背景技术
电子或数字系统是一种协调发动机的全部运转的强大的微处理器。该电子或数字电子系统设置、分析并调整发动机的全部主要功能。
电子或数字系统与一系列按电流工作次序持续给出信息的传感器和检测器相连,根据一组参数诸如发动机的温度、油、冷却液体、发动机速度和外部参数如大气压和周围空气的温度。
电子或数字系统将这些即时数值与记录在图谱(mapping)中的设定值进行比较,并使用设定模型和预定义的特性曲线,计算下一循环的新的设定点。更具体地是可以改变注入发动机的燃料的数量、设定点火、设定燃料入口的压力、排气的再循环或者喷射时间。
实际上,图谱由多维数据库组成,存储并记录在一种特定的存储器里。
然而,迄今已知的电子或数字系统,从未将可以提高发动机运转的基本参数考虑进去,例如发动机所使用的燃料的固有品质。
现在众所周知,燃料的固有品质直接影响性能、消耗和污染物的排放以及废气中的温室效应气体。
从1983年起,A.DOUAUD强调在强制点火发动机中气体品质、发动机设置和粉红现象(pinking phenomenon)的产生之间的联系。1987年J.C.GUIBET在参考书Carburants et Moteurs(燃料和发动机)中强调燃料品质和发动机之间的相互作用,及他们对发动机燃烧参数和设定模型的影响。最近,1997年A.GERINI在一份出版物中分析了直接喷射柴油发动机车辆对于汽油参数的敏感性。最后,2003年N.HOCHART通过修改混合物中所用的精制基础油改变燃料的品质提供了目前用于轻型轿车或重型卡车的汽油发动机和柴油发动机排放污染物的模型。

文献WO-94/08226涉及通过近红外光谱确定燃料特性的车载方法。该文献限于与发动机设定相关性很小的标准化的物理-化学特性。此外,利用近红外光谱来确定燃料的物理-化学特性需要模型标定步骤。这种标定对于预测精确度以及模型的功效至关重要。实际上,自从20世纪70年代末,大量的化学计量(chimiometrics)手册和出版物给出了近红外光谱理论、仪器和方法学开发用于从液体的近红外光谱、从数学和统计学模型来关联并预测其特性的模型。然而,应用化学计量方面的专家一致认为模型是固态的并且仅在依赖取样时间表的有限变化范围内准确。不应基于物理-化学特性的预测来设想为一个国家、大陆或整个世界范围内所有商售的燃料建立一个通用的、非常强大且准确的模型。这一发现限制了文献WO-94/08226的范围,其发明方法的应用会有困难。
对于文献“Fluid condition Monitoring Sensors for Diesel EngineSetting”也是同样如此,其应用领域被限制在通过光谱对气-油-酯混合物中酯(含氧化合物)浓度的定量测定内。
最后,文献US2004/000275(涉及为改进发动机设置用于测定燃料品质的车载方法)被限制在标准化的物理-化学特性,以及对于发动机的设定仅具有有限的相关性。此外,该文献没有描述测定所说特性的可行的车载方法。
发明内容
本发明的目标是实现确定燃料的相关定性测定的需要,在燃料-发动机匹配适用性(couple adequacy)中,提供一种优化发动机运转的方法,该方法包括基于燃料组分分子结构的分析对燃料的相关定性分析步骤。根据测定的结果,这种分析对于电子或数字系统是有可能来实时地以及能够设定发动机喷射、燃烧和后处理的参数、规则和图谱。
为此,本发明涉及通过电子或数字系统对用于发动机喷射、燃烧或后处理的至少一种参数或一种规则或一种图谱进行整合来优化热力发动机的运转的方法,该方法包括:由位于发动机燃料管路中的至少一种传感器来分析燃料组分的步骤,该燃料管路包括加油系统、燃料箱、泵、燃料过滤器以及发动机燃料系统和至燃料箱的回路;以及根据所述的分析结果对用于喷射、燃烧或后处理的所述参数、规则或图谱进行选择或修改的步骤,所述方法的特征在于燃料组成的分析步骤包括组成燃料的烃的分子结构的光谱分析步骤。
这种方法可以通过燃料分子结构的确定来获得一种通用的燃料品质的测定方法。这样确定的既不是一种也不是几种标准化的燃料物理-化学特性,并且对于标准化的物理-化学特性的使用和模型化所固有的问题,诸如辛烷值、十六烷值、蒸汽压力、蒸馏曲线以及氧化物含量,是完全超越的。
根据一种具体实施方式,光谱分析包含燃料的近红外分析。
实际上,近红外特别适合于分子结构的分析,因为近红外是一种响应非常快的方法并且近红外光谱可以被认为是产品DNA。通过该光谱获得的分子结构对于发动机设定非常有价值。此外,近红外能特别容易地重复。
