Abstract
齿圈具有不同直径但模数相同或齿圈具有相同直径但模数不同的行星齿轮。齿圈是通过将一圆板向下冲压至一定深度制成,在此圆板的居中平面内形成一中央颊板来支承齿圈,由此使各个齿不易弯曲,防止了它们破碎与变形。
Description
载乘工具座椅中的活节铰,通常是用来调节座椅靠背部分的倾角或用来调节座椅座位部分的倾角,后一种运动也被称为座位平衡度的调整。其中一些活节铰被称为微调型,可用来对座位位置作极精细的调节,这实际上是让控制钮作小的转动来进行难以感知的调节。
在这种微调活节铰中,必须使包括有两个相邻齿圈的行星齿轮插入在固定的与可动的轮缘齿圈之间。
按传统方法,行星齿轮中较大直径之齿圈是在冲压出较小直径之齿圈的步骤后经铣削步骤加工而成。
这样就容易理解到,据此加工出的较大直径之齿圈,仅仅是以其自身为基础连接到行星齿轮之整体上的,而且也仅仅是较小直径的齿圈与较大直径的齿圈面相邻。
由于这一事实,故易迅速达到一个使齿变弯成崩裂时所需的力。要是行星齿轮毁坏,整个的活节铰就必须更换。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种行星齿轮上齿的配置方式,使之能在制造过程中形成一种可以提高行星齿轮强度的中心颊板,其两侧与行星齿轮毗连,且两个齿圈上具有不同的齿数。
由此而获得了一种在此中央颊板两侧有一致的齿稳定性之行星齿轮,而不会显著增加行星齿轮的体积与重量,但却能大大提高微调活
节铰的强度。
此外,本发明还涉及具有同一模数之两种不同直径齿圈的行星齿轮,以及具有同一直径但有不同齿轮因而有不同模数的行星齿轮。实际上,在以上两种配置形式中,中央颊板两侧上的齿圈具有着不等的齿数。
根据本发明,增强式双齿圈行星齿轮具有两个由中央夹板分隔的齿圈。这两个齿圈是在单独一个工作孔型中将一圆板向下冲压至某一深度所成,所述冲压在圆板的居中平面上形成一靠着两个齿圈的中央颊板,这样便可使每个齿圈都被加强,同时防止了它们破碎与变形。
本发明的其它各特点将会从以下的详细描述中变得更清楚。
在附图中,以非限制性的举例方式示明了体现本发明的之实施例,其中:
图1为有着不同直径但模数相同的两个相对齿圈之行星齿轮的,本发明之第一实施例的前视立面图。
图2是沿图1中箭头F2方向所见的,对应于图1的侧视图;
图3为齿圈直径恒定但模数不同的行星齿轮之另一实施例的前视图;
图4示意地表明了装配有图1中行星齿轮的一种圆形活节铰。
下面参看附图,图1与图2示明了一种行星齿轮1,它是由一块硬实的坯件在成形用的模子与冲头之间经冲压而成,在其一侧形成一较小直径的齿圈2而在另一侧形成一较大直径之齿圈3。
在这样的情形下,齿圈2与3的模数是一致的,而此行星齿轮在其居中的平面内有一个在齿圈2与3之间构成增强件的中央颊板4。
这种生产行星齿轮1的方法,可使用来成形这两个齿圈的冲头不再冲入对应的模子中,从而提高了工具的使用寿命。
图3中示明了一种行星齿轮5,它具有直径相同的齿圈6与7,但由于齿圈6与7的模数不同也就有了不同的齿数。
本发明可以获得有较高强度的行星齿轮,即使其厚度减薄,这是由于中央颊板8是设置在行星齿轮的居中平面内,此中央颊板就可给两个齿圈很强的支承而增加它们的强度。
