技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有底架、座椅安全带和座椅安全带收缩器的机动车座椅,该底架包括两对轨道,每对轨道都具有座椅轨道和地板轨道。
背景技术
这种类型的车辆座椅是通常已知的,具体地说它们被称为一体式座椅,其中,安全带的末端固定在座椅自身上而不固定在车体上。但本发明并不局限于此。
现代的机动车座椅装备着越来越多的部件,相应的装置需要空间。为此较佳地可利用座垫下方的空间。然而在完全装备的机动车座椅的情况下,由于有许多不同的装置,所以只留下很少的空间。因此,需要将各个装置部件、尤其是座椅安全带收缩器自由地定位并更具体地说尽可能远地设置在前面,例如在座椅前缘的下方。
发明内容
考虑到这些,本发明的目的是发展上述类型的机动车座椅,从而座椅安全带收缩器可以设置在有用于其的足够空间之处。
具有前序部分的所述特征,该目的是通过提供一种用于座椅安全带收缩器的系杆来实现的,该系杆从一个座椅轨道延伸到另一个座椅轨道,且连接至座椅轨道中的相应一个,所述座椅安全带收缩器连接至所述系杆,更具体地说设置在所述系杆下方。
根据本发明,座椅安全带收缩器具有与其相关的特殊设计的系杆。所述系杆可设置在座椅轨道之间的任何位置,更具体地说,它可定位成沿x方向相当远离前部或后部以及沿y方向在较远的左侧或右侧。例如,它可设置在底架的前摇臂的铰接点之间。它可设置在座椅前缘下方的区域中。由于其自身的与其相关的系杆,座椅安全带收缩器可接纳在未被其它装置占据的空间中。系杆可构造成符合空间状况和/或万一事故发生时所要求的特殊要求。假如将作用在系杆上的力直接引入成对的轨道,则是有利的。在根据现有技术的座椅安全带收缩器的目前固定装置的情况下,例如在座椅框架上,就不是这样的;这里,碰撞力矩必定通过座椅的侧面部件等传递至成对的轨道。
较佳的是,系杆弯曲至少一次,较佳地弯曲若干次。这可增大稳定性。系杆较佳地具有与座椅安全带收缩器匹配的造型。其结果是,座椅安全带收缩器也被匹配地固定。较佳的是,固定至系杆的座椅安全带收缩器相对于一个座椅轨道更靠近另一个座椅轨道,更具体地说,它离开一个座椅轨道的距离是离开另一个座椅轨道的距离的至少两倍、特别是四倍。