关于近红外的参考著作,诸如L.G. WEYER在1985年出版的或者1992年出版的″Handbook of near infrared analysis″,或者更特定的出版物诸如光谱在石油化学和炼油中的应用,可以引用J érōmeWORKMAN在1996或M.VALLEUR在1999年的文章。

图1是热力发动机的燃料供给管路的示意图,其中本发明的方法是通过传感器的第一具体实施方式实施的。

具体实施方式
参照图1,描述了通过发动机喷射、燃烧或后处理的参数、规则和图谱所驱动的热力发动机的运转的优化方法。
通过燃料管路1为内燃机提供燃料,燃料管路1包括燃料箱2、燃料箱加油系统3和燃料管路4。所述管路包括例如一个或多个燃料泵5,一个或多个燃料过滤器6,以及至燃料箱的回路11。根据本发明的方法适合于满足燃料和生物燃料标准的任何类型的燃料(气体燃料、液化气、汽油、煤油、气-油、燃料油),不管是否有添加剂,其主要组分都是碳、氢和氧。
根据本发明的方法包括根据燃料分子结构来选择或修改用于发动机喷射、燃烧或后处理的参数、规则或图谱。为此,采用构成燃料的烃的光谱分析,分析了供给到发动机中的燃料的分子结构。这种结构的确定包括测定电磁辐射和组成燃料的物质之间的相互作用。
光谱分析包括燃料组分的近红外分析。根据相同的原理,光谱分析还包括近-、中和/或远红外光谱分析和/或NMR分析和/或紫外光谱分析或者同时进行的几个分析。
对近红外分析描述如下:
光谱传感器7设置在燃料管路1中并与发动机的电子或数字系统连接。在近红外分析的情况下,传感器7由光源8、分光系统、燃料取样池9、光敏检测系统10和专用计算机20组成。专用计算机20使得可以设定测定次序、调整和设定传感器7的校正操作。计算机20可以包含使得可以进行所有与近红外光谱有关的计算的模型。在近红外的情况下,传感器7可以同样地包括仅一个源和仅一个检测器或者若干光源和仅一个检测器。在分散或非分散(或色散或非色散)近红外的情况下,可以使用包括多色红外光源或红外发射二极管、干涉或晶体主过滤器或傅立叶变换系统的仪器。传感器7可以是多路或连续的存取传感器。模型可以容纳在一个或多个现有的或专用计算机中。
根据图2所示的第二具体实施方式,可以使用适合的光纤13和光学中心探针14移动光谱计的其它部件的取样系统。
传感器7可以是带有由数百个高灵敏度的光电二极管(每个都记录给定波长的光强)组成的阵列的近红外光谱计。组成传感器7的检测器是基于硅(Si)的半导体或者是高灵敏度复合型合金(InGaAs,InAs,InSb,PbS,PbSe)。检测器可以冷却也可以不冷却。
传感器7可以设置于箱体2中(图1和图2中的位置15)、燃料箱加油系统3上(图1和图2中的位置16)、发动机燃料供给管路4中。在后一种情况下,传感器7可以设置于泵5和过滤器6之间(位置17)或者过滤器16之后(位置18)。传感器也可以位于燃料回路11处(位置19)。
将传感器设置在780nm和2,500nm(12,820cm-1和4,000cm-1)之间的光谱范围进行测定。例如,可以提供的连续测定范围在780nm和1,100nm(12,820cm-1和9,090cm-1)之间,1,100nm和2,000nm(9,090cm-1和5,000cm-1)之间以及2,000nm和2,500nm(5,000cm-1和4,000cm-1)之间。为此,取样系统这样设置以便具有光程,即进行测定的测定池的厚度在0.5毫米和100毫米之间,即对应这些波长范围的光程在第一种情况下为10毫米到100毫米,在第二种情况下为1毫米到20毫米,在最后一种情况下为0.5毫米到10毫米。
将传感器7进行设置以便测定在发动机的燃料供给管路1中循环的燃料的近红外光谱的反射系数、透光率或吸光率。
传感器7光谱分辨率,(精确度)可从1cm-1到20cm-1调整,优选4cm-1。
传感器7的光学和取样系统还可以自清洁,这避免了为了清洁进行拆卸。
由发动机计算机寻址(查阅,adressée)至电子箱(boǐtierélectronique)的表格,形成对发动机运转进行管理的电子或数字系统12,是连接燃料分子结构(其与所述燃料中存在的纯烃族有关)的特定指示性标记与发动机喷射、燃烧和后处理的参数、规则和图谱的多元矩阵(matriceà entrées multiples)。
烃族可以按如下进行分类,例如:
-饱和烃(直链或支链的开链或闭链烷烃);
-不饱和烃(含有一个或多个双键的开链或闭链烯烃);
-芳香烃(带有苯环的一个或多个不饱和环);富氧的有机产品:含有至少一个氧原子的分子(醇、醛、酮、酯、醚、酸...)。
例如,燃料的近红外光谱的吸光率在所选定的波长范围测定。将所测定的每个选定的波长的吸光率的数值引入到数学和统计学通用模型中,该模型已经通过参考数据库事先校准,根据已知的化学计量学规则以便为二元矩阵提供信息,从而可以计算分子结构。
