本发明涉及可气溶胶输送的配方,即能在压力下从含推进剂气体的压力容器中以气溶胶喷涂、泡沫或摩斯形式输送的配方。本发明涉及包含液体磨料组合物的可气溶胶输送配方。
发明背景
液体磨料组合物,尤其液体磨料清洗组合物(liquid abrasivecleaning composition),如家用清洁剂,是众所周知且能非常有效地从硬质表面除去用无磨料产品常不能完全除去的难除污垢、油脂、熔焊料和斑痕。
液体磨料清洗组合物一般包含细颗粒磨料,如方解石、二氧化硅、硅酸镁之类,在包含水和任选的表面活性剂和/或聚合物的含水相中的悬浮体,以提供物理稳定性和表面活性。
许多出版物讨论液体磨料清洗组合物的配方。例如,U.S.专利No.5,679,877给出了含磨料的增稠液体清洗组合物的实例;U.S.专利No.5,286,405涉及聚合物-增稠液体磨料清洗组合物;U.S.专利No.4,911,857描述了含粒状磨料悬浮在含水介质中的液体磨料清洗组合物;U.S.专利No.4,842,757涉及稳定性更好的增稠液体擦拭清洁剂;U.S.专利No.4,840,746公开了一种含结晶硅铝酸盐沸石聚集体磨料的液体清洁剂组合物;以及U.S.专利No.4,751,016、U.S.专利No.4,302,347、U.S.专利No.4,284,533和U.S.专利No.3,997,460都公开了液体擦拭清洁剂。
与目前液体磨料清洗组合物相关的缺点包括以下事实:它们不易被涂布到也将不粘着在垂直表面上。另外,感到在不使劲摩擦/擦洗时它们似乎不起作用,因此,消费者认为它们需要繁重的劳动。此外,现有液体磨料清洗组合物因使用时不稀释,在室温和较小表面积上只有有限的芳香味。
气溶胶清洗泡沫/摩斯是众所周知和广为使用的,例如,地毯清洗和浴室清洗。这些产品之所以引起消费者的兴趣,是因为它们使用方便,能单手施涂且无需预稀释在水中。此外,消费者也感到泡沫或摩斯一旦已喷涂上就无需用力进行物理清洗即能“对污垢起作用”。泡沫/摩斯引起人们兴趣的另一点是,由于它们的高比表面和泡沫/摩斯泡的逐渐坍塌使所包裹的香料不断释出而产生浓香味。
但人们认为,现有气溶胶清洗泡沫/摩斯在清除难除污垢方面不像擦洗清洁剂那样有效,因而一般把它们看成是“轻载”清洁剂。
典型的气溶胶泡沫产品已描述在PCT专利申请No.WO02/097018和加拿大专利No.994,634中。
GB 945333公开了粘度在7,000~30,000厘泊(或mPas)之间,可以从压力推进分配器,如气溶胶分配器,靠推进剂气体的作用分配的可倾倒液体擦洗清洁剂。
WO 2004/009049公开了包括粒状磨料的增稠高粘度牙粉配方,它可以从压力容器靠液化推进剂气体的作用以泡沫形式分配。
我们已意外地发现,较低粘度的液体磨料组合物(与GB945333和WO 2004/009049公开的组合物不同)能以气溶胶形式输送。到目前为止,曾预期,磨料颗粒会从悬浮体沉降出来并在称之为硬沉降(hardsettling)的过程中在气溶胶容器底形成固体材料的硬饼。还相信,即使磨料已成功地悬浮在了溶液中,也会在喷雾时堵塞气溶胶排气管、阀和/或调节器或在喷雾后防碍阀妥善关闭。
发明概述
在一个发明点中,本发明提供包含粘度为1000mPas或更低的液体磨料组合物和推进剂的可气溶胶输送配方。
除非另有说明,本说明书中给出的粘度值是在20℃下测定的。
优选液体磨料组合物的存在量为30~95重量%,更优选60~92重量%,并优选推进剂的存在量为5~70重量%,更优选8~40重量%。
本发明还提供包含60~92重量%液体磨料清洗组合物,优选其粘度为1000mPas或更低,和8~40重量%推进剂的可气溶胶输送组合物。
