Abstract
本发明公开了一种三卡锁具,包括锁壳、三卡簧片以及偏心轮,所述的三卡簧片设置在锁壳内,在三卡簧片上设置有与偏心轮配合的孔,三卡簧片通过设置在孔内的偏心轮的转动而前后运动,在锁壳上还设置有支撑三卡簧片的支撑凸,所述的偏心轮为扇形偏心轮,所述的孔为与扇形偏心轮相适配的由矩形和圆形叠加形成的半圆形孔;所述的支撑凸台的内端面为一斜面,并以三卡簧片伸出方向为正方向倾斜向上。改进后的三卡锁,当偏心轮顺时针旋转180°锁紧型材时,扇形偏心轮侧面靠紧三卡簧片半圆孔另一矩形端的直线边,此时止位力臂大于传统的圆形偏心轮和带止位凸台的偏心轮的同类型锁具,有效提高了抵抗侧止位力矩的能力,降低了产品失效的可能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带槽口的型材的快速连接锁具,尤其是一种由三卡簧片构成的三卡锁具。
背景技术
现有的三卡锁具包括锁壳、三卡簧片以及偏心轮。锁壳为整体空心结构,前部设有与型材槽口定位的凸耳及簧片导向凸台,后部设有偏心轮安装孔和簧片支撑凸台;三卡簧片前部开有对称的宽度不等的两条槽将簧片分成三部分,两边向上弯180°为正脚,中间向下弯180°为反脚,簧片中部有一向下倾斜小撑脚,簧片后部是与偏心轮配合的圆形孔;偏心轮顶部有梅花扳手孔。上部圆柱段与下部圆柱段同心并与锁壳配合,中间为与三卡簧片圆孔配合的偏心轮,与上下圆柱段有一偏心距,簧片在偏心轮的作用下前后移动,并通过设置在锁壳上的导向凸台将型材固定。在专利EP0166794中,偏心轮起着驱动簧片前后运动和防止偏心轮旋转超过180°两功能,分别由偏心轮和止位凸台来完成,当顺时针旋转偏心轮180°时,偏心轮推动簧片向后移动,此时止位凸台靠紧三卡簧片偏心轮孔侧面,防止偏心轮旋转超过180°。该结构存在以下不足:a、簧片制造复杂,簧片后尾向上弯90,不易保证正反脚锁紧尺寸。b、偏心轮制造复杂,为保证簧片移动距离,偏心轮尺寸过大,需在锁壳上开孔,让开偏心轮,使得锁壳强度下降。c、由于结构尺寸的限制,止位凸台不能做大,因此止位力臂偏小,当锁紧力矩过大时易造成锁壳开裂锁头失效。
中国专利ZL98226976.5也公开了一种三卡锁具,偏心轮偏心部分为传统的圆形结构。偏心轮驱动簧片前后运动和防止偏心轮旋转超过180°两功能,均由圆形偏心轮完成。当顺时针旋转偏心轮时,偏心轮与簧片长圆孔配合推动簧片向后移动,当转过180°时,偏心轮靠紧三卡簧片长圆孔侧面,防止偏心轮旋转超过180°。该结构存在的不足是:a由于偏心轮偏心部分为传统的圆形结构,锁紧时止位力臂小,仅相当于偏心矩,当偏心轮旋转超过180°时,产生的侧向力成倍增大,及易造成锁壳开裂锁头失效。b在松开偏心轮旋转超过180°时,自锁角小,容易产生自锁现象,使偏心轮按不下去,影响锁具装卸。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种锁紧时止位力臂大,防止因侧向力大造成锁壳开裂锁头失效的三卡锁具。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:包括锁壳、三卡簧片以及偏心轮,所述的三卡簧片设置在锁壳内,在三卡簧片上设置有与偏心轮配合的孔,三卡簧片通过设置在孔内的偏心轮的转动而前后运动,在锁壳上还设置有一支撑三卡簧片的支撑凸台,所述的偏心轮为扇形偏心轮,所述的孔为与扇形偏心轮相适配的由矩形和圆形叠加形成的半圆形孔。
