Abstract
一种制造空心体的装置,空心体有一个由预成形段吹制成型的壳体部分。其中设有环形喷嘴和排出装置,风嘴部件可横向来回移动。所制空心体的壳体外径在范围上小于压出的、但未吹制的管段的直径。一个带有模形凸块的可来回移动芯棒伸向闭合的风嘴部件的、将预成型段压向模型凸块的突出部分之间,环形缝隙喷口相对于模型凸块的外部轮廓径向向外错开。挤压后,模型凸块前移,作为减小直径的壳体部分内部形状成型的工具,并在管状预成型部分被风嘴部件压合时起支撑作用。
Description
本发明涉及一种制造热塑性塑料空心体的装置。该空心体有一个压铸成形的顶块,一个由整块预成形段喷吹形成的壳体部分,有时还有一个由该预成形段压制成形的底。在该装置中,一个环形喷咀在喷咀锥体和喷咀头之间有一环形缝隙风口喷咀,环形喷咀对面的带有型腔的排出装置可沿轴向来回运动,多个风口的风咀部件可横向来回移动。
在这种类型的一个已知装置(DE-PS2528029)中,预成形段仅仅由风咀部件的底段压制成底面并随后吹风,此时环形缝隙喷口由朝向环形喷咀的型腔开口的外缘所封闭,该外缘也是型腔顶块空腔的外缘,环形缝隙喷口在每次吹风前都与预成形管状段直线相连接。这种装置对于空心体的壳体部分的许多可能的结构都无法完成。
本发明的一个任务在于,完成一种开头所述类型的装置,其中所制空心体的壳体部份的外径在范围上小于压出但未吹风的管状段的直径。
本发明的装置解决了这一任务,其特征是,一个带有模型凸块的可来回移动的芯棒式的管对着压向模型凸块的、闭合风咀部件的凸出区域,伸进预成形段。环形缝隙喷口相对于模型凸块的外部轮廓径向向外错开。
冲压后模型凸块前移,作为缩小直径的壳体部分的内部形状成形工具以及在用风咀部件压合管状预成形部份时起支撑作用。风咀部件相合时,它仍用其凸出部分将预成形件压向模型凸块。这样,外径就缩小而未被吹风。可由排出装置或环形喷咀将模型凸块推入。它决定壁厚和底厚。
特别有用和有利的是,用可来回移动的芯棒式管构成带风口的喷吹装置,尽管芯棒式管用来移动模型凸块,但它在喷吹装置中仍是必不可少的。
如果对着模型凸块设置一个可来回移动的杆凸模,模型凸块的自由端与杆凸模之间的预成形件区域是可挤压的,也同样是特别有用和有利的。被挤压的预成形件也可沿轴向进行压制成形。
同样,排出装置设置模型凸块和环形喷咀设置杆凸模也是非常有用和有利的。这使得底侧封闭而顶侧对模型凸块敞开的空心体成为可能。
同样极为有用和有利的还有,在位于环形喷咀上的排出装置中的模型凸块也轴向突出并伸入所述两个装置其中之一。如果模型凸块装在排出装置上,那么它伸进环形喷咀,若装在环形喷咀上,则伸进排出装置。因此将模型凸块拉回设有它的装置中是不需要驱动的。
吹风前使预成形段进一步成形,由此使形成的预成形段变成相应特定结构的空心体,它至今只通过由喷口压出并在风咀中吹风而形成。因此,与已知装置相比,该喷咀较装置的其它部件有一种特殊的补充,由此实现了吹风前预成形段的特殊结构。
本发明的另一个任务是完成一种开头所述类型的装置,用其可制造空心体,空心体的壳体部分的一侧对准顶块的外缘,另一侧被吹
制。本发明的装置解决了这一任务,其特征是,环形缝隙喷口相对于向着环形喷咀的型腔开口的外缘径向向内错开,封闭的风咀部件使得型腔开口向外超出喷口的区域敞开。
制造一个压铸的顶块,其朝向环形喷咀的直径大于压制的管状预成形件。按通常方式吹制预成形件,以实现薄壁并节省塑料。如在给定的顶块直径得到预定的空心体直径,那么由本发明进行的改动即可靠吹风实现强化扩径。预成形件的吹风区域紧靠压铸的顶块并与之熔接。不必采取特别的措施,预成形件的吹风区域的外部即热得足以与压铸顶块牢固地熔接在一起,同时通过预成形件的吹风又使其足够牢固地压在顶块上。
特别有用和有利的是,使闭合的风咀部件的内壁与型腔开口对着环形喷咀的外缘相连接。这样可以制造外径与压铸顶块外径相同的空心体,例如套筒,此时要进行预成形件的管状部份的吹风和降低壁厚。
