Abstract

在害虫防治领域产生的一个典型问题是需要降低活性成分的剂量率以降低或避免不利的环境或毒性作用,同时仍允许有效防治害虫和病原体。
所遇到的另一问题是需要能够得到对宽范围的害虫和病原体有效的害虫防治剂。
本发明的另一问题是需要改善植物的组合物,一种改善在下文中通常称为“植物健康”的方法。例如可提及的有利性能为改善包括如下的作物特征:萌发、作物产量、蛋白质含量、更发达的根系(改善根的生长)、分蘖增加、植物高度增加、叶片变大、死亡的基生叶更少、更强的分蘖、叶颜色更绿、色素含量、光合作用活性、需要更少的肥料、需要更少的种子、更能生产的分蘖、较早开花、谷物更早成熟、更少的植物寄生、枝生长增加、植物活力增加、植物直立增加和早期发芽;或本领域熟练技术人员熟知的任何其它优点。
与使用农药相关的另一困难在于反复和单一施用单独的活性化合物在很多情况下导致害虫或病原体出现快速的选择性,这些害虫或病原体对于所述活性化合物具有天然的或者适应的耐药性。
因此,本发明的目的是提供解决上述问题的农药混合物。
防治有害的植物病原性真菌并不是农民必须面对的唯一问题。有害昆虫和其它害虫也可对作物和其它植物造成很大的损害。希望杀真菌和杀虫活性有效组合以克服该问题。因此,本发明的另一目的是提供一方面具有良好杀真菌活性且另一方面具有良好杀虫活性并导致更宽的农药活性谱的混合物。
我们发现该目的部分或全部通过开头所定义的活性化合物的组合实现。
尤其发现由新烟碱(neonicotinoid),优选吡虫清(acetamiprid)、噻虫胺(clothianidin)、呋虫胺(dinotefuran)、吡虫啉(imidacloprid)、硝胺烯啶(nitenpyram)、噻虫啉(thiacloprid)或噻虫嗪(thiamethoxam),更优选吡虫清、噻虫胺、吡虫啉或噻虫嗪,最优选噻虫嗪与一种或多种选自唑菌胺酯(pyraclostrobin)和啶酰菌胺(boscalid)的杀真菌剂的混合物实现,并且在施用至植物、植物部分、种子或它们生长的场所时,与单个化合物的防治率相比,包含啶酰菌胺和甲霜灵(metalaxyl)的混合物对植物病原体显示出显著增强作用和/或更适合改善植物健康。
噻虫嗪与某些嗜球果伞素(strobilurine)杀真菌剂的混合物由WO99/48366已知。然而,在该文献中提及的所有嗜球果伞素为乙酸衍生物,而本发明的唑菌胺酯为氨基甲酸甲酯。
WO02/102148公开了氟噁菌(fludioxonil)、甲霜灵和嗜球果伞素杀真菌剂的混合物,其还可任选进一步含有杀虫剂,尤其是噻虫嗪。所公开的嗜球果伞素杀真菌剂均为乙酸衍生物。

此外,三种活性成分噻虫嗪:唑菌胺酯:啶酰菌胺,其中三种活性成分的混合物中两种活性成分的各个组合中成分的有利重量混合比为100:1-1:100。混合物中任何一种成分的量可为1g-3kg活性成分/100kg种子。例如50g:5g:20g活性成分/100kg种子的比例是合适的。
有利的是农药混合物可包含甲霜灵,其中2-4种成分的混合物中两种成分的各个组合的成分比在100:1至1:100的范围内。
活性成分有利的重量比是甲霜灵:啶酰菌胺为100:1-1:100。
本发明的活性成分的混合物对于保护栽培植物具有非常有利的防治作用、预防作用和内吸的杀真菌性能。如上所述,所述混合物可用于抑制或破坏出现在植物或者不同作物或有用植物的植物部分(果实、花、叶、茎、块茎、根)上的病原体,同时还保护后来生长的那些植物部分防止这类病原体侵袭。活性成分混合物具有的特殊的优点为对在植物生长的早期阶段中最常出现在土壤中的病害高度有效。