所述的支撑凸台的内端面为一斜面,并以三卡簧片伸出方向为正方向倾斜向上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、改进后的三卡锁,当偏心轮顺时针旋转180°锁紧型材时,扇形偏心轮侧面靠紧三卡簧片半圆孔另一矩形端的直线边,此时止位力臂大于偏心轮的偏心距,因而止位力臂大于传统的圆形偏心轮和带止位凸台的偏心轮的同类型锁具,在相同作用力下有效提高了抵抗侧止位力矩的能力,提高了锁具的牢靠性和使用寿命。由于止位力臂增大的同时也增大了自锁角,在松开偏心轮旋转超过180°时,不会产生自锁现象,导致偏心轮按不下去,使锁具拆装更加方便。
2、锁壳后尾簧片导向支撑凸台,由直边改为斜边后,当由于操作不当等原因造成簧片下移时,簧片可沿斜边回位,保证了工作的可靠性,同时增加了锁壳的强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作详细说明,如图1所示,它主要由锁壳1、三卡簧片2和扇形偏心轮3组成,锁壳1为整体空心结构,前部设有与型材槽口定位的凸耳4及簧片导向凸台5,后部设有扇形偏心轮3安装孔6和带斜面的簧片支撑凸台7,见图2、图3。三卡簧片2前部开有对称的宽度不等的两条槽8将簧片分成三部分,两边向上弯180°为正脚9,中间向下弯180°为反脚10,三卡簧片2中部有一向下倾斜小撑脚11,三卡簧片2后部是与扇形偏心轮3配合的由矩形和圆形叠加形成的半圆形孔12,见图4、图5。偏心轮顶部有梅花扳手孔13,上部圆柱段14与下部圆柱段15同心并与锁壳1配合,中间为与三卡簧片2半圆孔12配合的扇形偏心轮16,扇形偏心轮16的偏心距为h,扇形偏心轮16的圆弧所对应的玄长可以小于上部圆柱段14的直径,也可以大于上部圆柱段14的直径,最好圆弧两个端点到上部圆柱段14的切线之间形成的夹角b不大于120°,见图6。
在使用时,先将偏心轮向下按至与锁壳1齐平后沿纵向插入带有偏心轮孔的型材中,通过三卡簧片2小撑脚11的弹力使偏心轮从型材孔中弹出,见图7。将装好锁具的型材插入被连接型材侧面槽口中,用梅花扳手顺时针旋转偏心轮,扇形偏心轮3与三卡簧片半圆孔12配合并驱动三卡簧片2向后移动,当偏心轮旋转至180°时,扇形偏心轮3侧面靠紧三卡簧片半圆孔12直线边,防止偏心轮旋转超过180°造成锁紧失效。同时在锁壳1导向凸台5的作用下,三卡簧片2正反脚9、10张开,钩住型材槽口内侧面,使两型材相互锁紧。此时,三卡簧片2尾部在锁壳1支撑凸台7上方,防止偏心轮下移,见图5。
当偏心轮顺时针旋转180°锁紧型材时,扇形偏心轮3侧面靠紧三卡簧片半圆孔12直线边,见图五,此时止位力臂n大于传统的圆形偏心轮和带止位凸台的偏心轮的同类型锁具,有效提高了抵抗侧止位力矩的能力。由于止位力臂增大的同时也增大了自锁角a,在松开偏心轮旋转超过180°时,不会产生自锁现象,导致偏心轮按不下去,使锁具拆装更加方便。
Claims (2)
1.一种三卡锁具,包括锁壳(1)、三卡簧片(2)以及偏心轮(3),所述的三卡簧片(2)设置在锁壳(1)内,在三卡簧片(2)上设置有与偏心轮(3)配合的孔(4),三卡簧片(2)通过设置在孔(12)内的偏心轮(3)的转动而前后运动,在锁壳(1)上还设置有支撑三卡簧片(2)的支撑凸台(7),其特征在于:所述的偏心轮(3)为扇形偏心轮,所述的孔(12)为与扇形偏心轮相适配的由矩形和圆形叠加形成的半圆形孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三卡锁具,其特征在于所述的支撑凸台(7)的内端面为一斜面,并以三卡簧片伸出方向为正方向倾斜向上。
