Abstract
本发明涉及在基底上粘结软薄膜的方法,该方法包括,在薄膜和基底之间置入足够量的液体,使得在借助于刮刀将薄膜贴在基底上之后,在薄膜和基底之间不夹入任何气泡,其特征在于,在基底温度低于0℃时不会结霜;本发明还涉及互相粘结的基底和软薄膜,其特征在于,在将该基底和软薄膜从温度至少等于0℃,残留湿度至少为25%的大气中转移到其温度将低于0℃的大气中时,该液体不会结霜;本发明还涉及包括它们的夹层玻璃;本发明还涉及此夹层玻璃的应用,特别是曝露在低于0℃的温度下的应用。
Description
本发明涉及一种偶然或经常处于低于0℃的温度下的基底,特别是涉及透明的基底。
能够给予这样的基底以各种机能:能够保持透明、疏水、亲水的防霜机能、抗污染-自清洁(光催化)机能、反射光线或热辐射机能、至少部分着色机能、导电-加热基板、半导体机能、抗静电机能、电致荧光机能等。
可通过比如涂层的形式使许多这样的机能与基底相结合。在此情况下,形成涂层的方法要合适,以保证所需的粘结和机械强度,且特别是当此基底是透明的时,要保证尽可能低的划痕性能或涂层的划痕自愈能力。当然,必要时此涂层可再生。
另一方面,可通过具有很容易被同样的薄膜或具有不同机能的薄膜替代优点的粘结薄膜赋予一种或几种机能。
很明显,在试图得到薄膜在基底上完美的粘结质量时,特别要避免有气泡夹在两者之间。为此,一种方法可包括放入足够量的液体,特别是水与表面活性剂的混合物,通过在薄膜上加压,比如借助于刮刀从中心部分向周边施加压力,以驱赶出所有的气泡。
但是,此方法对于偶然或经常处于低于0℃的温度下的基底没有给出满意的结果。实际上对此,在基底和薄膜被组装之后残留在它们之间的部分液体,会发生结晶而形成霜。比如当功能粘结薄膜被贴在其温度可例如在-28~0℃之间的冷冻容器透明门的内表面上时就会结霜,通过此门将不再能够看见里面。由于薄膜有可渗透性,而且冷冻的空气比较干燥,所以在结霜之后至少4天,最多一周,此霜会消失。如此的不便使得其不能用于具有大表面的商店冷冻容器的垂直门,顾客要经常打开,或者由于补充货物而经常结霜,而在大流通领域保持完全的透明是必需的。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种将软薄膜组合在基底上的一种方法,要保证在两者之间完美的界面,特别是没有夹带的空气气泡,也不结霜。
为此,本发明的目标是在基底上粘结软薄膜的方法,此方法包括在薄膜和基底之间放入足够量的液体,使得借助于刮刀在基底上贴上薄膜之后,在薄膜和基底之间不会夹入任何气泡,其特征在于,在基底温度偶尔或经常低于0℃,特别是最高为-5℃,特别是最高为-10℃,还至少为-25℃时,该液体不会结霜。
有利地,在薄膜和基底之间放入足够量的液体之前,该基底被除去所有被粘附在其上面的颗粒,并且被清洗和擦干。
优选地,与基底相粘结的软薄膜的表面,被所述足够量液体润湿。可以使用适合于放置液体的各种技术,比如流涂、雾化、喷雾或相当的技术。另一方面,不排除用所述足够量液体润湿薄膜要在其上粘结的基底的面,也不排除同时润湿薄膜和基底的所述表面。
按照本发明的另一个优选特征,要粘结到基底上的软薄膜的表面包括任选具有在粘结到该基底上之前要除去的保护膜的粘结层。或者,在放到表面和基底之间的液体中可加入胶粘剂。
该胶粘剂选自:
-所谓“热熔”胶粘剂:被加热以得到具有适当粘度的液体的热塑性聚合物,该液体被放置然后冷却得到固体(聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚酰胺、聚酯等);
-水性或有机溶液或分散液型胶粘剂,其中在置入之后将其溶剂蒸发,得到固体:
水溶液型:酚醛、聚(甲基乙烯基醚)、聚乙烯醇、糊精、天然产物比如酪蛋白、基于血液的胶(白蛋白和血清球蛋白)、鱼胶(胶原衍生物);
有机溶液型:天然橡胶、丙烯酸系(acrylique)、聚氨酯、聚酰胺、聚乙烯醇缩醛、苯氧基系聚合物(phénoxy);
分散液型:聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚硅氧烷、某些弹性体(丁腈橡胶等);
-现用现制型薄膜状胶粘剂:环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、丁腈橡胶、聚酰胺、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚氯乙烯、乙烯-羧酸共聚物;