特别有用和有利的是,使闭合的风咀部件的内壁距环形缝隙喷口的外缘有一定距离。由于剪断和塑料吹风,预成形件的管状部分在喷口旁熔化,形成无底的空心体壳体部份。位于排出装置与环形喷咀之间的壳体部分的外径可以大于喷口的外径。
落在环形喷咀上的排出装置,有一个环形喷咀的环状凸块伸入型腔中,并有一个排出装置的栓塞伸入该环状凸块中,也是非常有用和有利的。由于这个环形凸块和栓塞,在顶块中产生空腔,从而节省了材料。由于喷口离凸块的外侧距离不大,因而在压制管状预成形件时将凸块拉回环形喷咀,以便防止预成形件粘接在凸块上。在栓塞与环状凸块之间形成顶块的环壁。
此后特别有用和有利的是,压制时环形缝隙喷口的宽度最大等于喷口的外缘到朝向环形喷咀的型腔开口外缘的距离。这项测定在牢固熔接时可令人满意地节省塑料。

图1的装置有一个环形喷咀1,它包括一个固定的喷咀头2,喷头中有一个喷咀锥体3,它可借助于一个活塞汽缸装置5按双箭头4来回运动。由管线6按箭头7从后面向喷咀锥体3送高压空气。空气经位于中心的风口8从喷咀锥体3的前面喷出。喷咀锥体3和喷咀头2由一环形槽9隔开,该槽前端呈一环形缝隙喷口10,由管道11按箭头12从后面向其输入热塑性塑料。喷咀锥体3以小于喷咀头内壁的角度向喷口10倾斜,因而,当喷咀锥体向前推出时,喷口10即被阻塞。
环形喷咀上方有一个排出装置13,它可借助于活塞汽缸装置14按双箭头15来回运动,并朝后形成带有背切或背
的型腔16,因而排出装置能以未进一步表示的方式拆开和重新组装。排出装置
13有一个径向倾斜的圆环状接触面17,它与喷咀头2的正端面18相应配合。
环形喷咀1和排出装置13的两侧各有分成两块的风咀的一个风咀部件19,它可借助于活塞汽缸装置20按双箭头21来回移动。每个风咀部件19有一个底块22,它可用斜支撑面23搭在喷咀头2的端面18上。
图2至4所示的装置是图1结构的进一步改进,因而可参考前面的说明及所用的标号。下面说明其变动和补充。排出装置13有一吹风栓塞24,它伸进型腔16中心并由此伸向环形喷咀1。吹风栓塞24在型腔中构成一个阶梯形并靠紧芯棒式的管25,该管可借助于活塞汽缸装置26按双箭头27来回移动。吹风空气通过孔28输入管25和吹风栓塞24。所以在该装置中,吹风空气从排出装置13和环形喷咀1两者输入。按照图2,位于环形喷咀1上的排出装置13中的吹风栓塞24伸进环形喷咀的孔29中,但在轴向没有填满该孔。压铸时,风口8被伸进孔29中的吹风栓塞24所堵塞。
在图2至4的装置中,喷咀锥体3采用了一个芯棒30,它可借助于活塞汽缸装置31,按双箭头32来回调节,管6经它通向风口8。芯棒30前面有一环形凸块33,在图2中它在型腔16中并容纳了吹风栓塞24。按照图2,热塑性塑料34经喷口10喷入型腔16中,以便构成顶块35。然后在图3中拉出一段管状预成形段36,这时由于喷咀锥体3的前移喷口10被少部份封闭,图4中塑料则被剪断在喷口10中,因为喷咀锥体13已完全前移,它构成了锥角略大于喷咀头2内壁的一个圆锥体。风咀部件19朝着排出装置13和环形喷咀1移动,预成形段被吹制成空心体壳体部份37并靠
近风咀部件19放置。
由图2可以看出,型腔16有一个朝向环形喷咀1的开口,其宽度部分地被环隙喷口10所覆盖。它由围绕充填物38的型腔16的开口外缘径向向内压,其中未被喷口10覆盖的开口部分由喷咀头2所覆盖。图3中充填物38的部分没有连接预成形段。在图4中吹风时,预成形段向着风咀部件19空出的充填物区域布置。内壁39与本文所说的型腔开口外缘相连,以使顶块35与壳体部件37圆筒形互相连通。壳体部件37直到环形喷咀1都是圆筒形的,这里它已与闭合的喷口脱开,闭合的风咀部件的内壁离喷咀锥体和喷口10有一距离40。