已发现本发明混合物如新烟碱,优选吡虫清、噻虫胺、呋虫胺、吡虫啉、硝胺烯啶、噻虫啉或噻虫嗪,更优选吡虫清、噻虫胺、吡虫啉或噻虫嗪,最优选噻虫嗪与唑菌胺酯和/或啶酰菌胺的混合物的作用远远超过存在于混合物中的单个杀真菌剂的杀真菌作用。在本发明中,已显示该混合物表现出植物健康效果(如上所述)。术语植物健康包括与用吡虫清、噻虫胺、呋虫胺、吡虫啉、硝胺烯啶、噻虫啉或噻虫嗪,更优选吡虫清、噻虫胺、吡虫啉或噻虫嗪,最优选噻虫嗪与唑菌胺酯和/或啶酰菌胺的所述混合物防治害虫不相关的各种植物改善。
活性成分混合物可以预混配制剂的形式使用或者活性成分可同时或相互紧接着依次施用至待处理的区域、植物或种子,需要的话与其它载体、表面活性剂或其它常用于配制技术的促进施用的辅助剂一起施用。

-水、芳族溶剂(如Solvesso产品、二甲苯)、石蜡(如矿物油馏分)、醇类(如甲醇、丁醇、戊醇、苄醇)、酮类(如环己酮、γ-丁内酯)、吡咯烷酮(NMP、NOP)、乙酸酯(乙二醇二乙酸酯)、二元醇、脂肪酸二甲基酰胺、脂肪酸及脂肪酸酯。原则上还可以使用溶剂混合物。
-载体如磨碎的天然矿物(如高岭土、粘土、滑石、白垩)和磨碎的合成矿物(如高度分散的硅石、硅酸盐);乳化剂如非离子和阴离子乳化剂(如聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、烷基磺酸盐和芳基磺酸盐)以及分散剂如木素亚硫酸盐废液和甲基纤维素。
合适的表面活性剂是木素磺酸、萘磺酸、苯酚磺酸、二丁基萘磺酸的碱金属盐、碱土金属盐和铵盐,烷基芳基磺酸盐,烷基硫酸盐,烷基磺酸盐,脂肪醇硫酸盐,脂肪酸和硫酸化脂肪醇乙二醇醚,还有磺化萘和萘衍生物与甲醛的缩合物,萘或萘磺酸与苯酚和甲醛的缩合物,聚氧乙烯辛基苯基醚,乙氧基化的异辛基酚、辛基酚、壬基酚,烷基苯基聚乙二醇醚,三丁基苯基聚乙二醇醚,三硬脂基苯基聚乙二醇醚,烷基芳基聚醚醇,醇和脂肪醇/氧化乙烯缩合物,乙氧基化蓖麻油,聚氧乙烯烷基醚,乙氧基化聚氧丙烯,月桂醇聚乙二醇醚缩醛,山梨醇酯,木素亚硫酸盐废液和甲基纤维素。
适于制备可直接喷雾溶液、乳液、糊或油分散体的物质是中沸点到高沸点的矿物油馏分,如煤油或柴油,此外还有煤焦油和植物或动物来源的油,脂族、环状和芳族烃,例如甲苯、二甲苯、石蜡、四氢化萘、烷基化萘或其衍生物、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、环己醇、环己酮、异佛尔酮,强极性溶剂,例如二甲亚砜、N-甲基吡咯烷酮和水。
种子处理配制剂可额外包含粘合剂和任选着色剂。
可以加入粘合剂以改善处理之后的活性物质对种子的粘附。合适的粘合剂为EO/PO嵌段共聚物表面活性剂,还有聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丁烯、聚异丁烯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯胺、聚乙烯酰胺、聚乙烯亚胺聚醚和衍生于这些聚合物的共聚物。
