Abstract
BEBIDA A invenção refere-se à indústria de alimentos, em particular à produção de bebidas exibindo propriedades euforizantes. A bebida livre de álcool da invenção compreende uma base líquida e óxido de nitrogênio que é usado em uma quantidade igual a ou menor do que 40 g por 1 litro de base líquida. O gás é introduzido em uma temperatura variando de 1<198>C a 25<198>C e em uma pressão de 101,3 kPa a 2.128 kPa de acordo como processo de produção de bebida. A citada invenção toma possível melhorar a qualidade do produto final pela conservação do gosto e do flavor da bebida durante o período de armazenagem.
