Abstract
至少具有三个对计算仪器起作用的称重测量装置的称重设备,其特点为,称重测量装置与称盘相连,其中每一称重测量装置安装于该设备的秤盘的二个位于每一个称重测量装置上面和下面的梁中间。在每一个称重测量装置和每一个臂之间总是以很小的间隙,安放一个滚珠。
Description
本发明是关于至少具有三个对计算仪器起作用的称重测量装置的称重设备。
如果一个对三个称重测量装置或称重室起作用的称盘是偏的,也就是说在偏离中心很多的地方承载,则称盘会从一个称重装置中抬起来并且靠在外壳上。这样就会产生称量误差。为了避免出现这一现象。人们可以在外壳上设置挡块,或以类似他的方法,就设置在壳体上。然而此时称盘仍然会支靠在外壳上,因而称得的重量是不准确的。
本发明的目的在于,设计一个即使在置于其上的负载偏向一边时,也能保证得到准确的称量结果的称重设备。
上面提出的任务可由本发明提供的方案加以解决。一个至少具有三个对计算仪器起作用的称重测量装置的称重设备,其特点为,称重测量装置与称盘相连。其中每一称重测量装置安装于该设备的秤盘的二个位于每一个称重测量装置上面和下面的梁中间。在每一个称重测量装置和每一个臂之间总是以很小的间隙,安放一个滚珠。
与称盘相连的称重测量装置在负载偏向一边时也能完全有效地工作,也就是说它们总是受到一个负的和/或正的负载(拉负荷和/或压负荷),把它们加起来得到正确的称重结果,因而提供正确的称量结果。
一个这样的称重设备特别有利于安装在运输底盘的叉式装卸车上,即与叉车构成一个整体。
在装载和/或运输底盘时,当然非常希望了解放置于底盘上的货物的重量。为此目的,有一个平躺着的U形固定秤,这样,装载了底盘的叉车驶入秤的二个臂之间,并将货物放在臂上。在秤量之后再由叉车将货物运走,这种工作方式实在是太麻烦了。
过去认为,在叉式装卸车上设置一个称重设备,也就是以恰当的方法将称重测量安放在承力臂的中间,而叉车还能完全正常地工作,是很困难的。
本发明所设计的称重装置同样可以解决上述问题。其特点为,秤盘是叉式装卸车的承载面,叉车由二根叉形的,通过一个横梁彼此刚性连接起来的,平行的,在其末端安装了滚轮的承力臂,安装于前端的车辕导向头以及与导向头和滚轮的杠杆铰接的,安装在承力臂内的连接杆所组成。壳体构成了叉式装卸车的底座,在它上面除在导向头后面的中间位置设置了一个称重测量装置之外,至少有一个称重测量装置位于滚轮前每一个承力臂的中间。
至少在承力臂处,称重测量装置的附近,连接杆分成二根杆的形式,这二根杆以一定的距离包围在置于承力臂中心的称重测量装置。
下面以附图对本发明作进一步说明,其中:

图1是在俯视图中示意地表示了一个称盘1和三个与它相连的三个称重测量装置5、6、7。称重测量装置置于壳体上,并使它们的连线2,3,4构成一个三角形。这样得到一个稳定的三点支承。
图2为按本发明所述的称重设备装在一个用于运输底盘的叉形起重装卸车上时的纵剖面示意图。这里只表示出了作为底座的壳体8和秤盘1。
图3中所示的横剖面表示了升降式叉形称盘1,横梁9和二个与它固定在一起的,彼此隔开一定距离平行安置的承力臂10,同时还表示了一个构成秤盘一部分并和秤盘固定在一起的盖板11,在图中盖板11只是示意地表示出它与其它部分9和10固定连接的情况。
由秤盘1和盖板11所构成的二个承力梁12和13之间(图2)放置了三个与壳体8固定联接的称重测量装置5、6和7,它们(见图2)以众所周知的方式与一个电子计算单元和显示单元相连接。这二种设备本身不属于本发明的内容。
图4和图5中所表示的叉车22是由一个车辕导向头2和一个可以上升及下降的底座8所组成,而底座则由二个平行的承力梁12和装在导向头21上的与承力臂10刚性固接的横梁9所构成。承力臂10的自由端,在杠杆上(未在图中表示出来)安装了滚轮25,在每一个杠杆上固定了一根连接杆23,它的前端24铰接于安装在导向头21中的曲杆上。利用连接杆23,杠杆可以平行移动,其中滚轮25相对于底座转动。并相应地将底座举高了。
