Abstract

阀结构

以前已知的阀结构,是在支架中有包括用于介质的阀的阀室,通过装在支架中的控制杆,这些阀被引导形成连接。控制杆有一个指向支架的冲击,并在支架中使阀杆运动。在这些控制杆中,电子开关是已知的,从而要从控制杆上端一定距离沿中空的控制杆向阀支架进行电路布线,从而在阀支架之前将电缆从杆中取出。

本发明的优点是控制杆是一个可靠的手柄,通过该手柄,只需要进行转动运动,和电动或气动操作开关以已知的方式位于手柄杆的上端,例如作为一个按钮,所以,它们是方便的。控制杆包括其手柄部分,并且可能的管子是在阀支架上,而没有任何可视的电缆。阀室在阀支架中相对于控制杆的位置容易布置,以致能留下自由的路径使电缆或管路能通过阀支架。在阀支架中的连接入口/出口和电缆出口便利地装在阀支架的同一侧。

图1中显示了用于压缩空气的一个阀支架1,和一个转动控制杆2连接在该支架上。在它们之间有一个折叠的橡胶盖6。在形成为一手柄的杆部2的上部有一个配合件5,用于将电动和气动操作开关以一个已知的方式连接在手柄顶部或手柄一侧。图2显示了一个对应阀的剖视图A-A和B-B,其中,可以看到安装在阀支架内的用于电缆3的通道4。控制杆2和手柄是中空的,并且,在折叠的橡胶盖6内的控制杆2的延伸管到达摇摆连接部分9。

Claims (5)

1.一种阀结构,包括支架,其有一个或多个关闭通道系统,布置成作为压力介质的阀工作,一控制杆(2)用于关闭和打开所述通道系统,和一个或多个相对于阀控制杆(2)安装的电动或气动操作开关,从而一根电缆(3)被导向与控制杆相连接的电动或气动操作开关,或者一管道系统被安装成在控制杆(2)内延伸并且也在其管(12)内延伸,其特征在于:电缆(3)或管道系统被安装成进一步延伸进入阀支架(1)并且穿过阀支架(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的阀结构,其特征在于:控制杆(2)和其管(12)是管状的,从而连接于控制杆(2)的摇摆杆元件(9)安装在管(12)的外侧。
3.如权利要求1所述的阀结构,其特征在于:当控制杆(2)在操作位置时,气动开关的电缆(3)或管道系统相配合以基本在控制杆(2)和其管(12)的方向延伸通过支架。
4.如权利要求1所述的阀结构,其特征在于:当位于底侧上时,管的入口/出口(7)和电缆(3)出口位于阀支架(1)的同一侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的阀结构,其特征在于:阀结构的支架(1)在同一侧有若干阀室(10),从而在阀支架的阀室(10)之间的空间有自身的用于气动开关的电缆(3)或管道系统的通道(4)。