在配制剂中还可任选包括着色剂。适于种子处理配制剂的着色剂或染料是若丹明B、C.I.颜料红112、C.I.溶剂红1、颜料蓝15:4,颜料蓝15:3,颜料蓝15:2,颜料蓝15:1,颜料蓝80,颜料黄1,颜料黄13,颜料红112,颜料红48:2,颜料红48:1,颜料红57:1,颜料红53:1,颜料橙43,颜料橙34,颜料橙5,颜料绿36,颜料绿7,颜料白6,颜料棕25,碱性紫10,碱性紫49,酸性红51,酸性红52,酸性红14,酸性蓝9,酸性黄23,碱性红10,碱性红108。
粉末、撒播用材料和可撒粉产品可通过将活性物质和固体载体混合或一起研磨而制备。
颗粒如涂覆颗粒、浸渍颗粒和均质颗粒可以通过将活性成分与固体载体粘附而制备。固体载体的实例是矿土如硅胶、硅酸盐、滑石、高岭土、活性粘土(attaclay)、石灰石、石灰、白垩、红玄武土、黄土、粘土、白云石、硅藻土、硫酸钙、硫酸镁、氧化镁;磨碎的合成材料;肥料如硫酸铵、磷酸铵、硝酸铵、尿素;植物来源的产品如谷粉、树皮粉、木粉和坚果壳粉,纤维素粉和其它固体载体。
配制剂通常包含0.01-95重量%,优选0.1-90重量%的活性化合物。活性化合物以90-100%,优选95-100%的纯度(根据NMR谱)使用。
下列为配制剂实例:
1.用水稀释的用于叶施用/种子处理配制剂的产品,这些产品可稀释施用或不经稀释施用。
A)水溶性浓缩物(SL、LS)
将10重量份活性化合物溶于水或水溶性溶剂中。或者,加入湿润剂或其它助剂。活性化合物经水稀释溶解。
B)分散性浓缩物(DC)
将20重量份活性化合物溶于环己酮中并加入分散剂如聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮。用水稀释得到分散体。
C)可乳化的浓缩物(EC)
将15重量份活性化合物溶于二甲苯中并加入十二烷基苯磺酸钙和蓖麻油乙氧基化物(在每种情况下浓度为5%)。用水稀释得到乳液。
D)乳液(EW、EO、ES)
将40重量份活性化合物溶于二甲苯中并加入十二烷基苯磺酸钙和蓖麻油乙氧基化物(在每种情况下浓度为5%)。借助乳化机(Ultraturrax)将该混合物引入水中并制成均相乳液。用水稀释得到乳液。
E)悬浮液(SC、OD、FS)
在搅拌的球磨机中,将20重量份活性化合物粉碎并加入分散剂、湿润剂和水或有机溶剂,得到细碎活性化合物悬浮液。用水稀释得到稳定的活性化合物悬浮液。
F)水分散性颗粒和水溶性颗粒(WG、SG)
将50重量份活性化合物细碎研磨并加入分散剂和湿润剂,借助工业装置(如挤出机、喷雾塔、流化床)将其制成水分散性或水溶性颗粒。用水稀释得到稳定的活性化合物分散体或溶液。
G)水分散性粉末和水溶性粉末(WP、SP、WS)
将75重量份本发明合物在转子-定子磨机中研磨并加入分散剂、湿润剂和硅胶。用水稀释得到稳定的活性化合物分散体或溶液。
2.不经稀释而施用的产品。对于种子处理,这些产品可稀释或不经稀释施用。
H)可撒粉粉末(DP、DS)
将5重量份活性化合物细碎研磨并与95%的细碎高岭土充分混合。这得到可撒粉产品。
I)颗粒(GR、FG、GG、MG)
将0.5重量份活性化合物细碎研磨并结合99.5%载体。现行方法是挤出、喷雾干燥或流化床方法。这得到不经稀释而施用的颗粒。
J)ULV溶液(UL)
将10重量份活性化合物溶于有机溶剂如二甲苯中。这得到不经稀释而施用的产品。
活性化合物可以直接、以其配制剂形式或由其制备的使用形式(如可直接喷雾溶液、粉末、悬浮液或分散体、乳液、油分散体、糊、可撒粉产品、撒播用材料或颗粒形式),借助喷雾、雾化、撒粉、撒播或浇灌来使用。使用形式完全取决于意欲的目的;它们意欲在每种情况下确保本发明活性化合物的最佳可能分布。
