Abstract

电气连接器的绝缘材料外壳
技术领域
本发明涉及电气连接器的一种绝缘材料外壳,该电气连接器带有一个端面敞开的基本外壳,用于容纳电气连接器的触头部件;带有一个端面的盖子部件,该盖子部件是作为导线导向部件设计的和被插入到基本外壳的端面开口中。导线导向部件至少有一个导线进线口和一个连接于其上的用于插入和导入导线的导向通道,导线与其绝缘外套末端部分一起插入到导线导向通道中。
背景技术
这种类型的绝缘材料外壳是公知的。它们有个优点,即作为导线导向部件使用的盖子部件承担有多种功能。在一个盖子的功能中,它确保连接器触头部件各方面都接触可靠地装入到绝缘材料外壳中。同时,其相对远地推入到基本外壳中的绝缘材料体,把在基本外壳中触头部件的位置正确的定位确定下来,此外导线导向部件还完成如在开始时称作的那些导线导向任务。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,即使在必须满足降低电气连接器结构尺寸要求的情况下,也还要能利用前面所述类型绝缘材料外壳的优点。
该任务按照本发明以这样的方式解决,即导线导向部件在导线导向通道范围具有一个敞开的框架结构,框架结构带有敞开的无壁框架分格,框架分格在导线导向通道方向延伸,并在横向于连接器结构高度方向和/或结构宽度方向的方向上对准。要这样去确定这些框架分格的尺寸大小,使插入到导线导向通道中去的导线的绝缘外套代替在导线导向部件的敞开的框架分格中缺少的绝缘材料壁,就是说,以前(在现有技术中)为导线导向部件的绝缘材料壁所需要的空间体积,现在(按照本发明的原理)供插入到导线导向通道中去的导线的绝缘外套使用。
导线导向部件的这种按照本发明的框架结构,避免了在连接器装配好时使基本外壳的绝缘材料壁和导线导向部件的绝缘材料壁在连接器的结构高度方向和/或结构宽度方向双料使用。这种双料使用在绝缘技术上是不必要的,尤其是因为在导线导向通道范围反正还有由插入的导线的绝缘外套负责提供足够的电绝缘。
导线导向通道的纵向长度通常这样确定,即它相当于导线插入到连接器中的设计上预先规定的插入深度。为了检验导线是否足够插入到连接器中,建议由一种透明塑料制造连接器的基本外壳,为盖子部件的导线导向部件(或为盖子部件一起)使用不透明的塑料。这就可以很好地看到导线导向部件框架结构的敞开的、无壁的框架分格,使导线绝缘外套的(从而导线整体的)正确插入深度可以得到控制。在建议的材料组合的情况下,通观程度没有反射或其它光学困惑,如果像在现有技术中多次实验的那样,由一种透明材料制造的基本外壳和盖子部件仍可以出现反射或其它光学困惑。

具体实施方式
图2示出的是作为带有端面开口11的一个绝缘材料外壳的基本外壳10的实施例,触头部件例如像由图5看到的那样,可以通过该开口插入到基本外壳中。
在图1中示出的是所属的盖子部件12,是以按照本发明的导线导向部件形式示出的。盖子部件插入到基本外壳的端面开口11中,使它的绝缘材料体同时将触头部件位置固定在基本外壳中。
导线导向部件共有三个漏斗形造型的导线进线口13,与它们在一起的各有一个导线导向通道14。
图5示出的是,导线15可与其绝缘外套16的末端部分一起插入到导线导向通道14中,使绝缘外套16碰到导线导向通道14的绝缘材料挡块17上并使导线除去绝缘层的末端18在电气和机械上都卡住有夹紧部件处。在所示出的汇流排19与所示出的弹簧片舌20末端之间形成夹紧部位。把所示三线连接器所有三个夹紧部位彼此连接在一起的汇流排19和单个夹紧部位各自的弹簧片舌20,以它们的整体形成连接器的所谓触头部件。
根据本发明的原理,导线导向部件在其导线导向通道14的范围内有一个敞开的框架结构,框架结构带有敞开的无壁框架分格21。这些框架分格在导线导向通道方向延伸,并在所示的实施例时(参见图1)在横向于连接器结构高度方向的方向上对准。要这样去确定这些框架分格21的尺寸大小,使插入到导线导向通道14中去的导线的绝缘外套16延伸到各自的框架分格21中,并在框架分格中代替那里导线导向部件所缺少的绝缘材料壁的空间体积。
由此产生有优点,即在图3中以剖面示出的导线导向部件在插入到基本外壳10中去的状态(参见图4),基本外壳的外绝缘材料壁22不是加倍的。代之为将导线导向部件的敞开的、无壁框架分格21无间隔地紧挨着基本外壳的外绝缘材料壁22。
从中,致使制成的连接器(在连接器结构高度的方向看)在两个绝缘材料壁厚高度上结构高度降低,在现有技术中两个绝缘材料壁通常是在导线导向部件的导线导向通道14之上和之下。
以同样方式也可以达到连接器结构宽度的降低,然而在所示本发明的实施例中没有实现。

Claims (2)

1.电气连接器的绝缘材料外壳,
-带有一个端面敞开的基本外壳,用于容纳电气连接器的触头部件,
-带有一个端面的盖子部件,该盖子部件是导线导向部件且被插入到基本外壳的端面开口中,
-导线导向部件至少有一个导线进线口和一个连接于所述导线进线口上的用于插入和导入导线的导向通道,导线与其绝缘外套末端部分一起插入到导线导向通道中,
其特征在于:
-导线导向部件在导线导向通道(14)范围具有一个敞开的框架结构,框架结构带有敞开的无壁框架分格(21),
-这些框架分格在导线导向通道方向延伸,并垂直于连接器结构高度方向和/或结构宽度方向对准,
-要这样去确定这些框架分格的尺寸大小,使插入到导线导向通道(14)中去的导线(15)的绝缘外套(16)代替在导线导向部件的敞开的框架分格(21)中缺少的绝缘材料壁,
-当盖子部件(12)插入到基本外壳的端面开口(11)中时,盖子部件(12)将触头部件位置固定在基本外壳中。
2.如权利要求1的绝缘材料外壳,
其特征在于:
-基本外壳(10)由一种透明绝缘材料构成,
-导线导向部件由一种非透明绝缘材料制造。
