Abstract

Description
一般来说,这项发明涉及的是摩擦圆盘离合器,这种离合器中的贝氏弹簧同时用于离合器的接合。更具体的来说,该发明涉及的是离合器的改进-使小规格离合器产生较大的弹簧力。
在现有技术中,例如美国专利4291792号所公开的贝氏离合器和其它膜片弹簧离合器有很多设计型式。但是,这类离合器中的大多数都结构复杂;尤其是膜片弹簧的外端与离合器盖的相互作用方式。例如,一典型系统都包括有一个固定在松铆钉或钢丝环上的膜片弹簧,而松铆钉或钢丝环本身又固定在离合器盖上。有不少设计使膜片弹簧的外周边相对于离合器盖作前后滑动或移位的连接部件。都沿离合器盖的圆周配置,在离合器盖和膜片弹簧之间构成一个连接系统。
这种离合器的设计效果并不是最好的,即未必是最理想的离合器结构,具体来说,在某种程度上,对于已给定的贝氏弹簧厚度,这种离合器的直径不必要那么大。离合器盖与膜片弹簧用连接部件连接而使膜片弹簧作滑动或偏移降低了其单位位移的弹簧力。
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种直径小,结构简单的推式摩擦圆盘离合器,贝氏弹簧膜片除了作挠曲变位外不会自由平移或滑动偏移。
本发明中的推式摩擦圆盘离合器包括:一个飞轮,一个压板,一
个配置在所述飞轮与所述压板之间的从动盘,所述压板与所述飞轮局部摩擦结合,一个沿径向延伸的具有内、外圆周部分的贝氏膜片弹簧,一个分离轴承,此轴承与所述膜片弹簧的内圆周部分始终保持结合,一个刚性地固定到所述飞轮上的安装部分,其特征在于,所述安装部分具有一个轴向延伸部分,所述贝氏膜片弹簧借此经肘弯从所述安装部分悬出,且当所述分离轴承沿轴向移动时,只承受弯曲变形,以实现离合器的接合与分离;还具有若干沿圆周间隔配置的槽口,所述压板的若干延伸接触部分沿径向穿过所述槽口,所述膜片弹簧上沿径向向外伸出若干与压板接触的凸起,当所述分离轴承作轴向移动时,实现与压板的延伸接触部分的局部接合或分离。
本发明的优点是沿轴向配置的安装部分包括直接固定在飞轮上环形边缘。贝氏膜片弹簧是同一结构的径向延伸部分,并且在轴向延伸的安装部分连为一体。分离轴承的移动将有效地使贝氏弹簧只作相对离合器盖或飞轮的挠曲变位。结果,分离轴承的左移和右移不会引起贝氏弹簧的滑动或偏移,即贝氏弹簧除了作挠曲变位外,不会发生偏移,挠曲变位类似于一端固定而另一自由端负载的梁的变形,结果改进了传统的贝氏弹簧的力一变位特性曲线。对于已给定的直径,施加到压板上的单位变位力要比传统贝氏离合器系统的贝氏弹簧产生的单位变位力大。这样,在不降低承载能力的情况下,可以减小整个离合器组件的直径和(或)贝氏盖的厚度。再一个优点就是这种离合器所用的零部件较少,因此,制造成本降低。
图1是根据本发明所示的“推式”离合器的横截面视图,该离合器包括悬臂贝氏膜片弹簧的实施例;
图2是图1中所示的离合器实施例的膜片弹簧部分和压板接合机
构的局部平面视图。
首先参看图1,摩擦离合器10的最佳实施例大体上由剖面图示出。离合器10包括一个弹簧固定件12,该弹簧固定件刚性地固定在飞轮14上,并可以随同飞轮绕输入轴的轴线“a-a”旋转,弹簧固定件12由若干个螺栓16(见图2)固定在飞轮14上,这些螺栓16沿着弹簧固定件12上的安装部分18的外周边,即环形边缘17配置。弹簧固定件12最好用弹簧钢制造,该固定件包括一轴向延伸的安装部分18和一径向延伸的贝氏膜片弹簧部分20,如图所示,两者在肘弯19接合处连接为一整体。按图1所示,固定件12在离合器处于接合位置时,安装部分18和贝氏膜片弹簧部分20这两部分相互位置近似成直角。