含水使用形式可通过加入水由乳液浓缩物、糊或可湿性粉末(可喷雾粉末、油分散体)制备。为制备乳液、糊或油分散体,可借助湿润剂、增粘剂、分散剂或乳化剂将该物质直接或溶于油或溶剂中后在水中均化。或者,还可以制备由活性物质、湿润剂、增粘剂、分散剂或乳化剂以及合适的话溶剂或油组成的浓缩物且该浓缩物适于用水稀释。
即用制剂中的活性化合物浓度可在较宽范围内变化。它们通常为0.0001-10%,优选0.01-1%。
各种类型的油、润湿剂、辅助剂、除草剂、杀真菌剂、其它农药或杀菌剂可加入活性化合物中,合适的话也仅在紧邻使用前加入(桶混合)。这些试剂通常与本发明试剂以1:10-10:1的重量比混合。
农业化学组合物通常包含0.1-99%,优选0.1-95%活性成分,99.9-1%,优选99.9-5%固体或液体辅助剂,以及0-25%,优选0.1-25%表面活性剂。
取决于所需效果,本发明混合物的施用率为0.1-2000g/ha,优选50-1500g/ha,尤其是50-750g/ha。
在种子处理中,混合物的施用率通常为0.1g-5kg/100kg种子,优选1g-2.5kg/100kg种子,尤其是1g-1kg/100kg。
在害虫控制中,本发明混合物或包含它们的组合物的分开或联合施用在植物播种之前或之后或者在植物萌发之前或之后通过将混合物喷雾或撒粉或者施用至种子、秧苗、植物或土壤而进行。
常规种子处理配制剂例如包括可流动浓缩物FS、溶液LS、干处理用粉末DS、淤浆处理用水分散性粉末WS、水溶性粉末SS以及乳液ES和EC,其中最优选FS和WS。
根据一个变型方案,本发明的另一主题是一种通过施用如下材料至条播机中而处理土壤的方法:含有组合的两种活性成分的颗粒配制剂或组合物,或其中配制剂各自含有两种活性成分之一的两种颗粒配制剂的混合物,以及与任选一种或多种固体或液体的可农用载体和/或任选一种或多种可农用表面活性剂一起施用。有利的是该方法用于禾谷类、玉米、棉花和向日葵的种子床中。
本发明还涉及用如上所定义的混合物或含有本发明混合物的组合物或者各自具有活性成分之一的组合物的混合物处理的植物的繁殖产品,尤其是种子。
种子以0.1g-5kg/100kg种子的量包含本发明混合物。
本发明混合物的协同增效杀虫作用可通过如下试验证实:
处理
将混合物的各成分以与用于混合物的相同施用率分开评价。协同增效通过将由基于单独成分效果得到的混合物对植物健康或对病害防治的预期生物效果与用混合物观察到的生物效果对比而测定。Abbot公式可用于进行所述对比。
种子处理-棉花
所用化合物为工业材料并在15%的丙酮在0.05%含水Tween(聚氧乙烯脱水山梨糖单月桂酸酯)中配制。将50粒棉花种子置于120ml的玻璃管瓶中并在紧邻种子上方的管瓶侧用移液管移入300μl化合物制剂。将管瓶振摇3分钟并将处理的种子置于铝箔上干燥。
植物健康
每次处理培养24粒棉花种子,含有Metro Mix360培养材料的每7.5cm2塑料盆中播2粒种子并将盆置于温室中。植物健康的测量为萌发时间、萌发百分数、出苗生物量和在2片真叶阶段的根生物量。
植物病害的协同增效防治
为测定对植物病害防治的处理效果,每次处理培养12粒棉花种子,含有砂土的每7.5cm2塑料盆中播2粒种子并用真菌病原体测试。可使用两种真菌病原体:腐霉菌属和丝核菌属。将植物保持在具有底部水的温室中。对根衰减和腐烂的严重性进行测量,然后基于未处理对照对各处理计算病害防治百分数。
