Abstract

在宽侧壁和窄侧壁冷却的连续浇注钢带的结晶器中,宽侧壁处构成浇注管的注入区向上扩张,在注入区的侧边有平行的端部。为了减小铸坯冷凝外壳的负荷、减小结晶器的磨损和所需要的牵引力,以及为了改善钢水的分配情况,结晶器具有矩形的过渡面(12),它沿着水平线(C-D),以向着侧边逐步减小的变换角过渡到宽侧壁(1、2)中确定形状的下段。

Description

钢带连续浇注结晶器
本发明涉及一种宽侧壁和窄侧壁冷却的连续浇注钢带的结晶器,在宽侧壁上构成浇注管的注入区向上扩张,在注入区的侧边有平行的端部。
在现有的一种这类结晶器中,宽侧壁构成漏斗形注入区,它朝向窄侧壁的部分沿浇注方向经三角形过渡面减小到所浇注的钢带尺寸。在漏斗形注入区的侧边,宽侧壁以与带厚相当的间隔距离彼此平行,并一直到窄侧壁处(DE-OS3400220)。
从漏斗形注入区减小到钢带尺寸时,在注入区内形成的铸坯冷凝外壳,通过在锐角中沿浇注方向移动的棱边,受到一个弯曲负荷。为了限制这一负荷,所以在现有的结晶器中变换角较小。
本发明的目的是提出一种浇注钢带时不会破裂的结晶器,它减小铸坯冷凝外壳在尺寸缩减到钢带尺寸时作用在它上面的负荷,减小结晶器的磨损和所需要的牵引力,以及改善了钢水在结晶器端部的分配情况。
本发明达到上述目的的办法是,使结晶器具有矩形过渡面,它沿着水平线C-D,以向着侧边逐步减小的变换角α过渡到宽侧壁中确定形状的下段。
于是大大减小了在过渡面所在区域中之铸坯冷凝外壳的弯曲变形。这种新型的结构有利于钢水的流动,因而使钢水能更好地沿窄侧壁的方向分配。最后,这种结构排除了弯曲之后和在朝侧边平行段的过渡区中铸坯冷凝外壳从结晶器壁面上抬起而引成表面缺陷。在这种情况下便可以在薄的带模中浇注难以铸造的钢种。
本发明的另一个特征是,通过直线g将A-B线和C-D线上处于上下垂直位置的点连接起来,形成轮廓形状非常好的过渡面。
另一种过渡面是通过辐射状的直线g′,将C′点与A′-B′线和C′-D′线上的每一个点连接起来而形成的。
本发明的其它结构如下:结晶器的注入区的上棱边设计成拱形。另外,结晶器矩形过渡面拱形地转变到宽侧壁确定形状的表面。

图示的连续浇注结晶器中,模膛是由两个对置的宽侧壁1、2和装在宽侧壁1、2平行的侧边区之间的窄侧壁3、4所构成。为了冷却宽侧壁1、2,所以在宽侧壁中设空腔5以及供冷却介质进出的导管6、7。同样被冷却的窄侧壁3、4可用螺杆8在宽侧壁之间调整。
宽侧壁1、2形成了一个向中部扩张的注入区9,引入钢水的浇注管10插在其中。
注入区9中凝固了的连续铸坯外壳11(图6)在下行时减小成带状。为了尽可能减小所出现的铸坯外壳弯曲变形,注入区的侧部设计成其角点为A、B、C、D的矩形过渡面12。在水平线C-D处转变成确定形状的宽侧壁下段。
过渡面12的轮廓用直线g构成,直线将A-B和C-D线上处于上下垂直位置的点彼此连接起来,它们与确定形状的宽侧壁1、2下段所形成的变换角α(图6)根据所处的位置不同而从例如10°减少到0°。
注入区的张开角β(图4)根据矩形过渡面12的设计,沿浇注方向连续减小,并在C-D线处变为零。
按图5所示的实施例,过渡面12′由直线g′构成,这些直线从C′点出发,呈辐射状地与水平线A′-B′和垂直线B′-D′的每一点相连。这时,从直线g′的对角位置到与C′-D′线的平行位置,张开角β减小到0°。
按图4所示,注入区的上棱边呈拱形。
按图6所示,矩形过渡面12拱形地转变到宽侧壁1、2确定形状的下段。

Claims (5)

1、宽侧壁和窄侧壁冷却的连续浇注钢带的结晶器,在宽侧壁上构成浇注管的注入区向上扩张,在注入区的侧边有平行的端部,其特征是:结晶器具有矩形过渡面(12),它沿着水平线C-D,以向着侧边逐步减小的变换角α过渡到宽侧壁(1、2)中确定形状的下段。
2、按照权利要求1所述的结晶器,其特征是:通过直线g将A-B线和C-D线上处于上下垂直位置的点连接起来。
3、按照权利要求1所述的结晶器,其特征是:通过辐射状的直线g′将c′点与A′-B′线和C′-D′线上的每一点连接起来。
4、按照权利要求1所述的结晶器,其特征是:注入区(9)的上棱边设计成拱形。
5、按照权利要求1所述的结晶器,其特征是:矩形过渡面(12)拱形地转变到宽侧壁(1、2)确定形状的表面。