液态磨料组合物包含悬浮在或可悬浮在液体介质内的磨料颗粒。虽然在储存中颗粒会从液体中沉降出来,但意外地发现,本发明配方中的组合物没有硬沉降,所以颗粒不会形成所述固体材料的硬饼。相反,轻轻摇晃或搅拌,颗粒就很易再分散进悬浮体而呈可气溶胶输送形式。意外的是,可以用较低粘度的液态磨料组合物实现这一点。因此本发明能使能处于简单水基组合物形式的液体磨料组合物不必用增稠剂(这会增加制造工艺的复杂性、时间和成本,有可能导致阀堵塞和可能不适合泡沫生成等问题)就可气溶胶输送。也不必用悬浮助剂,这类助剂可能会干扰液体磨料组合物的功能,如清洗功能,还可能在被处理表面留下不该有的薄膜。因此本发明能提供既简单又便宜却仍然有效的配方。而且,因为该配方是可气溶胶输送的,它们能以倾向于粘着在表面上的泡沫或摩斯形式输送,甚至在垂直表面上也不会流失。
液体磨料组合物和推进剂在摇晃或搅拌时形成乳液。在乳液中,液体磨料组合物中的磨料处于悬浮态,如前所述。该乳液或者是稳定的,或者经摇晃或搅拌即易再分散至可气溶胶输送形式。
常用的推进剂,如下文要讨论的液化烃气体,一般是非极性很强的溶剂。当加到液体磨料组合物(一般为水基)中并摇晃成乳液时,很可能乳液将随时间分离出来。在这种情况下,推进剂将在液体磨料组合物顶部形成分离液相。在液体磨料组合物内,磨料颗粒会从悬浮体沉降出来,如上所述。但我们已发现,用按照本发明的配方,轻轻摇晃即能容易重新形成乳液,其呈可气溶胶输送的形式,即使在长期储存后。
本发明的配方可以制造如下:把液体磨料组合物和推进剂混合在一起形成乳液,该乳液或者是稳定的,或者经摇晃即易再分散并防止磨料的硬沉降。
本配方宜装在压力容器,如装有阀和调节器的气溶胶容器内。本配方也易用传统方法生产。在典型方法中,把液体磨料组合物放进容器。然后用推进剂气体把空气清扫出该容器。然后把阀连接到,例如压接到容器上。然后把所需量的推进剂气体经由阀注射进该容器。然后摇晃该容器以均化和乳化其中的内容物。
已意外地发现,所得乳液可以从装有能由本领域技术人员选择的任何适当的阀和调节器组合的气溶胶设备进行分配而不会堵塞阀、调节器或气溶胶设备的排气管。就喷涂性和阀性能而论,用许多不同的试验阀和调节器,已获得至少可接受的结果。迄今,用一系列德国Hattersheim的Deutsche Prazisions-Ventil GmbH in,Germany供应的阀和调节器已获得最佳结果。一种优选组合包含选自Vulkan APSL.020和Vulkan APSL.025的调节器和规范为[Kegel:2*.020Nylon geringt,Dichtung:Neopren SH 74S-90PH-F 05-1200-XE,Feder:V2A draht.021lnge.280P,Gehuse nyl 4sch kro,Teller:alu gold/mico PH-F.on]的阀的组合。另一个优选组合包含选自Kosmos APSL.020F-3MM和Kosmos APSL.025F-3MM的调节器和规范为[Kegel:1*.024A puderschaft 3mm ID 1.5,Dichtung:Neopren SH74 PH-F 05-1250-XE,Feder:V2A draht.023 lnge.340 P,Geh use.080 nyl kra stu.412 hub,Teller:alu gold mico puder PH-F on,Steigrohr STD-PE Inn 3.15,gesamtlnge205mm]的阀的组合。(Vulkan和Kosmos是商标)。
