求14所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述亮度值置换单元具有在将上述第二亮度值置换为上述第三亮度值时使用的亮度值置换信息,该亮度值置换信息构成为可改写的数据文件。
17.根据权利要求15所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述数据文件由多个数据文件构成。
18.根据权利要求16所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述数据文件由多个数据文件构成。
19.一种超声波诊断装置,具有:
超声波发送接收单元,其发送用于产生从超声波发送接收波单元对被检体发送的超声波的超声波脉冲,根据在上述被检体中反射的超声波而接收从上述超声波发送接收波单元输出的回波信号;
血流动态检测单元,其根据上述回波信号算出基于上述被检体中的血流动态的规定的检测值;
亮度值变换单元,其将上述规定的检测值变换为亮度值;以及
比较单元,其将从上述亮度值变换单元输出的上述亮度值之中的、一个帧中的第一亮度值和紧接着上述一个帧之前的帧中的第二亮度值进行比较,
上述超声波诊断装置的特征在于,
具备查询表,该查询表具有用于将上述第二亮度值变换为作为上述第二亮度值的绝对值以下的亮度值的第三亮度值的对照表,
上述比较单元根据上述比较结果和上述对照表,输出上述第一亮度值或第三亮度值。
20.根据权利要求19所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述查询表所具有的上述对照表构成为可改写的数据文件。
21.根据权利要求20所述的超声波诊断装置,其特征在于,
上述数据文件由多个数据文件构成。