由计算机寻址的示例性二元表在下表给出。该表是针对汽油制得的,对应于标准EN 228。

直链标记对应于在“燃料-发动机”匹配适当性中与直链开链饱和烃族的存在相关的影响。
支链标记对应于在“燃料-发动机”匹配适当性中与饱和烃族的存在相关的影响。
不饱和标记对应于在“燃料-发动机”匹配适当性中与具有支链的开链不饱和烃族的存在相关的影响。
环标记对应于在“燃料-发动机”匹配适当性中与闭链饱和烃族的存在相关的影响。
芳香标记对应于在“燃料-发动机”匹配适当性中与芳香烃族的存在相关的影响。
氧标记对应于在“ 燃料-发动机”匹配适当性中与含氧有机产品的存在相关的影响。
气、轻质、中质和重质这四个加权基准是根据通过一种或多种物理性能(例如燃烧焓或组成燃料的纯产品的蒸发)所加权的碳原子数目来计算的。
在作为实例所提到的汽油EN 228的情况下,气(gaz)列那组烃的碳原子数目少于4。
在轻质列那组烃的碳原子数目在5和6之间。
在中质列那组烃的碳原子数目在7和8之间。
在重质列那组烃的碳原子数目等于或大于9。
由于行n和列i交叉的索引,这样就准确地知道了燃料分子结构。这种信息在发动机正时(调速,timing)期间已预先整合并且将电子或数字系统调整为能够使用这种信息并在用于发动机喷射、燃烧或后处理的参数、规则和图谱中对它们进行优化。
在车辆中,通过传感器7对燃料分子结构进行车载分析的过程中,电子或数字系统接收到关于燃料箱中燃料分子结构的适时信息,这使得可以对设置、规则和图谱进行选择或修改,以便根据添加到发动机中的燃料来优化设置。
用于发动机喷射、燃烧或后处理的最佳参数、规则和/或图谱是根据在不同的传感器和检测器以及还有传感器7(现在这给出关于燃料分子结构的信息)上读到的常规信息通过电子或数字系统来选择的。
可以对发动机的参数、规则和图谱进行选择以便优化燃料消耗并限制废气排放以达到发动机国际标准(ISO,InternationalOrganization of Standardization)性能,或者将发动机性能提高以达到国际标准(ISO)消耗和喷射。
采用了涉及燃料分子结构分析的信息存储步骤以便具备这种分子结构的历史记录。
由燃料分子结构的历史记录创制了用于发动机喷射、燃烧和后处理的参数、规则和/或图谱的默认模型(或缺省模型)。
因此在没有传感器7读取的信息的情况下,通过根据燃料分子结构的历史记录的默认(模型)来选择用于发动机喷射、燃烧和后处理的参数、规则和/或图谱。这种历史记录使得可以在一段或更多所渡过的周期创制燃料分子结构的移动平均数,并根据最相关的移动平均数选择发动机喷射、燃烧和后处理的参数、规则和/或图谱。
通过传感器7在定期时间间隔内进行测定。还可以设置燃料箱2中燃料体积的检测器。每次司机加油时可以开始进行测定操作。
图3示出了该方法的不同步骤:
-步骤A:开始测定操作;
-步骤B:根据测定操作的分析步骤;
-步骤C:将获得的表格与参照表格对比;
-步骤D:适合的参数、规则和/或图谱的选择或修改;
-步骤E:根据适合的参数、规则和/或图谱进行发动机设置。
Claims (25)
1.一种优化通过将用于发动机喷射、燃烧或后处理的至少一种参数或一种规则或一种图谱整合的电子或数字系统(12)所驱动的热力发动机的运转的方法,所述方法包括:由位于发动机的燃料管路(1)中的至少一种传感器(7)对燃料组分进行的分析步骤,所述燃料管路(1)包括加油系统(3)、燃料箱(2)、泵(5)、燃料过滤器(6)、以及发动机燃料系统(4)和至所述燃料箱的回路(11);以及根据所述分析的结果对用于所述喷射、燃烧或后处理的所述参数、所述规则或所述的图谱进行选择或修改的步骤,所述方法的特征在于所述燃料组分分析的步骤包括组成所述燃料的烃的分子结构的光谱分析步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述燃料组分分析的步骤包括测定电磁辐射与组成所述燃料的物质之间的相互作用。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述测定步骤包括使设置所述发动机喷射、燃烧和后处理的所述参数、规则和图谱的所述电子或数字系统(12)对至少一个指示燃料分子结构的基准值的表格进行寻址的步骤。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述表格是连接和所述燃料中纯烃族的存在相关的所述燃料分子结构的特定指示性标记与所述发动机喷射、燃烧以及后处理的所述参数、规则和图谱的单-或多元矩阵。
