Abstract

本发明提供一种装饰石材的生产方法,包括以下步骤:(1)利用超声波切割技术将装饰材料板切割成不同形状的嵌入件;(2)利用超声波切割技术在石材板上按所述嵌入件的形状进行切割,制作被嵌入件;(3)将步骤(2)中切割出来的设定形状的部分取出;(4)将所述嵌入件嵌入到被嵌入件上;以及(5)对镶嵌在一起的嵌入件和被嵌入件的表面进行打磨处理,所述步骤a是用不同形状的金属模具通过超声波将装饰材料板切割成不同形状。本发明利用超声波技术对石材进行切割,大大提高了生产的效率,而且可工业化地对切割出的产品进行镶嵌,增加装饰效果。

Description

装饰石材生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料领域,尤其是涉及一种装饰石材生产方法。
背景技术
装饰石材(decorative stone)是具有装饰性能的建筑石材,加工后可供建筑装饰用,也可用于家俱装饰面材。目前对其进行切割的方式主要包括金刚石圆盘锯、线锯等,但由于受到刀具及工件的限制,在加工过程中不能很精致地加工,或不能在不穿透工件的情况下加工各种设定的形状。
超声波技术越来越多的应用到石材的切割领域,有一类是超声波切割刀,其利用陶瓷振子加上电压产生超声波振动,再经增幅放大,使刀头刃具产生每秒4万次振动,在刀具及工件之间加入研磨材料就可以象刀一样方便简单地进行切割。
而石材镶嵌工艺在古印度就已经开始,但至今仍在用手工方法制造,不能保证每次及每件制品一致,无法工业化生产,无法在现代商业流通领域接订单按相同设计批量生产交货。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种装饰石材生产方法,其利用超声波技术对石材进行切割,并将不同花色、特性的石材或其他材料嵌入在一起,增加装饰效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种装饰石材生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a.利用超声波切割技术将装饰材料板切割成不同形状的嵌入件;
b.利用超声波切割技术在石材板上按所述嵌入件的形状进行切割,制作被嵌入件;
c.将步骤b中切割出来的设定形状的部分取出;
d.将所述嵌入件嵌入到被嵌入件上;以及
e.对镶嵌在一起的嵌入件和被嵌入件的表面进行打磨处理;
所述步骤a是用不同形状的金属模具通过超声波将装饰材料板切割成不同形状。
所述步骤b是用比所述嵌入件稍小但形状相同的金属模具通过超声波在石材板上进行切割。
所述步骤d还包括步骤:
d1.在嵌入件和被嵌入件之间灌入粘接物。
所述步骤b制作被嵌入件的石材板是普通石材板或复合板。
所述复合板是石材-石材复合板或石材-瓷砖复合板或石材-玻璃纤维复合板或石材-铝塑复合板或石材-金属复合板或石材-蜂窝铝板或石材-复合材料复合板。
本发明具有以下有益的效果:本发明利用超声波技术进行切割,大大提高了生产的效率,而且可工业化地对切割出的产品进行镶嵌,增加装饰效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明进行详细描述。
步骤1,请参照图1所示,根据不同的设计需要,做成不同形状的金属模具,利用超声波切割技术把石材板(或其他各种可用于装饰的材料)切割成不同形状的嵌入件(即公件)1。
步骤2,做成比公件稍小一些的同样形状的金属模具,利用超声波切割技术在另一石材板上切割到一定的深度,但不切透。具体的深度则根据不同的形状和设计要求而定。由于金属模具本身具有厚度,因此实际上切割出来的部分的尺寸要略大于公件。
步骤3,请参照图2所示,把步骤2中切割出来的设定形状的部分用专用工具挖出,剩余部分称为被嵌入件(即母件)2。
步骤4,请参照图3所示,将公件1嵌入到母件2上,并在二者中间灌入粘接物。
步骤5,对嵌在一起的公件1、母件2的表面进行打磨处理。
对于步骤2中母件2的选择,较好的是采用复合板,例如石材-石材、石材-瓷砖、石材-玻璃纤维复合板、石材-铝塑复合板、石材-金属复合板、石材-蜂窝铝板、石材-复合材料复合板等。复合板是石材超薄板(2--8mm)与各种不同用途的背板,经特制胶复合而成,具有不反酸碱、增加强度以及减轻色差等优点。选择复合板制作母件2的好处在于,由于复合板在结构上的特性,使得切割更容易,设定形状的部分也更方便取出。
本发明中公件1、母件2可分别选用不同花色、特性的石材或其他材料,嵌入在一起的时候可起到装饰效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种装饰石材的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a.利用超声波切割技术将装饰材料板切割成不同形状的嵌入件;
b.利用超声波切割技术在石材板上按所述嵌入件的形状进行切割,制作被嵌入件;
c.将步骤b中切割出来的设定形状的部分取出;
d.将所述嵌入件嵌入到被嵌入件上;以及
e.对镶嵌在一起的嵌入件和被嵌入件的表面进行打磨处理;
所述步骤a是用不同形状的金属模具通过超声波将装饰材料板切割成不同形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b是用比所述嵌入件稍小但形状相同的金属模具通过超声波在石材板上进行切割。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d还包括步骤:
d1.在嵌入件和被嵌入件之间灌入粘接物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b制作被嵌入件的石材板是普通石材板或复合板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于:所述复合板是石材-石材复合板或石材-瓷砖复合板或石材-玻璃纤维复合板或石材-金属复合板或石材-复合材料复合板。