本发明的配方宜以摩斯或泡沫输送。这能使用户在所需要的地方喷涂该配方并使泡沫粘着在表面上而不流失。在组合物包括香料时,泡沫也提供比非气溶胶液体磨料组合物更好的芳香性。
适用于作为液体磨料组合物中的磨料是天然和合成矿物磨料,例如,白云石、沉淀碳酸钙(文石)、长石、氧化铝、二氧化硅、石英和石英岩之类的磨料;优选用莫氏硬度为1~4的磨料。特别适用的是方解石,如石灰石、白垩或云石,如英国专利1345 119中提到的那些方解石形式。方解石的密度为2.71g/cm3。通常,磨料的平均颗粒尺寸为1~70μm,一般为1~60μm,优选1~50μm。
优选磨料的莫氏硬度至少为2并小于3。
当本发明的液体磨料组合物含有适用于硬表面清洗的磨料时,磨料将一般以粒状固体加入。它们可以是不溶于水的那类,如方解石。这类适用材料公开在欧洲专利说明书EP-A-50,887;EP-A-80,221;EP-A-140,452;EP-A-214,540和EP 9,942(全都授予Unilever PLC)中,它们都涉及悬浮在水介质中的这类磨料。
磨料一般至少是基本不溶于水的,但可以是水不溶性或水溶性的。当用水溶性磨料时,优选在10℃水中的溶解度至少是5g/l,以保证在用本配方清洗之后任何残余磨料都能易从硬表面淋洗去。以这种方式,表面能没有残留斑痕或条痕。
液体组合物中磨料的总存在量,不论以溶解或不溶解形式,宜是6~45重量%,优选10~40重量%,理想的是15~40重量%。组合物内应存在至少5重量%磨料,在10℃~40℃常规储存或使用温度下,呈固体粒状,具有如本文所规范的平均颗粒尺寸和其它特性。
推进剂可以是任何传统的气溶胶推进剂或这类推进剂的组合,如本领域内技术人员所熟知。为环境原因,目前优选推进剂是短链烃,如丙烷、丁烷、异丁烯或它们的混合物。优选的推进剂是配制到在20℃下的压力在2~8巴之间的混合烃。
推进剂的量优选要足以提供完全的气溶胶出料。为经济原因,优选不要用超过必要的推进剂。优选推进剂占最终产品的5~70重量%,更优选8~40重量%。
液体磨料组合物最好不是乳液形式,且宜没有油相。该组合物一般是水基的。
传统上,液体磨料组合物是液体磨料清洗组合物,优选以一般用来清洗硬表面如地板、工作面、浴池、淋浴器、水槽等的家务清洁剂形式。
本发明的可气溶胶输送的液体磨料清洗组合物通常是水基的,包含水和任选地其它组分,包括表面活性剂,如非离子表面活性剂(包括烷氧基化醇)、阴离子表面活性剂(包括硫酸盐或磺酸盐)、阳离子表面活性剂(包括季铵化合物)和两性表面活性剂(包括甜菜碱);漂白组分,如次氯酸钙和过氧化氢;聚合物;酶;香精(包括deoperfumes、恶臭消除香精、驱虫香精和/或提神香精);微生物杀伤剂;着色剂;荧光增白剂;缓蚀剂;和酶稳定剂。
我们已发现,包含至少一种辛醇-水分配系数(以底为10的对数表示)(即logP)等于或大于3及沸点等于或低于250℃的香精组分的香精组合物,在与本发明的气溶胶分配液体磨料组合物一起使用时,在提供香味和爽神效果方面特别有效。
优选液体磨料组合物包含至少30重量%,更优选至少40重量%;又更优选至少50重量%的至少一种log P等于或大于3和沸点等于或低于250℃的香精组分。