5.根据权利要求1到4所述的方法,其特征在于,测定电磁相互作用由近、中和/或远红外光谱分析和/或紫外光谱分析和/或NMR光谱分析组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,它装配使用光谱传感器(7)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述光谱传感器(7)是近红外传感器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述近红外传感器(7)进行配置以便在780nm至2,500nm之间的光谱范围内进行测定。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述传感器(7)进行配置以便具有在0.5nm至100nm之间的光程,即测定池厚度。
10.根据权利要求7到9的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述传感器(7)进行配置以便具有从1cm-1到20cm-1的光谱分辨率,即测定精确度。
11.根据权利要求7到10的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,它装配使用由光源(8)、取样池(9)、光学处理系统、检测器(10)和计算机(20)制成的传感器。
12.根据权利要求7到10的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,它装配使用由光学中心探针(14)和光纤(13)制成的传感器(7)。
13.根据权利要求7到10的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,它装配使用由包括多个波段的红外发射二极管的仪器制成的传感器(7)。
14.根据权利要求7到10的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,它装配使用由包括检测器的仪器制得的传感器(7),所述检测器由高感光二极管组成。
15.根据权利要求7到10的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,它装配使用由包括多色红外光源的仪器制得的传感器(7)。
16.根据权利要求7到10的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于:它装配使用由包括波长选择系统的仪器制得的传感器(7)。
17.根据权利要求7到10的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,它装配使用由傅立叶变换仪制得的传感器(7)。
18.根据权利要求7到17的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述传感器(7)是自清洁的。
19.根据权利要求7到18的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述传感器(7)位于燃料过滤器(6)上或之后。
20.根据权利要求7到18的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述传感器(7)位于所述燃料箱加油系统(3)中。
21.根据权利要求7到18的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述传感器(7)位于所述燃料箱(2)中。
22.根据权利要求7到18的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述传感器(7)位于所述回路(11)中。
23.根据权利要求1到22的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,它包括关于燃料分子结构数据的存储步骤以便具有这种组分的历史记录。
24.根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发动机喷射、燃烧和后处理的所述图谱、参数和规则的默认模型是由所述燃料分子结构的历史记录创制的。
25.根据权利要求1到23的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,对所述发动机喷射、燃烧和后处理的所述参数、规则和图谱的设置进行选择以便优化燃料消耗并限制废气排放以达到发动机国际标准性能或将发动机性能提高达到国际标准消耗和排放。
