Abstract

饮料
本发明涉及食品工业,特别是涉及展示出“发笑(laughing)”特性的饮料。
现有技术已知包含惰性气体的无酒精饮料,所述无酒精饮料例如含有含量为至少3%(体积)的氩气(见RU 2218055 C2,A 23 L2/54,公开日为2003年12月10日)。
该饮料的缺点在于其含有高热量且生产过程复杂。
最为相似的技术方案是一种含有一氧化二氮和液体基料(liquid base)(通常是水)的饮料(见RU 92010834A,公开日为1995年3月27日)。
其缺点在于所述饮料的目的仅在于维持一种好情绪,即确保“兴奋并发笑”的效果。
本发明的技术效果在于使得产品直至达到过期日时仍然保持其味道和芳香的特性而由此改善终产品的品质。本发明的基本任务在于开发一种饮料,其包含液体基料以及溶解于其中的一氧化二氮,后者的目的是在饮用者中实现兴奋并发笑的作用。
所述技术效果能够实现的原因在于本发明的饮料包含一氧化二氮和液体基料,每升所述液体基料中所引入的一氧化二氮的量不超过40克,并且所述一氧化二氮是在温度为1℃至25℃且压力为1atm(大气压)至21atm的条件下引入的。
本发明的饮料包含矿泉水或者饮用水、或者果汁、或者蜜汁饮料(nectar)、以及软饮料或低酒精饮料、或者啤酒、或者酒精饮料,作为液体基料。
此外,本发明的饮料可额外以氧气或者二氧化碳或它们的混合物进行饱和,还可以加入糖或者甜味剂、维生素、微量元素。对于后者,可使用维生素A、B1、B2、B6、B12、D、E、叶酸、钙-O-泛酸盐(维生素B3)、烟酸(维生素PP)、生物素、抗坏血酸或者抗坏血酸钠盐的混合物,其中各种成分的量相应为(以克计):2.0-8.0;0.02-0.06;30.0-40.0;4.0-10.0;4.0-8.0;4.0-10.0;0.01-0.03;1.0-4.0;25.0-35.0;60.0-70.0;0.5-1.0和300.0-400.0。
本发明的饮料不具有那些基于乙醇的酒精饮料所常见的不良反应。此外,本发明的饮料在技术工艺上是高效的,且由于其生产过程中不向环境中排放有害物,因此不会污染环境,这不同于酒精饮料的生产过程。最终的饮料具有特殊的感观特性,口感好,且对人的重要器官(肝脏、胃、血管系统,等等)是安全的。
就其性质而言,一氧化二氮是一种无色气体,具有微微令人愉悦的气味和微甜的味道;其比空气略重(其相对密度为1.527),以1∶2的比例溶于水。在0℃和压力为30atm的条件下,其可转变为无色的液体。
根据本发明,基于一氧化二氮的饮料包含以一氧化二氮饱和的液体基料,其中每升所述液体基料中所引入的一氧化二氮的量不超过40克,并且所述气体是在温度为1℃至25℃且压力为1atm至21atm的条件下引入的。
液体基料是根据标准技术制备的。可使用矿泉水或饮用水或者果汁作为液体基料。如果是为了制备液体基料,可使用饮用水,其经过纯化、澄清、消毒、并清除了铁。可使用滤器滤过、氯气消毒、臭氧处理、银离子处理、杀菌照射或者超声波等进行消毒,并将水软化至所需的盐含量。如果将果汁作为液体基料(橙、柠檬、苹果、柚子、芒果等,或它们的混合物),可将它们滤过后加入到掺和容器中。如果使用的是浓缩果汁,要在过滤前将其还原至最初的果汁浓度。然后,将一氧化二氮在温度为1℃至25℃且压力为1atm至21atm的条件下引入所述液体基料,其中每升所述液体基料中所引入的一氧化二氮的量不超过40克。
在引入一氧化二氮之前,可在液体基料中加入糖,加入的糖的形式可以是糖浆或者甜味剂,可以使用阿斯巴特(Aspartame)、Stevioside、Sweetly、Riosan等作为甜味剂。还可以添加维生素,例如维生素B或C,然后在搅拌所得溶液时,可继续加入微量元素,例如铁、钙、镁等等。液体基料中还可额外补充药用制剂,其形式为维生素A、B1、B2、B6、B12、D、E、叶酸、钙-O-泛酸盐(维生素B3)、烟酸(维生素PP)、生物素、抗坏血酸或者抗坏血酸钠盐的混合物,其中各种成分的量相应为(以克计):2.0-8.0;0.02-0.06;30.0-40.0;4.0-10.0;4.0-8.0;4.0-10.0;0.01-0.03;1.0-4.0;25.0-35.0;60.0-70.0;0.5-1.0和300.0-400.0。
将所得掺和物充分混合10-14分钟,使其成熟(aged)、过滤,并通过添加液体基料将体积调至事先设定值。所得饮料可用二氧化碳或者氧气或者它们的混合物进行饱和,然后将其加入到罐装设备中。

其中所述药用制剂是一种混合物,其包含维生素A-2.0g;维生素B1-0.02g;维生素B2-30.0g;维生素B6-4.0g;维生素B12-4.0g;维生素D-4.0g;维生素E-0.01g;叶酸-1.0g;钙-D-泛酸盐(维生素B3)-25.0g;烟酸(维生素PP)-60.0g;生物素-0.5g;和抗坏血酸或者抗坏血酸钠盐-300g。
实施例5.实施例1中制备的饮料,含有以下成分含量:

其中所述药用制剂是一种混合物,其包含维生素A-8.0g;维生素B1-0.06g;维生素B2-40.0g;维生素B6-10.0g;维生素B12-8.0g;维生素D-10g;维生素E-0.03g;叶酸-4.0g;钙-D-泛酸盐(维生素B3)-35.5g;烟酸(维生素PP)-70.0g;生物素-1.0g;和抗坏血酸或者抗坏血酸钠盐-400g。
本发明的饮料的味道和芳香特性可长久保持。与原型相比其贮藏期为1-1.5年。基于液体基料及溶解于其中的一氧化二氮的本发明的饮料具有兴奋和发笑的作用。

Claims (11)

1.一种饮料,其包含液体基料和一氧化二氮,其中一氧化二氮的使用量不超过每升液体基料40克,并且是在温度为1℃至25℃且压力为1atm至21atm的条件下引入的。
2.权利要求1的饮料,其中以果汁或者蜜汁饮料作为液体基料。
3.权利要求1的饮料,其包含低度酒精饮料作为液体基料。
4.权利要求1的饮料,其包含无酒精饮料作为液体基料。
5.权利要求1的饮料,其包含酒精饮料作为液体基料。
6.权利要求1的饮料,其包含啤酒作为液体基料。
7.权利要求1的饮料,其包含饮用水或者矿泉水作为液体基料。
8.权利要求1的饮料,其还包含糖或者甜味剂。
9.权利要求1的饮料,其还包含维生素。
10.权利要求1的饮料,其还包含微量元素。
11.权利要求1的饮料,其还包含二氧化碳或者氧气、或者它们的混合物。