图5至7所示的装置是图1结构的另一种改进,因而可参考与此有关的说明和所用的标号。以下说明其变化和补充。其中,设在排出装置13中的芯棒式管25可由活塞汽缸装置26带动,按双箭头27在一段相当大的距离中来回移动。管25前接一个上述吹风栓塞24,它不仅由型腔16中伸出,而且在图5中,它又伸进环形喷咀1并远远进入喷咀锥体3中。吹风孔28具有横向出口。吹风栓塞24前面接有一个凸块48,该凸块在图5中位于环形喷咀1深处。该模型凸块48的直径显著地小于环形缝隙喷口10的内径,凸块48的横截面沿环形喷咀1的方向逐渐变小。
环形缝隙喷口10相对于模型凸块48的外轮廓,围绕一充填物49径向向外移开。风咀部件19朝向环形喷咀1的一侧有一凸出部分53,按照图7,它在闭合的风咀中,在模型凸块前不远处结束。与模型凸块48同轴地设有一杆凸模50,它装在环形喷咀1中并可借助于一个活塞汽缸装置31,按双箭头32在一段相当大的距离内
来回移动。杆凸模50的端面51有一模型凸块52,按照图6和7,杆凸模与该模型凸块一起向前从环形喷咀1推出。
按照图5,热塑性塑料34经全开的喷口10喷进型腔16,由此形成顶块35,这时与吹风栓塞24相连的模型凸块48位于环形喷咀1的深处,而排出装置13位于环形喷咀1之上。按照图6,喷口10部分敞开,即喷咀锥体3部分前移时,这时排出装置13离开环形喷咀1。同时拉出了一个管状预成形段36,模型凸块48朝向环形喷咀1的部分位于预成形段中,其端面距环形喷咀1仅有极小的间隔。图6中杆凸模50也已前移,其端面51和模型凸块52接近喷咀锥体3端面之前。然后参见图7,喷口10借助喷咀锥体3进一步前移,在剪断的塑料34下方被关闭,並且风咀部件19一起运行,此时风咀部件19的凸出部分53将预成形段压向模型凸块48,由此制成一压制的壳体54,其外径小于环形喷咀的直径,壁厚大于预成形段36的壁厚。杆凸模50也进一步前移,由此对位于模型凸块48与杆凸模正端面51之间的塑肥进行挤压。
Claims (10)
1、制造热塑性塑料空心体的装置,空心体具有一个压铸成形的顶部,一个由整块预成形段吹制成形的壳体部分,有时还有一个由预成形段压制成形的底,该装置中,一个环形喷咀在喷咀锥体与喷咀之间有一环形缝隙喷口,环形喷咀对面一个带有型腔的排出装置可沿轴向来回运动,多个风口的风咀部件可横向来回移动,其特征是,一个带有模型凸块(48)的可移芯棒式的管(25)在预成形段(36)中伸向压向模型凸块(48)的、闭合风咀部件(19)的突出区域(53),环形缝隙喷口(10)相对于模型凸块(48)的外部轮廓径向向外错开。
2、按照权利要求1的装置,其特征是,可来回移动的芯棒式管(25)构成有吹风孔(8)的吹风装置。
3、按照权利要求1或2的装置,其特征是,对应于模型凸块(48)有一个可来回移动的杆凸模(50),模型凸块(48)和杆凸模(50)的自由端之间的预成形区域是可挤压的。
4、按照权利要求3的装置,其特征是,排出装置上有模型凸块(48),环形喷咀(1)中有杆凸模(50)。
5、按照权利要求1或2的装置,其特征是,在位于环形喷咀(1)上方的排出装置(13)中的模型凸块(48)也沿轴向向前伸出,并伸入两个所述装置的一个之中。
6、按照权利要求1或2的装置,其特征是,环形缝隙喷口(10)相对于朝向环形喷咀(1)的型腔(16)开口的外缘径向向里错开(38),闭合的风咀部件(19)使得型腔开口向外突出喷口(10)的部分空着。
7、按照权利要求6的装置,其特征是,闭合的风咀部件(19)的内壁(39)与朝向环形喷咀(1)的型腔开口外缘相连接。
8、按照权利要求7的装置,其特征是,闭合的风咀部件(19)的内壁(39)与环形缝隙喷口(10)的外缘之间有距离(40)。
9、按照权利要求7的装置,其特征是,在排出装置(13)放在环形喷咀(1)上时,环形喷咀(1)的一个环形凸块(33)伸进型腔(16)中,而排出装置(13)的栓塞(24)伸进环形凸块(33)中。
10、按照权利要求7的装置,其特征是,在挤压时环形缝隙喷口(10)的宽度最大等于喷口(10)的外缘到朝向环形喷咀(1)的型腔(16)开口外缘的距离。
