Abstract

背景技术
传统的电动可变传动装置(EVT)包括两台电动机械诸如位于传动装置输入轴上的电动机/发电机。位于传动装置入轴上的两台电动机械限制了这种机械的组装设计的灵活性。因此就可能希望将两台电动机械的一台重新放置到离轴的位置,特别是在具有大型电动机械的强混合动力系统的情况中。众所周知,诸如电动机/发电机的电动机械要求冷却与润滑以便保持优化的性能。
发明内容
提供一种为润滑混合传动的离轴电动机/发电机的方法。传动装置箱至少部分地限定歧管。传动装置盖被安装到传动装置箱上,这样在其间保持离轴的电动机/发电机。传动装置盖至少部分地限定油路。经过歧管传输润滑油到轴承装置上因此润滑轴承装置。还经过油路将润滑传输到扭矩传递装置上因此润滑扭矩传递装置。同样地提供为润滑混合传动的离轴电动机/发电机的相应装置。

具体实施方式
参照图1,表示混合传动装置10的示意性剖面图。该混合传动装置10包括输入轴12和输出轴14,该二轴确定第一旋转轴线16。根据优选实施例该混合传动装置10还包括此后将描述成第一和第二电动机/发电机20、22的第一和第二电动机械。该第一电动机/发电机20称之为“在轴”电动机/发电机因为其转子24确定与第一轴线16相同的旋转轴线。类似地,第二电动机/发电机22称之为“离轴“电动机/发电机因为其转子26确定与第一轴线16不同的旋转轴线。

优选以下面的方式润滑左边的轴承54。泵63将润滑油60从冷却器62传送到注油入口80。此后,经歧管82,经油路84,将润滑油60从注油入口80传送到腔86中。该歧管82和油路84优选整体地限定在传动装置箱36的壁中诸如用铸造工艺和/或机加工工艺。在传动装置箱36与定子壳44之间限定腔86。将润滑油60从腔86,经一或几个孔88传送到左边的轴承54上因此润滑左边的轴承54。由定子壳44限定孔88并优选用机加工工艺构成。孔88的尺寸与数量可以变化以控制将润滑油60传送到左边轴承54上的速度。
润滑左边的轴承54之后,剩余的润滑油60传送到由转子鼓50限定的鼓腔90中并经一或几个排放孔92传送到腔94中。该排放孔92由转子鼓50限定,同时该腔94限定在定子42的末端部分与电机罩52之间。然后润滑油60从腔94经过由电机罩52限定的电动机通气口96传送,这样润滑油60可以完成传动装置10(如图1所示)的其它冷却、润滑和/或压力的要求。为了减少汇集在转子鼓50内的润滑油60的量,其内部表面优选是锥形的,这样由内部表面98限定的直径逐渐变小在轴向向着排放孔变得更大。已经观察到,具有大约1度锥角的内部表面98对于从左边轴承54向排放孔92传送润滑油60是足够的。
用于润滑左边轴承54的某些润滑油60随着它从孔88送到左边轴承54上被传送到室100中。为了防止润滑油60在室100中过分积累,定子42包括一个限定若干个轴向通道104的径向外表面102。该轴向通道104与室100和室94二者流体沟通。因而,在室100中积累的润滑油60是可以经过该轴向通道104传送到室94中,并传出电动机通气口96。
优选用以下方式润滑链条34。泵63将冷却油60从冷却器62传送到注油入口80。此后,将冷却油60从注油入口80经歧管82传送到室106中。室106中的油60经过由管子110限定的通道108被传送到油通路112中,经过孔114并传送到链条34上因此润滑链条34,管子110优选由置于其轴向限定的二末端处的第一与第二密封件116、118密封。该管子110通常置于转子鼓50的中心轴线上并相对于可旋转的转子鼓50保持静止。油通路112与孔114优选整体地限定在传动装置罩38的壁中如使用机加工工艺。孔114的尺寸可以变化以控制将润滑油传送到链条34上的速度。