测试结果显示,与由单个活性的总和计算的相比,本发明混合物显示出显著增加的活性证实了协同增效。
植物健康的协同增效效果
本发明混合物的植物健康的协同增效效果通过下述试验证实:
为测定本发明混合物对植物健康的种子处理效果,用混合物以及单独用各混合物的各成分处理软粒红小麦(Variety Coker9663)。将化合物如果配制的话在水中施用,或者如果是工业材料的话在25%的丙酮中施用。对于混合物,将水用作载体,或者如果一种或多种成分以工业材料使用,则将25%的丙酮用作载体。各处理剂在20ml的玻璃管瓶中制备。然后加入25粒种子,并使管瓶以旋涡运动1分钟。在处理后,使种子干燥。
用17-20ml水处理植物生长袋(18cm×16.5cm cygTMGerminationPouches,Mega-International),在与处理相同的日期在每个袋中放置4粒种子。重复4-5次。在25℃和14小时光照下并用所需的水培育生长袋。在处理3-4天和7-8天之后(DAT)评价萌发。在处理7-8天之后评价根长度和湿重以及苗长度和湿重。
基于混合物各成分单独施用时观察到的响应计算混合物的预期响应。
如下计算单独施用的混合物各成分(MP1和MP2)的效果百分数:
MP1=(对照响应-MP1响应)/对照响应*100%
MP2=(对照响应-MP2响应)/对照响应*100%
合适的对照响应用于混合物的各成分。
然后,使用Abbott公式如下计算混合物的预期响应%:
E响应%=(MP1+MP2)-(MP1*MP2)/100
最后,通过对合适的混合物对照(其为溶剂空白对照)施加预期响应%如下计算混合物的预期响应:
预期响应=对照响应-(对照响应*E响应%/100)
试验1
对于小麦植物健康(根长度、根质量、苗长度和苗质量)的4个测量中的每一个,观察到噻虫嗪加上啶酰菌胺的混合物(50g活性成分+20g活性成分/100kg种子)的实际响应大于基于当单独施用各成分时观察到的响应的预期响应,证实了对植物健康的协同增效效果。(表1)。
小麦种子的萌发百分数对于所有处理均为100%。

试验2
对于小麦植物健康(根质量、苗长度和苗质量)的4个测量中的3个,观察到噻虫嗪和甲霜灵的混合物(50g活性成分+20g活性成分/100kg种子)的实际响应大于基于当单独施用各成分时观察到的响应的预期响应(表2)。
小麦种子的萌发百分数对于所有处理均为100%。
对每次处理的16颗秧苗进行评价,每次用4颗秧苗重复4次。

Claims (10)
1.包含新烟碱和选自啶酰菌胺的杀真菌剂作为活性组分的农药混合物,其中新烟碱和啶酰菌胺的重量比为100∶1-1∶100,且新烟碱选自噻虫嗪和噻虫胺。
2.根据权利要求1的农药混合物,其中新烟碱为噻虫嗪。
3.一种改善植物健康的方法,包括以任何所需顺序,同时,即联合或分开,或依次施用根据权利要求1或2的农药混合物。
4.一种在植物、植物部分、种子或它们的生长场所中防治或防止真菌侵袭的方法,包括以任何所需顺序,同时,即联合或分开,或依次施用根据权利要求1或2的农药混合物。
5.根据权利要求3或4的方法,其中以0.1-2000g/ha的量施用如权利要求1或2所要求的农药混合物。
6.一种保护种子的方法,包括在播种之前和/或预萌发之后将种子与如权利要求1或2所定义的农药混合物接触。
