Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用来封闭液体产品分配器的装置。
大多数液体或凝胶状化妆品或药品分配器都被置于能够操纵内泵的杆状按钮上。此按钮装有经由侧排放孔而通往外部的排放管。
此类分配器的封闭一般是由罩在杆状按钮上的盖子来保证。
但是,消费者在使用分配器之后经常会忘记将盖子复原,导致至少是排出末端部分的内部产品迅速变干,出现堵塞的危险。当分配器不用空气操作,以及没有任何补充的密封手段时,这个问题就更加严重。
本发明的目的就是满意地解决这些技术问题。
按照本发明,借助于包括一个罩在所述按钮上面,并装有一个垂直挡板的盖子的装置就实现了此目的,该装置能够通过使所述盖子围绕着支撑在所述按钮上表面上的中心轴旋转而使所述孔封闭。
按照一个有利的特征,所述盖子的下表面包括至少一个定位销,滑动着与在杆状按钮上表面上的曲线槽相配合。
所述定位销的末端优选支撑着钩状体,其与该杆状按钮的所述槽内壁上开出的纵向孔道相配合。
按照另一个特征,所述盖子的下表面包括一个导向冠状体,所述中心转轴能够旋转地被套入其中。
所述转轴有利地具有周边裙边,卡在该盖子的所述冠状体内部的圆形槽中。
所述冠状体优选位于所述盖子下表面上的凹入部分的底部。
按照一个特定的实施方案,所述挡板具有一个内凸台,在闭合的位置上能够卡在排放孔上。
按照另一个实施方案,所述挡板由一个末端根部向下延伸,与排放孔的轮廓相吻合。
出于经济和美观的原因,盖子上表面的边缘应与杆状按钮的侧壁对齐。
本发明的装置在各种情况下都使分配器保持一体从而保证排放孔的密封封闭。
另外,此封闭还靠一个完美地集成了分配器整体美观,而不破坏其线条的机构来保证。
挡板的凸台使闭合时发出咔哒一声,这使消费者对分配器的密封性更有保证。

在图1A和图1B上表示的分配器是不用空气(无空气)的分配器,用于液体化妆品,包括产品的储罐R、可由杆状按钮1操作的泵P。
杆状按钮1装有排放管11,衔接着泵P的喷射管T,并通过侧排放孔10通向外面。
在所介绍的实施模式中,排放孔在杆状按钮上位于产品释放嘴14的末端。
本发明的装置包括罩在按钮1上的盖子2,它装有一个垂直挡板20,能够通过围绕着支撑在按钮1上表面1a上的中心轴12旋转而使孔10封闭。
如在图3中所示,该盖子2的下表面2a包括至少一个定位销22,它能够滑动地与杆状按钮1的上表面1a上的曲线槽13相配合。在图4中介绍的实施模式中,该盖子包括3个定位销22。这些定位销22的末端支持着钩状体22a,它们与在杆状按钮上槽13的内壁上开出的纵向孔道14相配合。
在图2上以剖面表示的实施模式中,孔道14通向杆状按钮1下部容积中,孔道14的边缘保证钩状体22a在垂直方向上锁住。
盖子2的下表面2a包括一个导向冠状体21,所述中心转轴12就可转动地套在其中。转轴12具有周边裙边12a,卡在盖子的冠状体21内部的圆形槽21a中。
因此,有双重的保证将盖子卡在按钮上,在中心部位是通过在转轴12和冠状体21直接的转动连接,而在后面是通过定位销22在槽13中移动的滑动连接。
冠状体21位于盖子2的下表面2a上凹入部分23的底部。
如在图2和图4中所示,挡板20具有内凸台20a,在密封闭合的位置上,能够卡在排放孔10上,成为一个塞子,而且在必要的情况下还发出咔哒的声音。为此,凸台20a的尺寸要根据孔10的截面积来确定。
在所介绍的实施方案中,挡板20由末端根部24向下延伸,与嘴部14和排放孔10的轮廓相吻合。
如在图1A和图1B中所示,盖子2的上表面2b,在其轮廓上与杆状按钮1的侧壁是对齐的,使得不影响分配器的轮廓线。
除了相当于在图2和图4中所表示的凹入部分23的在导向冠状体21周围的区域以外,盖子2的下表面2a都与按钮1的上表面相接触。按照没有介绍的实施方案,分别为1a、2a的两个平面之间的接触被突起状连接带来增强,这是盖子2的凹入部分23的边缘,或者是按钮1的上表面。
Claims (9)
1.用于闭合液体产品分配器的装置,该装置包括带有侧排放孔(10)的杆状按钮(1),其特征在于,它包括一个罩在所述按钮并带有一个垂直挡板(20)的盖子(2),通过所述盖子围绕着所述按钮的上表面(1a)支撑的中心转轴(12)旋转,该挡板能够封闭所述孔(10)。
2.按照权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,该盖子(2)的下表面(2a)包括至少一个定位销(22),其与杆状按钮的上表面(1a)上的曲线槽(13)滑动地相配合。
3.按照权利要求2的装置,其特征在于,所述销子(22)的末端具有一个钩状体(22a),其与在杆状按钮的所述槽(13)内壁上开出的纵向孔道(14)相配合。
4.按照权利要求1或2的装置,其特征在于,所述盖子的下表面(2a)包括一个导向冠状体(21),在其上面能够旋转地卡住所述中心转轴(12)。
5.按照权利要求3的装置,其特征在于,所述转轴(12)带有周围的裙边(12a),卡在该盖子(2)的所述冠状体(21)上在内部开出的圆形槽(21a)中。