材料的辛醇-水分配系数(P),即材料在辛醇和水中的平衡浓度之比,在文献中都称之为疏水性和水溶解度的量度(见Hansch和Leo,Chemical Reviews,526~616,(1971),71;Hansch,Quinlan和Lawrence,J.Organic Chemistry,347~350(1968),33)。高分配系数值以底为10的对数,即log P更易给出。虽然log P值能在实验上直接测定,而且对许多香精都已测得了log P值,但log P值很容易用数学算法计算或近似估计。有一些商业上有效和/或文献中描述的公认计算或估算方法(见,例如,A Leo,Chem.Rev 93(4),1281~1306,(1993),“Calculating logP oct from structures”)。这些模型一般密切相关但对于具体材料可产生绝对项不同的logP值(差别最大是0.5log单位或更大)。但是,没有一种模型是公认为对所有化合物最精确的。在估计高log P(如4或甚至更大)材料时尤其如此。在本说明书中,所述log P值是指用来自科学社会周知且已被接受为提供高质量log P预言值的Toronto-basedAdvanced Chemistry Development Inc(ACD)的商业估计软件所获得的值。

本发明的可气溶胶输送配方能使液体擦洗剂具有如下综合益处:对难处理污物的优良清洗、气溶胶产品的便于使用,粘着垂直表面的能力,高芳香性和与气溶胶清洁泡沫/摩斯相关的“趣味-因素”。
本发明还提供清洗表面的方法,包括从压力容器把按照前述权利要求中任何一项的配方涂布到表面上,然后在任选的摩擦后除去残余配方。
本配方一般以气溶胶喷涂、泡沫或摩斯涂布。在任选的摩擦或拭抹后,靠拭抹或用水淋洗除去残余配方。
虽然本发明已参考某些实施方案作了相当详细的描述,但本领域的技术人员将会理解本发明可以按为说明而给出但非限定性的实施方案以外的方法实践。因此,所附权利要求的范围不限于本文所含实施方案的描述。
本发明将在下列非限定性实施例中通过说明进一步加以描述,在其中,除非另有说明,所示量以组合物总量的重量%表示。
实施例
在实施例中使用下列商品液体磨料清洗组合物:
●Cif软膏(白色变体),Lever Fabergè制造,在Poland销售
●Cif软膏Schuurmiddel Citroen(黄色变体),Lever Fabergè制造,在Netherlands销售
●AH Schuurmiddel Citroen,Albert Heijn制造,在Netherlands销售。
这些清洗组合物全都包含细粒碳酸钙(10~50重量%),分配在水、非离子和/或阴离子表面活性剂(1~10%)和香精(0.1~1%),可能还有聚合物,中。这些组合物不呈乳液状,因为缺少油相。这些组合物的粘度都低于1000mPas,具体值如下:Cif软膏白:776mPas,Cif软膏黄:732mPas,Citroen:624mPas,全都用Haake Rheostress 1,用芯轴Kegel D=60mm/1°Ti在2l/s和20℃下测量2min。。
实施例1
用传统方法在3只75ml铝质Lechner气溶胶罐内装进下示配方并安装有D.P.V.841阀。尤其把所需量的液体擦洗剂放在气溶罐内。然后用推进剂气体把罐内的空气赶出来。然后在罐上压接阀。然后,经由阀向罐内注射进所需量的推进剂气体。可摇晃该罐以均化和乳化内容物。
用各种商品气溶胶调节器记录喷涂效果,明细如下表所示。

当喷涂时使罐快速掠过表面时,配方1表现出“流动泡沫”效果。在泡沫撞击表面后坍塌时可听到泡沫的爆裂声,对于用户,这表现为流动效果。流动泡沫效果使产品具有“趣味-因素”。
配方2给出很好的细腻软膏状磨料摩斯,它具有粘着在垂直表面上的良好能力。
实施例2
如实施例1所述在气溶胶罐内制成下列配方。

*阀和调节器由德国Hattersheim的Deutsche Prazisions-VentilGmbH供应。
将这些配方在室温(20~25℃)储存3个月,3个月后,在轻轻摇晃后以不规则间隔喷涂这些配方。未观察到阀堵现象,产品作为软膏状磨料摩斯喷涂很好。
