Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及停车制动器型的车辆变速器的锁止,其包括有齿的停车轮和枢转式锁止爪,该停车轮通过变速器的元件连接到车辆驱动轮上,该锁止爪可以接合在停车轮的两个连续的齿之间,以便通过所述停车轮固定驱动轮。
本发明优选但不限于应用到带有行星齿轮组的自动变速器中或者自动齿轮变速器中。
背景技术
每个车辆都必须能独立地用手刹固定。在手动齿轮变速器的情况下,这种固定是通过利用变速杆手动接合传动比以锁止变速器而实现的。在没有实际换挡杆时,也就是说,在驾驶员控制杆或选档杆与齿轮箱之间没有机械连接时,通常利用“停车制动”系统,该系统包括变速器输出处的旋转部分或停车轮,以及能旋转地固定停车轮和变速器的枢转夹爪。
在专利公报FR2664957所示出的常规装置中,停车轮安装在齿轮箱的行星齿轮组的输出处。在没有行星齿轮组时,尤其是在自动齿轮箱的情况下,必需在变速器的旋转部件上找到其它位置。在这方面,专利公报DE10244395提出通过在差速器壳上直接机加工一系列齿而将停车轮整体形成在差速器上。除了制造困难之外,这种解决方案的主要缺点是很受限制,因为任何新尺寸的停车轮都必需包括生产新的差速器壳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是便于制造,并使锁止装置适用于任何类型的变速器。
为此,本发明提出将停车轮整体形成到差速器的齿圈中。
根据第一实施例,差速器齿圈的输入小齿轮安装在承载这个小齿轮的轴的轴承的内侧。
根据第二实施例,差速器齿圈的输入小齿轮安装在承载这个小齿轮的轴的轴承的外侧。

具体实施方式
附图中示出变速器差速器壳1,该差速器壳1带有行星齿轮承载销2及齿圈3。该壳由轴承4支承在变速器的离合器外壳6中。齿圈3与差速器输入小齿轮7接合,所述差速器输入小齿轮7由齿轮箱的副轴8承载。
具体地,所述变速器具有至少两个平行的轴,所述两个平行的轴包括主轴和副轴8并且支承多个小齿轮,其中包括差速器齿圈的输入小齿轮7。这种变速器可是“双离合器”变速器,其包括两个连接到两个同心主轴上的输入离合器和两个副轴。然而,这些应用是非限制性的,一般地,本发明适用于任何类型的手动或自动化的具有两个平行轴和齿轮的变速器,或者具有一个或多个行星齿轮组的自动变速器。
按照本发明,停车轮9一体形成到任何类型变速器的差速器齿圈3中。停车轮9在外周具有与枢转式锁止爪(未示出)配合的一组齿9a,所述锁止爪可接合在两个连续的齿9a之间,以固定(定位,制动)驱动轮。
在图1中,可以看出,差速器齿圈3的输入小齿轮7安装在承载该小齿轮7的轴8(齿轮箱的副轴)的轴承11内侧,而在图2中,该输入小齿轮7安装在轴承11的外侧。该第二布置要求在齿轮箱中添加额外的部件,例如紧固到离合器外壳6上的内盖12,以便承载轴8的轴承11。它具有的优点是在差速器的轴上方形成可利用的自由空间13,该自由空间13在图1中未出现。该空间13可有利地被用于枢转式爪的控制机构(未示出)的一部分占据,由此可减少该机构在齿轮箱中的有效空间要求。
按照本发明,停车轮9的齿可通过锻造形成在差速器齿圈3中。这种一体化能消除许多分开的部件,包括齿轮本身,以及常规紧固元件(螺钉、夹子等),所述紧固元件用于将它紧固到变速器的旋转部分上。此外,就将齿轮整体形成到差速器壳自身上而言,所提出的解决方案具有的优点是能保持将该差速器壳用于不同的应用,因为这种差速器壳能适应其尺寸根据它使用的变速器的特性而不同的齿圈。
齿圈可以在锻造停车轮之后进行机加工,以便如果希望的话得到更好的齿圈的精整。因此机加工操作优选包括钻孔和定中心,所述孔用于将齿圈紧固到差速器壳上,所述定中心是将齿圈在差速器壳上定心。最后,用于将齿圈紧固到差速器壳上的孔可开口向停车轮9的齿9a之间的间隙。
总之,本发明具有许多优于从现有技术已知的解决方案的优点,其中包括它容易实施,因为锻造差速器齿圈比锻造差速器壳本身更简单,并且因为将齿轮的齿简单地锻造进差速器齿圈的体部中可提供停车轮的齿的用于所要求功能的足够的精度。

Claims (10)

1.用于锁止车辆变速器的锁止装置,包括有齿的停车轮(9)和枢转式锁止爪,该停车轮通过变速器的元件连接到车辆驱动轮上,而该锁止爪能接合在停车轮的两个连续的齿(9a)之间以便通过所述停车轮固定驱动轮,其特征在于,该停车轮(9)锻造在差速器的齿圈(3)中,该齿圈是与差速器壳分开并且紧固到该差速器壳上的。
2.车辆变速器,包括如权利要求1所述的锁止装置,其特征在于,差速器齿圈(3)的输入小齿轮(7)安装在承载该小齿轮的轴(8)的轴承(11)内侧。
3.车辆变速器,包括如权利要求1所述的锁止装置,其特征在于,差速器齿圈(3)的输入小齿轮(7)安装在承载该小齿轮的轴(8)的轴承(11)外侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的车辆变速器,其特征在于,轴承(11)安装在承载该轴承的内盖(12)上。
5.如权利要求4所述的车辆变速器,其特征在于,该内盖(12)紧固到离合器外壳(6)上。
6.如权利要求2-5之一所述的车辆变速器,其特征在于,该变速器具有至少两个平行的轴,所述轴支承多个小齿轮。
7.如权利要求2-5之一所述的车辆变速器,其特征在于,该变速器具有至少两个同心主轴和一副轴,该副轴承载差速器齿圈(3)的输入小齿轮(7)。
8.制造变速器锁止式有齿停车轮的方法,其特征在于,在将变速器的差速器齿圈紧固到该变速器的差速器壳上之前,将该停车轮(9)的齿锻造在该差速器齿圈(3)的体部中。
9.如权利要求8所述的制造方法,其特征在于,在锻造停车轮之后,机加工齿圈(3)以精整所述齿。
10.如权利要求9所述的制造方法,其特征在于,齿圈的机加工操作包括钻孔(13)和定中心,所述孔(13)用于将齿圈紧固到差速器壳(1)上,而所述定中心是使齿圈(3)在差速器壳体(1)上定中心。