-涉及就地聚合反应的胶粘剂:氰基丙烯酸酯、某些活性丙烯酸化合物;
-压敏胶粘剂:在涂布之前和以后都不改变物理状态,仍然是恒定可变形的,且在环境温度下具有某些胶(粘结)特性:粘性弹性体(天然橡胶-胶乳)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、热塑性弹性体(聚氨酯等)、苯乙烯-二烯(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯)嵌段共聚物、聚(丙烯酸烷基酯)、聚硅氧烷;
-弹性体:天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、聚氯丁二烯(polychloroprène)、氯丁橡胶(néoprène)、丁腈橡胶、丁基橡胶等;
-无机胶粘剂:具有不同二氧化硅-碱金属比的可溶性硅酸盐。
按照本发明的优选实施方案:
-软薄膜同与基底相粘结的一面相对的表面被有效量的液体润湿,使得在包括将该薄膜贴在该基底上的操作过程中,刮刀容易在该薄膜上滑动;
-软薄膜同与基底相粘结的一面相对的表面具有在软薄膜被粘结到基底上之后要除去的保护膜;此保护膜特别可被润湿,以使如上指出的刮刀容易滑动;
-置入薄膜和基底之间的液体含有有效量的降低结晶温度的防结霜化合物,比如盐,特别是KCl、NaCl或相当的化合物的溶液和/或适当的醇类和/或亲水的聚合物、共聚物、预聚物或低聚物,任选在水中和任选的一种或几种表面活性剂。
作为醇类,特别可使用乙醇、异丙醇。
构成放入的液体的亲水聚合物、共聚物、预聚物或低聚物特别是基于如下类型的:聚(n-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮)或聚(1-乙烯基吡咯烷酮)型的聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚(n-乙烯基-2-吡啶)、聚(n-乙烯基-3-吡啶、聚n-乙烯基-4-吡啶)型的聚乙烯基吡啶、聚(丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯)型的聚丙烯酸酯、聚(N’,N-羟基丙烯酰胺)型的聚丙烯酰胺、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚丙烯腈、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯醛、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚环氧乙烷等。共聚物特别是基于至少一种构成这些聚合物的单体的共聚物。
作为表面活性剂,可以举出含有亲脂部分Y和离子型或非离子型亲水头部的化合物,该Y可以是线形、分支的脂肪族的或不饱和的链,或者是芳香族的或烷基芳香族的链。
其例子是:
-阴离子型表面活性剂:Y-CO2 -M+;Y-OSO3 -M+;Y-SO3 -M+;十二烷基苯的磺酸盐;烷基磺酸盐;磺化脂肪酸和脂肪酸酯;烷基芳基磺酸盐;
-阳离子型表面活性剂:Y-(Rn)NH+ (4-n),X-;Y-R4N+,X-;烷基三甲基铵;烷基苄基二甲基铵;咪唑啉盐;胺的盐;
-两性离子的:Y-N+......CO2 -;Y-N+......SO3 -;甜菜碱;磺基甜菜碱;咪唑盐;
-非离子型的:Y-OR;Y-OH;Y-CO2R;Y-CONHR;Y-(CH2-CH2-O)n-;多元醇;醇;酸;酯;聚乙氧基化的脂肪醇。
本发明的另一个目标包括通过置入足够量的液体使其完全不夹入气泡而得到的互相粘结的基底和软薄膜,其特征在于,在即使将该基底和薄膜从温度至少等于0℃,优选为10~35℃,特别是15~30℃,更特别是23~27℃,残余湿度为至少25%的大气中转移至其温度将低于0℃,分别为最高-5℃和-10℃的大气中,也持久地不会结霜。
按照一个优选的特征,该基底和软薄膜构成透明的组装体。该基底由玻璃或塑料组成,塑料比如是聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯、聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚(对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、聚(对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)、聚氨酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、环状烯烃共聚物,比如乙烯/降冰片烯或乙烯/环戊二烯共聚物、聚碳酸酯/聚酯共聚物、离聚物树脂,比如由多元胺及其类似物中和的乙烯/(甲基)丙烯酸共聚物,这些可以是单独使用或者是它们的混合物。
