Abstract
本发明公开了一种特别用于内窥镜检查的冲洗装置,包括特别是蠕动的滚子泵等的电驱动泵,以及这种装置的操作方法。提供控制装置以检测和/或调节流率。当例如弯曲供应管道而意外地收紧或例如插入狭窄的冲洗探针而有意地收紧时,为了避免过压,提供一种电流测量装置,用于检测该泵所接收的电流,该控制装置构造成使得当流率超过预定的阈值并且该电流同时超过第一预定电流值时,该流率减小到安全流率值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及特别用于内窥镜检查的冲洗装置,还涉及这种冲洗装置的操作方法。
背景技术
用于医疗目的的冲洗装置通常包括蠕动的滚子泵,借助该滚子泵能将冲洗流体(例如林格氏溶液)供应给施药器,以实现冲洗操作而没有污染的危险,例如冲洗手术正在进行的区域。在内窥镜检查中,这种冲洗装置额外地用于清洁内窥镜的光学部件。
这种冲洗装置的问题在于,例如引导流体的管道堵塞或弯曲会引起收紧,这会导致管道破损。这威胁到病人,并且应该完全避免。
此外,这种冲洗装置根据其使用场合而与多种施药器组合使用,特别是冲洗探针细小并且大量流体需要提供给操作者时,其可能同样导致管道破损。
发明内容
本发明致力于研发在开头提及的这种冲洗装置,而且使得冲洗装置能够自动调节从而可靠地操作。本发明的另一目的是公开一种冲洗装置的操作方法,使上面描述的问题得以解决。
至于该装置,通过一种特别用于内窥镜检查的冲洗装置来解决该问题,其包括特别是蠕动的滚子泵等电驱动泵和用于检测和/或调节流率的控制装置,从而提供电流测量装置以监控泵接收的电流,并且该控制装置设计成使得当流率超过预定的极限值并且该电流同时超过第一预定电流值时,该流率减小到安全流率值。
本发明的一个基本点在于以下事实:没有单独测量冲洗压力,即完全通过测量电流并将该结果与已知流率的阈值相比较,若电流增大,流率可能减小到无害的程度。即使操作者所设定的流率对于细小的冲洗探针(其由操作者所附连)而言变得过高,从而将会产生有危险的高压,该危险得以自动并且可靠地避免。即,当调节的流率位于安全值之下时,不会出现管道破损。
优选地,该控制装置设计成安全流率值等于或者稍微低于极限值,从而得到滞后现象。然而,在任一情形下,流率减小得足以不再具有任何危险。
控制装置优选地如此构造:当电流超出高于第一预定电流值的第二预定电流值时,(完全)关闭该泵和/或产生报警信号。即,这种高电流值表示发动机闭塞(例如由于滚子的问题)。该措施确保了对冲洗装置的保护。
一旦流率减小到如上所述的安全值,在本发明的优选实施方式中,流率以预定的速率——也就是逐步地——增长,直到其对应于操作者指定的期望流率。若电流再次超过第一预定电流值,该流率再次减小到无害的值。当管道例如由于偶然的压迫或扭绞而暂时收紧时,其结果是一方面管道不会突然破裂,而另一方面当不再出现收紧时,再次达到操作者所期望的值。
至于该方法,通过特别用于内窥镜检查的冲洗装置的操作方法而实现该目的,该冲洗装置包括特别是蠕动的滚子泵的电驱动泵,其中检测和/或指定流率,检测该泵所接收的电流,当流率超过预定的极限流率值并且该电流同时超过第一预定电流值时,该流率然后减小到安全流率值。在此情形下,流率的安全值等于极限值。
此外,当电流超过高于第一预定电流值的第二预定电流值时,关闭该泵和/或产生报警信号。
当流率减小到安全值后,流率以预定的速率(逐渐地)升高到预定的期望流率。
通过从属权利要求将明白本发明的优选实施方式。

具体实施方式
图1中是冲洗装置的极其概略的视图,该冲洗装置包括具有相应的电泵发动机的泵10和驱动该泵的电动机的控制装置20。为了测量电流,设置有电流测量装置11,其将表示测量电流的信号发送到控制装置20。为了输入输送容量(流率),设置有输入装置21。控制装置20包括微型计算机以及用于存储输入和测量值且用于(永久)存储极限值的存储装置。下面参照图2和3对此进行解释。
泵10的发动机所接收的电流由传感器11连续地测量,并且相应的测量信号被发送到控制装置20。后者在第一步中检测电流是否超过第一预定值(水平A)。若不是这种情形,以常规方式运行泵,即,使得发动机运行而达到预定的输送容量。若超过第一预定电流值,在第二步中提取信息以确定该电流是否超过高于第一电流值的第二预定值。若是这种情形,完全关闭冲洗泵的电动机,以避免损害。此外还发出报警信号。若电流未超过第二预定电流值,在第三步中提取信息以确定当前流率是否超过预定的极限值,使得泵在危险区域运行。若不是这种情形,泵再次继续“正常”运行,即泵发动机运行直到达到预定的输送能力。然而,若已经超过流率的预定极限值,使得泵危险地运行,则该流率减小到安全值,因而冲洗泵被带到安全的运行状态。现在泵再次切换成“正常”运行,其中发动机受到控制以达到预定的输送容量。接着所存储的控制程序再次由第一步开始。
为了确保可靠的操作,该操作也没有快速的、未受控制的振动,采用了图3中示出的定时器中断服务程序,在随后的步骤中带有询问。第一步再次用于确定泵是否位于危险区域,即是否超过流率的极限值。下一个问题是前面是否出现错误,即流率是否事先减小到安全值。若是这种情形,是否已经到达对应于预定流率的初始输出水平?若不是,然后泵的输出(对应于发动机电流)增大,并且泵再次运行,以开始图3中示出的定时器中断服务程序的第一问题。若到达输出水平,泵继续在此程序下运行,不增加输出。该程序遵循时间控制方式,使得输出中不会出现可能导致急剧的、太迅速的控制振动的增长;而是存在具有固定的切换时间段的两点校准。
Claims (8)
1.一种冲洗装置,包括电驱动泵(10)和用于检测和/或调节流率的控制装置(20),
其特征在于,
提供电流测量装置(11)以检测驱动泵(10)的电流,并且该控制装置(20)构造成当流率超过预定的极限值并且同时电流(Imotor)超过第一预定电流值(A)时,该流率减小到安全流率值。
2.如权利要求1所述的冲洗装置,
其特征在于,该安全流率值等于极限流率值。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的冲洗装置,
其特征在于,该控制装置(20)设计成当电流(Imotor)超过高于该第一预定电流值(A)的第二预定电流值(B)时,关闭该泵(10)和/或产生报警信号。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的冲洗装置,
其特征在于,在流率减小到安全流率值后,该流率以预定的增加速率增加,直至达到预定的期望流率。
5.如权利要求1所述的冲洗装置,其特征在于,
