本发明涉及一种食品的制作方法,特别是涉及一种果冻肠的制作方法。
背景技术
果冻是人们日常生活中非常喜爱的食品之一,以往的制作大多以碗状为主要形式,食用不是十分的方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种果冻肠的制作方法。
本发明的技术方案:
一种果冻肠的制作方法,其特征在于制作步骤为:
1)用苹果制成的果冻;
2)用尼龙或PVDC材料制成筒状肠衣膜;
3)用灌肠机把上述果冻食品灌入筒状肠衣膜内;
4)把筒状肠衣膜的两端用铝丝结扣扎紧,即可。
一种上述果冻肠的制作方法,其特征在于所选取的水果为:草莓、香蕉、菠萝、犁、猕猴桃、芒果来代替苹果。
本发明的有益效果使果冻的携带和食用更加的方便。
具体实施方式
1)用草莓制成的果冻;
2)用尼龙或PVDC材料制成筒状肠衣膜;
3)用灌肠机把上述果冻食品灌入筒状肠衣膜内;
4)把筒状肠衣膜的两端用铝丝结扣扎紧,即可。

1.一种果冻肠的制作方法,其特征在于制作步骤为:
1)用苹果制成的果冻;
2)用尼龙或PVDC材料制成筒状肠衣膜;
3)用灌肠机把上述果冻食品灌入筒状肠衣膜内;
4)把筒状肠衣膜的两端用铝丝结扣扎紧,即可。
2.一种上述果冻肠的制作方法,其特征在于所选取的水果为:草莓、香蕉、菠萝、犁、猕猴桃、芒果来代替苹果。
