技术领域

背景技术
没有电线的(cordless)电动工具经常发现并用在那些不具有方便获得或方便的电源的场合。这些场合包括建筑工地和部分完成的建筑物。在例如这些的场合中,电池操作的工具提供了显而易见的优点,但是电池组最终被耗尽,并且需要被再充电。而一些用户带着足够数目的电池组以持续一整天,在建筑的某些阶段,通常至少提供临时的电力服务,这使得电池组能够在建筑工地被再充电。临时电力服务的位置可能距离实际工作位置有一定距离,并且因为充电器可能距离用户有一定距离,因此会产生问题,这可能阻止充电操作成功完成。例如,另一个工人可能取走电池组用于自己使用,或者充电器可能简单地被拔下,从而可以进行一些其它操作,因为可利用的容座的数目受到限制。

发明内容
公开了音频电源装置的优选实施例,该装置提供音频输出,并且对可拆的电池组进行充电,并且提供多个AC容座用于当装置连接到AC电源时驱动其它工具。该装置可选地提供DC电能。当装置连接到AC电源时,AC电源驱动音频装置,该音频装置可以是收音机或者组合收音机和CD播放器,并且AC电源还向充电器供电,如果电池组插入充电器的容座中,充电器对电池组进行再充电。当电池组放置在充电器容座中时,如果该装置没有连接到AC电源,收音机可以由电池组驱动。当装置连接到AC电源时,继电器被打开以使收音机装置与充电器和电池组隔离。其它的实施例可包括一个或多个另外的音频和视频装置,例如卫星收音机、数字音频播放器、DVD播放器、VCD播放器和电视机。

具体实施方式
对音频装置充电的便携式电池的优选实施例在附图中示出,并且其包括壳体,壳体通常以10示出,壳体是立方体的形式,但如果需要它也可以是长方体以及一些其它成形体积形状。如图所示,它包括前表面或前壁12、左侧表面或壁14、顶面16、后壁20(见图4)和右侧表面或壁22。壳体10优选由坚韧的塑料或者其它模制材料制成,并且可包括多个或数个部件,所述部件结构上一起配合在结实坚固的装置中。例如,前壁和后壁12和20可以是基本平坦的整体件,所述整体件共同连接到一个或多个模制的或者用其它方法形成的前壁、顶壁、底壁和后壁,所述壁可以形成为一个、两个或多个部件,所述部件利用六角形端头螺栓或螺杆24连接在一起。虽然壳体10是立方体的形状,即每个壁的尺寸基本相同,但是壳体也可以是长方体,其中,长度、高度和宽度尺寸中的一个或多个可以比其它的大,即矩形盒状的形状,或者更不常见的体积形状可以由壳体的壁限定。

另一个转换器154可以被设置以向DC插口82供电。当插头72连接到AC电源时,如果电池被放置在容座94中,充电器84被操作以使可拆的电池充电,并且插座100可用于向其它工具、灯等供电,DC插座82也一样。如果插头72从AC电源移开,继电器150将电路闭合,从而可拆的电池将连接到音频装置,并且可以驱动音频装置。应当理解,当如图所示继电器电路打开时,充电器不能够驱动音频装置,并且当AC电源没有被施加到电路时,充电器不能够驱动音频装置30,因为充电器84不具有通过线路140和142的AC电源以外的固有电池或其它电源。
虽然上述实施例包括音频装置30,其中音频装置30包括收音机,并且还建议了收音机和CD播放器的组合,但是其它的音频以及视频源也可以结合在装置中。
在图10所示的第二实施例中,通常示出为160的便携式数字音频播放器被示为安装到侧壁14。虽然由于它容纳在外壳162中的原因它在这个附图中根本看不到,其中外壳162具有窗口164和开口166,窗口164用于观察这种播放器的显示装置,开口166优选包括透明柔性膜,所述膜用于限制灰尘和水进入外壳的内部。所示的外壳160特别设计用于与数字音频播放器一起使用。这种数字音频播放器可播放多种格式,例如MP3、WMA或者AAC音频格式。它们可以是专用的数字音频播放器,或者也可以是其它类型的装置,例如PDA或者蜂窝电话,它们具有内置的这种功能。它们可使用各种类型的介质,例如硬盘驱动器、闪存、或者可拆的磁盘介质。如图10到图16所示,外壳162具有基部168和盖子部分170,其中基部和盖子通过绞接件172和闭锁机构174彼此连接。闭锁机构具有钩子176,钩子176接合保持表面(未示出),其中闭锁机构176可在盖子中的槽中滑动,从而将盖子锁定到基部168和将盖子从基部168松开。

2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,辅助音频输入容座和DC电源插座彼此靠近设置在所述侧壁中的一个中,所述辅助音频输入容座可操作地连接到所述装置中的所述放大器,所述装置构造成从连接到所述输入容座的辅助源产生音频和/或视频信号。
3.如权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述DC电源插座构造成接纳用于对所述辅助源供电的电源插头。
4.如权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括切换装置,用于选择用于产生所述音频和/或视频信号的所述辅助源或者所述信号接收装置。
5.如权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括外壳容座,其构造成支撑所述辅助源,并且具有电源插头和音频插头,所述电源插头用于连接到所述DC电源插座,音频插头构造用于连接到所述辅助音频输入容座,还具有音频源连接器和电路,以将所述电源插头和放置在所述外壳容座中的辅助源相互连接,并且将所述辅助源连接到所述信号接收装置放大器。
6.如权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,所述外壳容座还包括绞接的闭锁覆盖件,用于保护辅助源防止外部环境。
7.如权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,所述外壳容座还包括闭锁机构,用于将所述外壳容座可释放地连接到所述壳体。
8.如权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,所述闭锁机构包括与所述壳体相连的孔隙,所述闭锁机构具有闭锁表面,用于构造成接合所述孔隙并且可释放地将其锁定。
9.如权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,所述孔隙位于支架中,所述支架牢固地连接到所述壳体,所述支架具有位于靠近所述孔隙的它的内表面和所述壳体表面之间的空间,使得所述闭锁表面能够进入所述孔隙,并且以保持的关系接合所述支架。
10.如权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于,所述闭锁表面是伸长的翼片的一部分,所述翼片可相对于所述支架滑动,所述翼片可由使用者操作以使所述闭锁件从所述壳体脱离。
11.如权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于,所述翼片可在所述外壳容座中的凹部中滑动。
12.如权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括用于将所述翼片偏压成锁定接合的装置。
13.如权利要求12所述的设备,其特征在于,所述偏压装置包括所述翼片的蜿蜒形结构的柔性部分,所述翼片的一端抵靠所述外壳容座,所述翼片的尺寸使得所述蜿蜒形结构能够被用力加载以提供偏压力。
14.如权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述辅助源包括便携式的数字音频播放器。
15.如权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述辅助源包括卫星收音机。
16.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述信号接收装置包括TV接收器。
17.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述信号接收装置包括DVD播放器。
18.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述信号接收装置包括VCD播放器。
19.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述信号接收装置包括CD播放器。
20.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述信号接收装置包括AM/FM收音机。