实施例3
在玻璃和锡制气溶胶罐内试验来自实施例2的配方在10℃、4℃、室温和37℃下经过6、8和12周的稳定性。在0、6、8、12周评价点期间,对罐作多方面评价,摇晃以再分散方解石,喷涂并再度储存。进行下列观察:
外观
在玻璃气溶胶罐内,配方1一般出现4层:由底至顶,分别是方解石沉积/混浊不透明/白色/透明。配方2在室温和37℃下基本均匀,顶上有一薄层透明层。
可分散性
配方1一般需剧烈摇晃才能使配方中的方解石再分散,而配方2(更均匀),室温和37℃的样品不需要摇晃。
储存期间的失重
储存期间未观察到失重。
阀/调节器堵塞
用配方1,有一些阀或调节器堵塞。用配方2,未观察到阀和调节器的堵塞。
摩斯现象
在整个试验中配方1的“流动泡沫”现象和配方2的“软膏状摩斯”保持不变。
芳香性
摩斯的芳香性优良且其浓度和特性保持不变。
实施例4
为了试验不同液体磨料组合物(基准)和液体磨料组合物与推进剂不同比的影响,在100ml玻璃气溶胶容器内制备了一系列样品,目的是检验沉降和可再分散性。
所用配方如下表所示:

所用推进剂是市售的无嗅推进剂级丙烷/丁烷/异丁烯混合物,由Indugas供应,按照BS 4250说明书,20℃下压力为3.5巴。
所用的基准是Lever Fabergè制造,在Netherlands销售的CifCream Sehuurmiddel Citroen(黄色变体)和Albert Heijn制造,在Netherlands销售的AH Schuurmiddel Citroen。
如实施例1所述在气溶胶罐内制成配方。
下表给出这些样品在室温下储存3天后存在的沉降物和为再分散沉降物所需作的努力。

在37℃储存3个月后,经摇晃至轻晃,所有配方的磨料都能被再分散。
虽然本发明已参考某些实施方案作了相当详细的描述,但本领域的技术人员将会理解,本发明可以按为说明而给出但非限定性的实施方案以外的方法实践。因此,所附权利要求的范围不应限于本文所含实施方案的描述。
Claims (14)
1.可气溶胶输送配方,包含粘度为1000mPas或更低的液体磨料组合物和推进剂。
2.按照权利要求1的配方,其中液体磨料组合物的存在量是30~95重量%,优选60~92重量%,以及推进剂的存在量为5~70重量%,优选8~40重量%。
3.按照权利要求1或2的配方,其中液体磨料组合物包含悬浮或可悬浮在液体介质中的磨料颗粒。
4.按照权利要求3的配方,其中液体磨料组合物包含不溶解和/或溶解形式的磨料,其量为6~45重量%,优选10~40重量%,更优选15~40重量%。
5.按照权利要求4的配方,其中组合物中至少5%磨料在10~40℃范围内呈不溶解颗粒的形式。
6.按照前述权利要求中任何一项的配方,其中液体磨料组合物和推进剂形成乳液。
7.按照前述权利要求中任何一项的配方,其中液体磨料组合物包含水-基非乳液。
8.按照前述权利要求中任何一项的配方,其中液体磨料组合物包含液体磨料清洗组合物。
9.按照前述权利要求中任何一项的配方,其中液体磨料组合物包括一种或多种香料。
10.按照权利要求9的配方,其中香料包含至少一种用以10为底的对数所表示的辛醇-水分配系数至少为3和沸点为250℃或更低的物质。
11.按照前述权利要求中任何一项的配方,其在带有阀和调节器的压力容器内。
12.包含60~92重量%液体磨料清洗组合物和8~40重量%推进剂的可气溶胶输送配方。
13.按照权利要求12的配方,其中液体磨料清洗组合物的粘度为1000mPas或更低。
14.清洁表面的方法,包括在表面上施加来自压力容器的按照前述权利要求中任何一项的配方,然后在任选的摩擦后除去残余配方。