按照本发明的基底和软薄膜的另一个有利的特征:
-该薄膜是防结霜的和/或疏水的和/或亲水的和/或抗污染-自清洁(光催化)的和/或反射光线或热辐射的、防阳光、低发射和/或至少部分可着色和/或导电-加热和/或半导体和/或抗静电和/或电发光的;
-该薄膜在温度最高为-10℃,分别为-15℃和-20℃时是防结霜的,其放置的温度至少为0℃,优选为10~35℃,特别为15~30℃,特别是23~27℃,残留湿度至少为25%的大气中,在至少12秒,优选至少1min,特别是至少2min,甚至于长达至少3min的时间内没有任何霜形成;
-该薄膜是基于如下聚合物的载体:聚酰胺、聚酯、聚烯烃比如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、纤维素、聚苯乙烯、乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚(乙烯醇)、聚氯乙烯、聚(对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚氨酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基吡啶、聚丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯型的聚丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酰胺、聚(醋酸乙烯酯)、聚丙烯腈、聚丙烯醛、聚乙二醇、聚环氧乙烷;还可以涉及基于至少一种如上所述聚合物的共聚物或混合物;
-该薄膜是防结霜的,由于它含有降低结晶温度,并任选使其部分表面具有疏水特性的防结霜的化合物。作为防结霜化合物,可以使用如上所述用于所述加入液体同样的化合物。但是,在研究该薄膜防结霜功能的持久性时,可需要改善加入防结霜化合物层的机械性能,特别是当其可能经受偶然的机械接触或清洗等时,为此,该防结霜化合物可被交联和/或结合至少一种与其发生物理相互作用和/或分散在比如无机固体基质或ORMOCER(有机改性陶瓷)型混合基质中的化合物。
所谓物理相互作用,在此指的是氢键、范德华(Van der Wals)型极性相互作用或适合于进行类似于交联的机械增强的疏水相互作用。
可以在薄膜本身中加入防结霜的功能,或者在该薄膜载体上形成的涂层中加入防结霜的功能。
本发明的另一个目标是一种玻璃板,该夹层玻璃包括基底和如上所述的软薄膜,以及必要时的由粘结中间层与其连接的其他透明片或气体薄层。在此玻璃板中,所述软薄膜有利地构成如此被功能化的外表面。
此玻璃板特别由单层玻璃、层合玻璃、多层玻璃、隔热玻璃和真空玻璃构成。
这样的多层隔热玻璃板包括比如两层或三层单层玻璃或层合玻璃,它们两两之间由气隙层隔开。其意义可以是使冷冻容器与外面的(房屋的)大气进行隔热。
此隔热的作用还可以通过真空夹层玻璃板获得,该夹层玻璃板由至少两片单层玻璃或层合玻璃构成,其间由真空或减压的气隙层隔开。这两层可由第三层连接,其中它们可被减压或不减压的气隙层隔开。
这样的结构可包括一层或几层低辐射层,该层对冷冻容器外面辐射的热进行反射。
按照此玻璃板的一个有利的特征,其阻隔层,即由其使不同的单层玻璃或层合玻璃组合在一起并两两隔开的所有组件的热导是至多1.46W/m·K。
最后,本发明的目标是此种玻璃板的应用
-作为冷冻容器的门;
-用于建筑物、市政设施或广告牌、汽车用镜、门以外的冷冻容器组件,比如台面等;
-用于陆地、空中或水中的运输工具(风挡玻璃、侧面玻璃、后窗玻璃、顶板零件、后视镜、前灯等)。
-用于观察组件(眼镜、头盔)。
事实上,本发明对至少是偶然经受低于0℃的温度的产品是特别有利的,在苛刻气候的室外中的应用具有更大的意义。
通过下面的实施例将更好地理解本发明。
实施例
除了下面的内容以外,重复申请WO00/71481的第一个实施例,
-使用三层隔热夹层玻璃板代替真空隔热玻璃板,以及
-聚碳酸酯薄膜在朝着隔热玻璃板的方向带有粘结层,在其上通过置入如下详细叙述的液体固定该薄膜。