优选用以下方式润滑右边的轴承56。冷却器63将油60传送到注油入口80。此后,从注油入口80经歧管82将油60传送到室106中。室106中的油经过由管子110限定的通路108,经过一或多个孔120被传送,并收集在环隙122中。由管子110限定孔120。该环隙122被形成在转子毂48的径向内表面124中。在转子毂48的旋转过程中产生的离心力有助于收集在环隙122中的油经过有角度的孔传送到右边轴承56上这样就润滑右边的轴承56。该有角度的孔126由转子毂48限定诸如用机加工工艺。在润滑右边轴承56之后,油60的一部分经过电机排风口96被排放到电机腔94中,同时离开轴承56的油的其它部分润滑链条34(图1所示)。
尽管已经详细描述实施本发明的最好方式,但有关本发明的技术人员在所附权利要求的范围以内将认可各种变化的设计以及为实践本发明的实施例。
Claims (18)
1.一种润滑混合传动装置的离轴电动机/发电机的方法,该混合传动装置具有提供用于润滑和冷却电动机/发电机的泵,该离轴电动机/发电机包括定子、定子壳、转子、转子毂和转鼓,该转子毂具有径向内表面(124),在该径向内表面上形成环隙(122),该方法包括:
提供整体地限定歧管和第一油路的传动装置箱;
提供安装到传动装置箱上的传动装置罩,这样该离轴电动机/发电机保持在传动装置箱和传动装置罩之间,所述传动装置罩至少部分地限定第二油路;
提供空心管子,该空心管子设置于转鼓的中心轴线上并相对于可旋转的转鼓保持静止;
由泵将油从冷却器传送至歧管;
经歧管、经过第一油路将油传送到传动装置箱与定子壳之间限定的腔(86),然后将油从该腔经由定子壳限定的孔(88)传送到第一轴承装置上这样就润滑在所述电动机/发电机一侧的该第一轴承装置;
经歧管、经所述空心管子并经第二油路将油传送到扭矩传输装置上这样就润滑扭矩传输装置;以及
经歧管、经所述空心管子、经过由所述管子限定的孔(120)并经过环隙将油传送到第二轴承装置上使得润滑在所述电动机/发电机另一侧的该第二轴承装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的润滑混合传动装置的离轴电动机/发电机的方法,其中在润滑第一轴承装置之后,油传送到由转鼓限定的鼓腔内。
3.如权利要求2所述的润滑混合传动装置的离轴电动机/发电机的方法,其中转鼓在一端限定多个排放孔,并且转鼓限定一锥形内表面,用于减少转鼓内的油的积聚,并且该方法包括:
使油沿着所述锥形内表面朝着所述多个排放孔传送,以利于油从转鼓排出。
4.如权利要求1所述的润滑混合传动装置的离轴电动机/发电机的方法,其中所述经歧管、经所述空心管子并经第二油路将油传送到扭矩传输装置上进一步包括:在经歧管、经所述空心管子并经第二油路之后,经过整体地限定在传动装置罩的壁上的孔(114)传送油,该孔被构形成为调节油到扭矩传输装置上的施加。
5.如权利要求1所述的润滑混合传动装置的离轴电动机/发电机的方法,其中所述第一轴承装置用于旋转地支承转鼓。
6.如权利要求1所述的润滑混合传动装置的离轴电动机/发电机的方法,其中所述第二轴承装置用于旋转地支承转子毂。
7.如权利要求1所述的润滑混合传动装置的离轴电动机/发电机的方法,其中所述经歧管、经所述空心管子并经第二油路将油传送到扭矩传输装置上包括经歧管、经所述空心管子并经第二油路将油传送到链条上,该链条被构形成为将离轴电动机/发电机的输出传输到传动装置输出轴。