具体实施方式
图1所示的机动车座椅具有包括两对轨道的底架20,每对轨道都包括座椅轨道22和地板轨道24。地板轨道24具有固定装置以用于固定至机动车的车身底板(未示出)。在具体的情况下,底架还具有支承座椅部分26的前摇臂和后摇臂,由于这些摇臂和未示出的制动装置,该座椅部分26的高度是可调节的。机动车座椅还具有靠背28、座椅安全带30和座椅安全带收缩器32。
设有系杆34,该系杆34从一个座椅轨道22延伸到另一个座椅轨道22,且在两端连接至座椅轨道22。座椅安全带收缩器32固定至该系杆34。在图1所示的实施例中,它固定在系杆34上方,在另外两个示例性实施例中它设置在所述系杆下方。系杆34实施成压制或冲压的钢板件。它可弯曲若干次,在具体的实施例中,它具有四个弯曲部分36,这些弯曲部分的弯曲线沿x方向延伸。在图1所示的实施例中,系杆34向下弯曲,从而其下缘在地板轨道24的底面所位于的位置38之上仅几毫米。在具体的实施例中,系杆34可适于机动车的车身底板的结构。假如车身底板由平面38来限定,则系杆34的底面或其它示例性实施例中的座椅安全带收缩器32的底面与该平面38隔开很小的间隙。其结果,可利用有效空间。
图1所示的示例性实施例示出了,在至少一个座椅侧边上,前部铰接支座铰接于其的凸缘40可与系杆34形成一体。在另外两个示例性实施例中也是这样的情况,但是在图3中只有右侧的成对轨道(当沿x方向观察时)是这样。
如图所示,座椅安全带收缩器32以一角度设置到系杆34上,该角度是锐角并且小于30°,较佳地小于15°。系杆34还由纵向轮廓(profile)来加固,在该纵向轮廓中,弯曲线平行于y方向延伸;这在图1中没有示出但在其它示例性实施例中有示出。其结果,可增大阻力矩。
沿x方向测出的系杆34的宽度与座椅安全带收缩器32的相应尺寸匹配。如图所示,系杆34约与座椅安全带收缩器32同宽,系杆宽度可以是收缩器宽度的60-120%且较佳的是约80%。
尽管在三个示例性实施例的每一个中,系杆34都设置在前铰接支座的铰接点之间,但是还可以有变型。系杆34较佳地相对于座椅后缘更靠近座椅前缘。它较佳地位于座椅部分的前半部,也就是说沿x方向在座椅前缘和座椅中心之间。
如图3所示,可将系杆34至少固定在一个座椅侧边上,不是直接固定在座椅轨道上而是通过中间件来间接固定。对于图3中左侧成对的轨道来说是这样的情况。这里,系杆34通过两个固定区域连接至槽形纵向部件42,该槽形纵向部件42接着又直接固定至座椅轨道22的上侧。在图3中,相反的是,系杆的右端与位于该处的座椅轨道22直接连接,且形成一体的凸缘40。系杆34的横向轮廓和纵向轮廓可在图3中看到。
在所有的示例性实施例中,当沿y方向观察时,座椅安全带收缩器32位于座椅中心的一侧,或者换句话说,位于沿x方向走向的两对轨道之间的中心线的一侧。座椅安全带收缩器32相对于位于外侧的座椅轨道22更靠近位于内侧的座椅轨道22。
如图1和2具体所示,系杆34包括匹配和接纳座椅安全带收缩器32的槽形造型。这种匹配的接纳是有利的。在图3中,座椅安全带收缩器32所容纳于其中的空间在一侧由右侧成对轨道来限定,具体地说是地板轨道24,在另一侧由构造成肘状的系杆34的造型来限定。

Claims (12)

1.一种具有底架(20)、座椅安全带(30)和座椅安全带收缩器(32)的机动车座椅,所述底架包括两对轨道,每对轨道都具有座椅轨道(22)和地板轨道(24),其特征在于,设有用于所述座椅安全带收缩器(32)的系杆(34),所述系杆(34)从一个座椅轨道(22)延伸到另一个座椅轨道(22),且连接至所述座椅轨道(22)中的相应一个,并且所述座椅安全带收缩器(32)连接至所述系杆(34)。
2.如权利要求1所述的机动车座椅,其特征在于,所述系杆(34)弯曲至少一次。
3.如权利要求1所述的机动车座椅,其特征在于,所述系杆(34)包括与所述座椅安全带收缩器(32)匹配的造型。
4.如权利要求1所述的机动车座椅,其特征在于,固定至所述系杆(34)的所述座椅安全带收缩器(32)相对于一个座椅轨道(22)更靠近另一个座椅轨道(22)。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的机动车座椅,其特征在于,所述座椅安全带收缩器(32)相对于位于外侧的所述座椅轨道(22)更靠近位于内侧的所述座椅轨道(22)。
6.如权利要求1所述的机动车座椅,其特征在于,由所述地板轨道(24)的底面限定的平面(38)与所述座椅安全带收缩器(32)和/或所述系杆(34)之间的距离小于50mm。
7.权利要求1所述的机动车座椅,其特征在于,所述座椅安全带收缩器(32)设置在所述系杆(34)上方或下方。
8.如权利要求2所述的机动车座椅,其特征在于,所述系杆(34)弯曲若干次。
9.如权利要求4所述的机动车座椅,其特征在于,固定至所述系杆(34)的所述座椅安全带收缩器(32)离开一个座椅轨道(22)的距离是离开另一个座椅轨道(22)的距离的至少两倍。
10.如权利要求9所述的机动车座椅,其特征在于,固定至所述系杆(34)的所述座椅安全带收缩器(32)离开一个座椅轨道(22)的距离是离开另一个座椅轨道(22)的距离的四倍。
11.如权利要求6所述的机动车座椅,其特征在于,由所述地板轨道(24)的底面限定的平面(38)与所述座椅安全带收缩器(32)和/或所述系杆(34)之间的距离小于30mm。
12.权利要求1所述的机动车座椅,其特征在于,沿所述对轨道的纵向测出的系杆(34)的宽度约与座椅安全带收缩器(32)同宽。