同时还应注意到下述事实,在图1与图3的情形,行星齿轮1或5在用于活节铰时是经由中央颊板4或8在活节铰的两个轮缘之间导向,后者在以上任一情形中都突出超过这两个齿圈的最大直径,同时也防止了在活节铰轮缘与行星齿轮间的带齿区域易于脱开。这在事实上于图4中作了特别清楚的说明,其中示明了一种实质上与图1中的一致的行星齿轮10,它经由其中央颊板11在固定的轮缘12与可动的轮缘13之间导向,因而提供了如前所述的这种补充性特征。
此外,还要说明的是这种行星齿轮是据一种颇为常规的方法加以改进而制成,因为行星齿轮两侧上的齿只是在一个工作孔型中冲压而成,如图3箭头所示。这样就使行星齿轮易于定位于此两个轮缘的内部齿圈12a,13a之间,同时使得这两个轮缘中之一相对于另一轮缘的角度位置有合适的规则性。这一特点同样也可在批量生产中得到,允许将两个活节铰按照正确的初始位置装在同一座椅上,从而确保一传动的方形或是星形件15(见图4)将完全地对准同一座椅的两侧,由此而能在自动机上安装两个活节铰的牵引杆。
本发明不应限制在说明书和附图的范围内,在所加权利要求书的范围内可作出任何改型。
Claims (7)
1、主要用于车辆座椅的微调活节铰的增强式双齿圈行星齿轮,所述行星齿轮带有相对的侧面,第一齿圈位于所述行星齿轮的一个侧面上。第二齿圈则位于所述行星齿轮的另一侧面上,所述齿圈是通过将一圆板冲压至一预定深度而制成的,所述行星齿轮包括:
一中央颊板。它作为加强件位于行星齿轮的所述圆板的居中平面,即使其厚度减薄,所述齿圈完全对齐地靠在中央颊板的相对两个侧面上,每个所述齿圈都由所述中央颊板加强以防止破碎和变形,所述中央颊板作为一个安装支承保证所述两个齿圈的良好的对称性和同心。
2、根据权利要求1所述的行星齿轮,其中所述第一和第二齿圈具有不同的直径,但有相同的模数。
3、根据权利要求1所述的行星齿轮,其中所述第一和第二齿圈具有相同的直径和不同的模数。
4、一种制造用于车辆座椅的微调活节铰的增强式双齿圈行星齿轮的方法,所述行星齿轮带有相对的侧面,第一齿圈位于所述行星齿轮的一侧上,第二齿圈则位于所述行星齿轮的另一侧面上,所述齿圈是通过将一圆板冲压至一预定深度的步骤制成的,所以所述行星齿轮包括一中央颊板,它作为一加强件位于行星齿轮的所述圆板的居中平面,即使其厚度减薄,所述两个齿圈完全对齐地靠在所述中央颊板的相对侧面上,每个所述齿圈由作为一个中间安装支承的中央颊板加强以防止破碎和变形。包括在一个单独的工作孔型中对所述圆板冲压出第一和第二齿圈的步骤。
5、在制造增强式双齿围行星齿轮的方法中,其中行星齿轮带有两个由一中央颊板分隔的齿圈,两个齿圈靠在中央颊板上,中央颊板用以加强行星齿轮并防止行星齿轮破碎和变形,其改进包括在单独一个工作孔型中将一圆板向冲下压至一预定深度而冲压出两个齿圈的步骤,这样即可使所述行星齿轮在带有两个轮缘的活节铰的内齿圈内方便、准确地定位,并获得活节铰轮缘中的一个相对于活节铰轮缘的另一个有规律的角度位置,以及两个活节铰轮缘之间完善的对称性和同一性。
6、根据权利要求4或5之一的方法,其中所述在单独一个工作孔型中的冲压包括形成两个直径不同但模数相同的齿圈的步骤。
7、根据权利要求4或5之一的方法,其中所述在单独一个工作孔型中的冲压包括形成两个直径相同,模数不同的齿圈的步骤。