8.如权利要求1所述的润滑混合传动装置的离轴电动机/发电机的方法,其中该转子毂还具有与该环隙(122)流体连通的有角度的孔(126);以及
所述经歧管、经所述空心管子、经过由所述管子限定的孔(120)并经过环隙将油传送到第二轴承装置上进一步包括:旋转转子毂,从而利用在转子毂旋转过程中产生的离心力,在油经过由所述管子限定的孔(120)之后,将油从环隙经过有角度的孔传送到第二轴承装置上。
9.一种用于冷却和润滑离轴电动机/发电机的方法,所述离轴电动机/发电机具有转子和置于定子壳内的定子,所述方法包括:
提供整体地限定歧管和第一油路的传动装置箱;
提供安装到传动装置箱的传动装置罩,这样离轴电动机/发电机保持在传动装置箱和传动装置罩之间,所述传动装置罩至少部分限定第二油路;
将油传送到限定到在传动装置箱与定子壳之间的冷却剂室以便冷却离轴电动机/发电机;
经过歧管和第一油路将油传送到传动装置箱与定子壳之间限定的腔(86),然后将油从该腔经由定子壳限定的孔(88)传送到设置在所述电动机/发电机一侧的第一轴承装置上,这样就润滑第一轴承装置;
经过歧管,经过沿转子中心轴线设置的空心管子,经过第二油路将油传送到扭矩传输装置上,这样就润滑扭矩传输装置;以及
经过歧管,经过空心管子将油传送到设置在所述电动机/发电机另一侧的第二轴承装置上,这样就润滑第二轴承装置。
10.如权利要求9所述的用于冷却和润滑离轴电动机/发电机的方法,其中所述经过歧管,经过沿转子中心轴线设置的空心管子,经过第二油路将油传送到扭矩传输装置上进一步包括:在经过歧管、经过沿转子中心轴线设置的空心管子、经过第二油路之后,经过整体地限定在传动装置罩的壁上的孔传送油,该孔被构形成为调节油到扭矩传输装置上的施加。
11.如权利要求9所述的用于冷却和润滑离轴电动机/发电机的方法,其中所述第一轴承装置用于旋转地支承转鼓。
12.如权利要求9所述的用于冷却和润滑离轴电动机/发电机的方法,其中所述第二轴承装置用于旋转地支承转子毂。
13.如权利要求9所述的用于冷却和润滑离轴电动机/发电机的方法,其中所述经过歧管,经过沿转子中心轴线设置的空心管子,经过第二油路将油传送到扭矩传输装置上包括经过歧管,经过沿转子中心轴线设置的空心管子,经过第二油路将油传送到链条上,该链条被构形成为将离轴电动机/发电机的输出传输到传动装置的输出轴。
14.一种混合传动装置,包括:
至少部分地限定歧管的传动装置箱;
安装到传动装置箱的传动装置罩,所述传动装置罩至少部分地限定第二油路;以及
设置在传动装置箱与传动装置罩之间的离轴电动机/发电机,所述离轴电动机/发电机包括:
设置在定子壳内的一般圆柱形的定子;
被定子限定的一般圆柱形的转子;
沿转子中心轴线设置的空心管子;
安装到转子上的转鼓以及安装到转鼓上的转子毂;
构形成为旋转地支承转鼓的第一轴承;其中油经过歧管输送以便润滑第一轴承;
构形成为旋转地支承转子毂的第二轴承,其中油经过歧管,和经过空心管子是可传送的以便润滑第二轴承;以及
耦合到转子毂的扭矩传输装置,这样从离轴电动机/发电机的输出可以被传输到传动装置输出轴,其中油经过歧管,经过空心管子和经过第二油路是可传输的以便润滑扭矩传输装置。
15.如权利要求14所述的混合传动装置,还包括限定在传动装置箱与定子壳之间的冷却剂室,其中油是可传送到该冷却剂室中的以便冷却离轴电动机/发电机。
16.如权利要求14所述的混合传动装置,其中转鼓限定一锥形内表面,该内表面用于限制转鼓内的油的积聚。
17.如权利要求14所述的混合传动装置,其中扭矩传输装置是链条。
18.如权利要求14所述的混合传动装置,其中扭矩传输装置是传动齿轮。