尤其如图5所表示的,在叉车22上为了得到准确的称重结果,称重测量装置7、5、6置于横梁9的中间,以及每一个承力臂10的中间,而且如图中所示,它们彼此离得尽可能地远。
称重测量装置7、5、6中的可活动的执行机构上总是带有一个凹弧形支承14。在凹弧形支承中有球形零件17,承力臂10和底座8的横梁由相应的作成罩形的秤盘1盖住。该秤盘在安装称重测量装置7、5、6的位置的下面有支承面,其中凹弧形支承构成安置于横梁9和一个承力臂10上的称重测量装置7和5的支承面。平面支承板15构成安置称重测量装置6的支承面,以这种方法可以补偿支承精度及热膨胀等。
如图5和图6所示,连接杆23在安置于承力臂10上的称重测量装置5和6的附近分成二根。这种情况下,连接杆23的这二根杆27、28以一定的距离包围着称重测量装置5和6。这时在轴向要考虑到操纵滚轮25的杠杆的行程。
连接杆23采用这种结构就有可能将称重测量装置5和6置于承力臂10的中心而不妨碍借助于连接杆23来操纵滚轮25。
正如图3所特别表示出来的,称重测量装置5、6、7的每一个活动部分总是带有一个凹弧形支承14。它们位于称重测量装置的上面或下面。相应于这些支承板,在秤盘1和盖板11上装有反压板15和16。在支承臂14和反压板15和16之间以很小的间隙放置了滚珠17。为了避免卡得过紧,最好至少每三个一组中的一个反压板作成平板16。
如果秤盘中心承载,则所有称重测量装置5、6、7可活动的执行机构按普通的方式在它们的上表面承受压力。
相反,如果秤盘偏心承载,则只有二个称重测量装置的执行机构在它们的上表面承受压力,而第三个称重测量装置的执行机构通过它的下部支靠在板11的臂13上。因此在第三个称重测量装置上所出现的反向力补偿了在另外二个称重测量装置上所作用的多余的负载。于是便可以确定一个计算出来的总的平衡值,并将其显示出来。
Claims (4)
1、至少具有三个通过滚珠对计算仪器起作用的称重测量装置的称重设备,其特征在于,称重测量装置(5、6、7)固定安装在称重设备的壳体上并与称盘(1)的梁(12、13)相连,称盘(1)与每一称重测量装置(5、6、7)的上方及下方相连,在每一称重测量装置(5、6、7)和每一个梁(12、13)之间总是以很小的间隙,安放一个滚珠(17)。
2、按权利要求1所述的称重设备,其特征在于,称盘(1)是叉式装卸车(22)的承载面。叉车由两根叉形的,通过一个横梁(9)彼此刚性连接起来的,平行的在其末端安装了滚轮的承力臂(10),安装于前端的车辕导向头(21)以及与导向头和滚轮的杠杆铰接的,安装在承力臂(10)内的连接杆(23)所组成。壳体(8)构成了叉式装卸车(22)的底座,在它上面除在导向头(21)后面的中间位置设置了一个称重测量装置(7)之外,至少有一个称重测量装置(5、6、)位于滚轮前每一个承力臂(10)的中间。
至少在承力臂(10)处,称重测量装置(5、6)的附近,连接杆(23)分成二根杆的形式,这二根杆(27、28)以一定距离包围在置于承力臂(10)中心的称重测量装置。
3、按权利要求1或权利要求2所述的称重设备,其特征在于,每一个称重测量装置(7、5、6)上都有一个凹弧形支承(14)和一个松动地置于其中的滚珠(17)。称盘(1)在它的滚珠(17)活动区的下面有一个反压面。
其中至少有二个同样地作成凹弧形支承板(14),至少一个作成平板支承(15)。
4、按照权利要求3所述的称重设备,其特征在于,在称盘(1)下面的支承面中在一个承力臂(10)上作成凹弧形支承(14)而在另一个承力臂(10)上作成平面支承(15)。
