Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种桁架支承结构,其包括以铰接方式互相连接的桁杆。
背景技术
桁架支承结构用于例如只须临时组装、并且为了搬运必须重新拆开的构架中。由于桁架支承结构具有大横截面,特别是搬运时,其单个构件占用很大的搬运空间,这是不利的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种桁架结构,用于能在较小空间内搬运的桁架支承结构。因而在运输中这些桁架支承结构巨大的搬运体积会减到最小。
根据本发明,一种包括以铰接方式互相连接的桁杆的网格支承结构适于根据权利要求1的特征的组合达到上述目的。因此,具有小横截面的第一结构能展开而形成截顶的对顶棱锥结构,该小横截面代表搬运位置,且在所述结构长度上以不变方式延伸,该对顶棱锥结构朝向其端部逐渐变细,多个这种第一结构能够连接起来,通过该连接起来的第一结构能用桁杆互相连接而形成第二最终结构,另加的桁杆在展开横截面的拐角点接合。
桁架支承结构因而能从用于搬运位置的第一减小的横截面尺寸转换为处于功能位置的扩大的横截面,扩大的横截面对应于以铰接方式互相连接的结构的展开横截面。在第一结构相应展开后,各个展开横截面通过相应的桁杆在周向和纵向上互相连接到整个结构,从而得到了刚性桁架支承结构,其具有功能位置所需的稳定性。
本发明优选的方面来自独立权利要求之后的从属权利要求。
因此,桁架支承结构能具有三角形或长方形横截面。但该横截面优选为正方形。
撑杆存在于能展开的横截面区域,其优选以铰接方式互相连接,并且能展开的横截面通过这些撑杆能展开或合拢。
以铰接方式互相连接的撑杆能包括与合拢的第一结构的小横截面相应的核心区域。铰接的撑杆从这些核心区域的拐角延伸到能展开的横截面的拐角。

具体实施方式

因此,如图3中所示桁架支承结构5产生了功能位置。它具有横截面22。图4中示出了类似的桁架支承结构,它与如图1至3所示桁架支承结构的不同只在于其横截面不是正方形,而是三角形。
在根据图4所示的实施方式中,与图1至3中所示实施方式的零件相应的零件用相同的附图标记标识。
在图5中示出了桁架支承结构5,这里该结构是处于组装好的功能位置的回转塔式起重机的支承结构。在图6中,示出支承结构5处于功能位置,并且在这里形成了塔式索缆挖掘机的悬臂。

Claims (4)

1.一种桁架支承结构,包括以铰接方式互相连接的桁杆,
其特征在于,
具有在其长度上不变地延伸的小横截面的第一结构能展开而形成截顶的对顶棱锥结构,所述对顶棱锥结构向着其端部逐渐变细;
多个第一结构能够连接在一起;以及
所述连接在一起的第一结构能够用桁杆互相连接而形成第二结构,所述另加的桁杆在所述展开横截面的拐角点接合。
2.如权利要求1所述的桁架支承结构,其特征在于,其横截面呈三角形或长方形,优选为正方形。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的桁架支承结构,其特征在于,在所述能展开的横截面区域,它们具有以铰接方式互相连接的撑杆,通过所述撑杆,它们能展开和合拢。
4.如权利要求3所述的桁架支承结构,其特征在于,所述以铰接方式互相连接的撑杆具有核心区域,所述核心区域对应所述合拢的第一结构的小横截面,并且铰接的撑杆从所述核心区域的拐角延伸到能展开的横截面的拐角。
