背景技术
DE 202006001218U1披露了一种属类车辆座位,该座位具有用于坐垫的一个分离的衬垫承载体。在此,该衬垫承载体在它的处于行进方向中的前方部分中具有一个斜坡,该斜坡在座位的横向中延伸,并且该斜坡向上凸出到超过位于其后的、用于坐垫的安置表面的这些区域,其中该衬垫承载体被设计为一个线式框架。该线式框架带有一条外部轮廓线,在该外部轮廓线在行进方向上的前端侧和后端侧上支撑着多根纵向线,这些纵向线在各自的情形中在行进方向上延伸,该线式框架被分配有一个附加的支持框架,该支持框架具有对于行进方向横向延伸的至少三根支持线或支持管。通过多个支持元件成为一个线式框架的结构性整合,以此方式生产的衬垫承载体可被用作在身体的一个安置表面与该车辆座位的一个泡沫体之间的一个分离的组件,由此使得现在有可能使用甚至以相对较小单位数量也可以经济地进行生产的线式框架,而不是以前的那些常规的壳形衬垫承载体。

发明内容
本发明所涉及的问题是对该属类的车辆座位限定一种改进的或至少是代替性的实施方案,该实施方案具体地具有改进的碰撞行为。
所述问题是根据下述1的车辆座位来解决的。2-7是优选的实施方案。
1.车辆座位,具体是用于乘客机动车辆的后排座椅,该车辆座位具有一个衬垫承载体,该衬垫承载体被形成为一个线式框架并且具有放置在所述的衬垫承载体上的一个坐垫,其特征在于提供了一个坐垫结构,该坐垫结构被连接到该衬垫承载体上并且在高力量的情况下通过变形来吸收能量。
2.根据1所述的车辆座位,其特征在于该坐垫结构同样被形成为一个线式框架并且被连接到一个引入力的元件上。
3.根据2所述的车辆座位,其特征在于该引入力的元件是由金属或由塑料形成为一个壳件。
4.根据1到3之一所述的车辆座位,其特征在于在力作用在车辆的纵向方向上的情况下该坐垫结构进行一种限定的变形运动。
5.根据1到4之一所述的车辆座位,其特征在于该坐垫结构的线式框架被连接到该衬垫承载体的线式框架上。

本发明所依据的总体概念是在一个车辆座位中提供一种坐垫结构,该车辆座位具有一个衬垫承载体,该衬垫承载体被形成为一个线式框架并且具有放置在所述衬垫承载体上的一个坐垫,该坐垫结构被连接到该衬垫承载体上并且它在高力量的情况下通过变形来吸收能量。因此,在碰撞情况下可被变形的这种坐垫结构吸收了碰撞能量并且把这种能量转换成变形能量,这样就常规的车辆座位而论,仅有相当大地减少的力需要被传递到这些座位锚定上并且被其吸收。因此,被形成为一个变形元件的这种能量吸收坐垫结构在正面碰撞和在后端碰撞的两种情况下并且还在有或没有乘坐者时都通过一种有目标的并预先限定的变形来吸收碰撞能量。因此,就常规的车辆座位而论,根据本发明的车辆座位能够通过变形来吸收碰撞能量,这样坐垫的这些锚定点失效的风险可以被相当大地降低。此外,根据本发明的坐垫结构并且还有该衬垫承载体的围绕所述坐垫结构的线式框架被设计为容纳或安装一个坐垫泡沫。
在根据本发明的解决方案的一个有利的改进中,该坐垫结构同样也被形成为一个线式框架并且被连接到一个引入力的元件上。在此,该坐垫结构的线式框架通过这些单独的线被连接到该衬垫承载体的线式框架上,并且在此,该坐垫结构的线式框架被设计或附接到该衬垫承载体的线式框架上,其方式为,在车辆碰撞的情况下,该坐垫结构能够以一种预先限定的方式来变形并且以这种方式吸收碰撞能量。在此,该引入力的元件用于提供在发生事故的情况下以一种尽可能均匀的、预先限定的引入力的方式将这些力引入该坐垫结构之中,这样所述坐垫结构不是仅以一种点状方式被加载,而是在可能的情况下被均匀地加载,但特别是以一种准确地预先限定的方式。在此,该引入力的元件例如可被形成为一个壳或一个板并因此而额外地支持车辆座位的坐垫泡沫。

具体实施方案
对应于图1至图4,根据本发明的一个车辆座位1具有一个衬垫承载体2,该衬垫承载体被形成为一个线式框架并且其上安放了一个坐垫(未在图中示出),这如常规的情况。为了能够减少作用在车辆座位1的一个锚定(具体是在事故的情况下)上的力,提供一个坐垫结构3,该坐垫结构被连接到衬垫承载体2上并且在高力量的情况下通过变形来吸收能量。在此,坐垫结构3同样被形成为一个线式框架并且配备有或者被连接到一个引入力的元件4。在此,例如引入力的元件4可由如金属或塑料形成,具体地是以一种板或壳的形式。
参看图1至图4,可看到坐垫结构3的线式框架在多个点处被连接到衬垫承载体2的线式框架上。在它的前端区域上,坐垫结构3还被连接到一个连接元件5上,该连接元件用于将车辆座位1附接到该机动车辆的车身本体(未示出)上。如具体地从图1和图2中可看出,根据本发明的可变形的并因此吸收能量的坐垫结构3被安排在两个座位侧面支撑架6和6′之间,这就是说该坐垫结构被局限在所述的这两个座位侧面支撑架6和6′之间的一个区域中。

Claims (6)

1.车辆座位(1),具体是用于乘客机动车辆的后排座椅,该车辆座位具有一个衬垫承载体(2),该衬垫承载体被形成为一个线式框架并且具有放置在所述的衬垫承载体上的一个坐垫,其特征在于提供了一个坐垫结构(3),该坐垫结构被连接到该衬垫承载体(2)上并且在碰撞的情况下通过变形来吸收能量,其中该坐垫结构(3)同样被形成为一个线式框架并且被连接到一个引入力的元件(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座位,其特征在于该引入力的元件(4)是由金属或由塑料形成为一个壳件。
3.根据权利要求1到2之一所述的车辆座位,其特征在于在力作用在车辆的纵向方向(7)上的情况下该坐垫结构(3)进行一种限定的变形运动。
4.根据权利要求1到2之一所述的车辆座位,其特征在于该坐垫结构(3)的线式框架被连接到该衬垫承载体(2)的线式框架上。
