本发明的目的是针对现在技术中存在的上述问题提供一种药膳肉质食品及其制作方法。其制作方案,是一种以沙参、大枣、山药、茯苓、甘草药、食两用的中草药方剂与畜,禽肉类的紫砂坛子中熟制加工的药膳肉食制品。其具体的制作方法为:将选用的药食两用的中草药方剂拣选、洗净;然后放入已经加入畜,禽肉类的紫砂坛子中慢火焖0.5~3小时,制成熟食;再放入密封袋中保存即可。本发明的有益效果是,制作一种方便使用的药膳肉质食品。以达到抗病健身的功效,还具有增强免疫力,滋补强身,美容抗老延年的保健作用。