该聚碳酸酯薄膜,在与粘结层相反的一面上涂布有防结霜吸附层,形成基于聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和聚氨酯的三维聚合网络。防结霜层的厚度等于14.5μm。
对安装在其内温为-25.5℃的冷冻销售柜上的门进行测试。在门的内表面上测量的温度是-22℃。此冷柜放置在温度25℃,残留湿度60%的大气中。
按照如下的方法进行。
在放置薄膜之前打开柜门10min,以避免在玻璃上形成霜。
借助于装满洗涤组合物(肥皂水)的喷雾器润湿门的内表面。
用刮刀刮擦玻璃,以去掉所有粘结上的颗粒,然后用橡胶刮板刮擦以擦拭掉水。在门上不应再残留任何霜。如果需要用抹布擦拭边缘。
撕掉聚碳酸酯薄膜的粘结保护膜,在胶粘剂上喷洒在下面表格中指出的液体。
将薄膜的粘结面放置在玻璃上。
用与在胶粘剂上所喷同样的液体喷雾润湿薄膜的另一面,使得用橡胶刮刀更容易在该薄膜的表面上刮擦。
借助于橡胶刮刀,对存在于玻璃和薄膜之间的液体进行驱赶。为了使该液体完全排掉,要从玻璃的中心向外周刮擦。
如有必要,可切开该薄膜使得在门柱与薄膜之间有几毫米的间隙,以有利于赶出液体。
重复刮擦的操作,关闭柜子的门。
在下面的表格中评估了在关门以后不同瞬间有没有出现霜,还评估了在玻璃和薄膜之间的气泡。

Claims (31)
1.在基底上粘结软薄膜的方法,该方法包括在薄膜和基底之间置入足够量的液体,使得能够在借助于刮刀将薄膜施加到基底上之后,在薄膜和基底之间不夹入任何气泡,其特征在于,在低于0℃的基底温度下该液体不结霜。
2.按照权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,在最高为-5℃的基底温度下,该液体不结霜。
3.按照权利要求2的方法,其特征在于,在最高为-10℃的基底温度下,该液体不结霜。
4.按照权利要求1~3中之一项的方法,其特征在于,在薄膜和基底之间置入足够量的液体之前,要先除掉粘附在基底上的所有颗粒,对基底进行清洗和擦干。

19.按照权利要求16~18中之一项的基底和软薄膜,其特征在于,所述大气的温度为10~35℃,特别是15~30℃,更特别是23~27℃。
20.按照权利要求16~19中之一项的基底和软薄膜,其特征在于,在至少1min的过程中不结霜。
21.按照权利要求20的基底和软薄膜,其特征在于,在至少2min的过程中不结霜。
22.按照权利要求21的基底和软薄膜,其特征在于,在至少3min的过程中不结霜。
23.按照权利要求10~22中之一项的基底和软薄膜,其特征在于,该薄膜是基于如下聚合物的载体的:聚酰胺、聚酯、聚烯烃比如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、纤维素、聚苯乙烯、乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚(乙烯醇)、聚(氯乙烯)、聚(对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚氨酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基吡啶、聚丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯型的聚丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酰胺、聚(醋酸乙烯酯)、聚丙烯腈、聚丙烯醛、聚乙二醇、聚环氧乙烷;至少一种这些聚合物的共聚物或混合物。
24.按照权利要求10~23中之一项的基底和软薄膜,其特征在于,该薄膜是防结霜的,由于它含有降低结晶温度的防结霜化合物。
25.包括按照权利要求10~24中之一项的基底和软薄膜,以及任选的其他透明片的玻璃板,它们是借助于插入的粘结层或气隙层连接起来的。
26.按照权利要求25的玻璃板,其中所述软薄膜构成外表面。
27.按照权利要求25或26的玻璃板,其中阻隔层的热导不超过1.46W/m·K。
28.按照权利要求25~27中之一项的玻璃板作为冷冻容器门的应用。
29.按照权利要求25~27中之一项的玻璃板在建筑物、市政设施或广告牌、汽车用镜、门以外冷冻容器的组件方面的应用。
30.按照权利要求25~27中之一项的玻璃板在陆地、空中或水中的运输工具方面的应用。
31.按照权利要求25~27中之一项的玻璃板在观察组件方面的应用。
