背景技术
无捻毛巾是最高档的毛巾产品之一,它以独特的蓬松性,柔软的手感,超强的吸水性能得到消费者的青睐。但现在无捻毛巾的生产方法是利用一根可溶性维纶和一根棉纱拈向相反做成双股线。解决织造强力问题,织造完成后,利用85-90度热水将可溶维溶解掉,这样,棉纱的捻度被松掉。形成无捻毛巾。但这种方法,维纶被溶解到水中,维纶消耗量大,而维纶溶解到水中造成了水污染,给工厂的水处理造成很大的压力。

此外,热水处理的温度为85-92℃,时间为30-50分钟。而且,热水处理时最好在水浴中加入3-10G/L渗透剂,该渗透剂可采用现有技术,例如渗透剂T/JFC等。
在热水处理后,根据加工需要,可对织物进行漂白染色工艺处理,该处理过程采用浓度为5-15G/L的NAOH溶液及浓度为1-4G/L的碱减量促进剂;最后利用亲水性柔软剂柔软整理。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明解决了现有技术对PVA的依赖,减少了能源消耗和材料消耗,杜绝了水污染。是一种环保,健康、节能降耗的新型无捻毛巾生产方法。
相对于现有技术,利用本发明方法生产的产品具有如下特点:
1、产品蓬松,外观饱满厚实。
2、产品就有良好的吸水性能。
3.产品的耐洗涤性能优良,普通无捻产品的容易脱落毛羽,洗涤后脱羽率在0.5%-0.8%。本产品的脱羽在0.08-0.12%。