本发明比现有技术中的膜片离合器更为突出的特征是,本离合器中贝氏膜片弹簧20的外圆周部分50刚性地固定在飞轮14上。在现在这个最佳实施例中,膜片弹簧部分20整个地悬在安装部分18上,而贝氏弹簧20的有效外端部分受到飞轮的约束,这样,它只能以挠曲方式作相应的变位。
在图示的最佳实施例中,沿径向延伸的贝氏膜片弹簧部分20包括轴向偏移的内圆周边22。周边22通过支座26和锥形衬垫28被固定在分离轴承套筒24上。采用一对卡环30把支座和锥形衬垫沿轴向固定在套筒24上。
一个用手驱动的分离轴承构件32可沿轴向来回动作,以使离合器接合和分离。构件32刚性地连接在套筒24上,如已指出的,套筒24与内圆周边22接合。由于图1中的离合器10要求分离构件32把内周边22推向压板34使离合器分离,所以把离合器10称
之为“推式”离合器。贝氏膜片弹簧部分20弹起使离合器10保持在正常接合位置,而分离构件32用来克服贝氏离合器的接合弹簧力使离合器分离。
现在参看图1和图2,弹簧固定件12的径向延伸的贝氏膜片弹簧部分20包括若干沿径向向中心延伸的弹簧爪40。弹簧爪40包括最里端42,最里端42确定了前面所说的内圆周边22(见图1)。若干间距相等的应力消除口44(图2)分布在弹簧爪40间,各弹簧爪40之间的距离由劈缝46的宽度确定,劈缝数与应力消除口44的数是相同的且各劈缝完全一样。
因而,有关专家将获得固定件12(图1)的膜片弹簧部分20是“改进”的贝氏结构,即其外圆周边50被改成固定式,这样,它就不会象传统的贝氏弹簧系统那样自由平移和滑动偏移。
在离合器10中,悬臂贝氏弹簧20包括若干与压板接触的凸起60,这些凸起沿安装部分18的圆周,径向向外相间配置。在现有的最佳实施例中,3个或4个这种凸起就可有效地实现良好的操作。凸起60都位于悬臂贝氏弹簧20所在的平面上,当分离构件(未示出)与端部22接合而引起贝氏弹簧挠曲变位时,这些凸起60就随贝氏弹簧的变位而移动。
为此目的,压板34包括与凸起同数目的延伸接触部分56,延伸部分56穿过安装部分18上的槽口58沿径向伸出。每个凸起60都包含有轴向延伸部分62。以便与延伸接触部分56相接合,在本最佳实施例中,延伸部分62具有刀口接触点64,这种触点可以保持与压板的延伸接触部分56最理想的接合与分离。
离合器10的膜片弹簧部分20弹起后,其端部22在正常情况
下被推离压板34,刀口接触点64挤压位于飞轮14和压板34之间的从动盘38,由此实现离合器的接合。
分离轴承32向右移动就使径向延伸膜片弹簧部分20的内周边22向右移动,内周边推向压板34,而贝氏弹簧20与压板接触的凸起60的刀口接触点则脱离压板34,并消除从动盘38挤压在飞轮14上的夹紧力,实现离合器的分离。
虽然这里仅示出了一个实施例加以说明,根据本发明的精神,在不脱离权利要求的范围内还可有许多变型。
Claims (3)
1、一种推式摩擦圆盘离合器包括:一个飞轮,一个压板,一个配置在所述飞轮与所述压板之间的从动盘,所述压板与所述飞轮局部摩擦结合,一个沿径向廷伸的具有内、外圆周部分的贝氏膜片弹簧,一个分离轴承,此轴承与所述膜片弹簧的内圆周部分始终保持结合,一刚性地固定到所述飞轮上的安装部分,其特征在于,所述安装部分具有一个轴向延伸部分,所述贝氏膜片弹簧借此经肘弯从所述安装部分悬出,且当所述分离轴承沿轴向移动时,只承受弯曲变形,以实现离合器的接合与分离;还具有若干沿圆周间隔配置的槽口,所述压板的若干延伸接触部分沿径向穿过所述槽口,所述膜片弹簧上沿径向向外伸出若干与压板接触的凸起,当所述分离轴承作轴向移动时,实现与压板的延伸接触部分的局部接合或分离。
2、根据权利要求1所述的推式摩擦离合器,其中所述压板接触凸起包括有轴向延伸部分,可直接与所述压板的所述延伸接触部分接触。
3、根据权利要求2所述的推式摩擦离合器,其中所述凸起的所述轴向延伸部分具有刀口接触点。
