Abstract
本发明涉及一种连续生产碳精电极棒的烘烤炉悬挂装置。该电极棒直接用于冶炼炉,并且是消耗的。烘烤炉借助于至少三根导轨悬挂在烘烤炉框架上。该导轨的上端借助于第一万向接头连接到烘烤炉框架上,烘烤炉则借助于第二万向接头与导轨连接。烘烤炉的上端有把电极导入烘烤炉用的装置。导轨最好是螺纹轴,而烘烤炉借助于有球型支座的螺母与螺纹轴连接。烘烤炉的底端最好装有至少三个通过轮架连接到烘烤炉上的导向轮。
Description
本发明涉及一种将烘烤炉围绕碳精电极棒而悬挂的装置。所生产的该电极棒直接与冶炼炉相连系,并在冶炼炉内被消耗掉。
人们经知道,在生产直接与冶炼炉相联系并在其中被消耗掉的连续碳精电极棒时,要把包含有特殊碳原料和碳质粘合剂的未经烘烤的电极糊进行加热。
烘烤炉安装在把工作电流导电给电极的位置的上方。把未烧结的电极糊填入钢制壳体内,该壳体在电极棒通过烘烤炉之后要被除去。按照这种方法,冶炼炉所生产的产品就不会被钢壳体所含的铁所污染。电极棒被消耗掉一段以后,在电极棒顶上放上一截新的钢壳体,再填入新的电极糊。
在烘烤过程中,电极糊或多或少变成液体,然后烧结成为实心碳精电极。由于烘烤温度介于700至1300℃之间,在烘烤炉内,处于烘烤区的钢壳体变得非常软。因此,在烘烤炉内的电极棒及其壳体的强度非常低。为了生产出连续的电极棒,就必须在烘烤炉内对电极棒进行导向。
因为电极棒必须通过另外两个固定点,即把工作电流导电给电极的电流夹子以及电极夹持和滑动装置,对于直线电极棒的任何偏移都会导致电极的卡住或粘住。结果,电极不是在其所通过的三个固定点之间的一个位置上断裂,就是电极不能滑过电极夹持器。
电极棒在烘烤过程中保持处于烘烤炉的中心部位也是很重要的,以便在电极的周围获得相同的加热条件。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种烘烤炉的悬挂装置,不需要在电极棒通过三个固定点时对其进行导向,该装置能同时保持电极棒处于烘烤炉中心位置。本发明的应用还进一步显示出,对成直线的电极棒的任何偏移都能够自动地补偿。
因此,本发明涉及一种连续生产碳精电极棒的烘烤炉悬挂装置,该电极棒直接提供给冶炼炉,并被消耗掉。该烘烤炉借助于至少三根导轨悬挂在烘烤炉框架上。上述导轨借助于第一球型接头与烘烤炉框架连接,并借助于第二球型接头与烘烤炉连接,电极棒靠导向装置保持在烘烤炉中心位置上,导向装置至少要装在烘烤炉的上部位置上。
导轨最好采用螺纹轴,或者是液压缸,因此,烘烤炉能够连续或基本连续地相对于电极移动,其移动速度与电极的最佳烘烤速度相等。
根据本发明的一个最佳实施方案,烘烤炉的底端装有三个电极导向轮,在电极棒通过烘烤炉底端时对其进行导向。
使用螺纹轴作为导轨时,该螺纹轴借助于螺母,并通过球型支座与烘烤炉连接。为了使烘烤炉上下移动,螺纹轴通过轴与公共用传动装置互相连接,因此,三个螺纹轴可以同时并以相同速度转动。
使用液压缸作为导轨时,要把各液压缸的活塞互相连接起来,以便同时以相同速度移动这三个活塞。
本发明的其它实施方案,从下文和权利要求的叙述中会更加清楚。
下文结合附图进一步描述本发明所提出的装置,这些附图表示了本发明的最佳实施方案。
图1是一根在电炉中的电极棒的示意图,表示了本发明的烘烤炉悬挂装置。
图2是图1上面部分的放大视图,表示了烘烤炉和烘烤炉的悬挂装置。
图3是沿着图2中1-1线截取的局部剖视图。
图4是与图2相似的示意图,表示了本发明的另一个实施方案。
在图1中,有一根电极棒1,处在电力冶炼炉2中。冶炼炉有排烟罩或排烟顶盖3,炉中装料面则用标号4来表示。
标号5示意表示把工作电流传导给冶炼炉的常用电流夹子。电流夹子5靠压力环6紧压在电极表面上。电流夹子5和压力环6的内部有冷却流体循环通道(图中未见)。电流夹子5通过棒条7悬挂在电极框架8上。
在电极框架8上,装有两个用于电极棒1的夹持和滑动环9和10下夹持和滑动环可以借助于液压或气压缸11和12而垂直移动。
电极框架8按照常规方法,用电极液压调节缸13和14悬挂在炉台上。在电极框架8上,装有烘烤炉框架15。在烘烤炉框架15的顶上悬吊了三根导轨16。导轨16用球轴承或万向联轴节之类的万向接头(17)悬吊在烘烤炉框架15周围。
在图2所示的实施方案中,导轨16采用了螺纹轴18的形式。烘烤电极用的烘烤炉19用螺母20与螺纹轴16连接。
如图3所示,螺母20靠球型支座25与烘烤炉连接。为了使烘烤炉19相对于电极棒上下移动,用轴26把螺纹轴16与共用传动装置27相互连接起来,因此各螺纹轴16可以同时并以相同的速度转动。
烘烤炉19在其上端装有圆铁或其它类似物制成的导向环21。导向环21的内径相等于或稍大于电极壳体22的外径。导向环21是用来在电极棒通过烘烤炉19时对其进行导向。
烘烤炉19的下面最好装有导向轮23,该导向轮23通过支架24连接到烘烤炉19上。导向轮用来导向被烘烤的电极棒。
在图4所示本发明的另一个实施方案中,导轨16采用液压缸16的形式。缸16的底端借助于球联接或万向联轴节之类的万向接头与烘烤炉连接。为了使烘烤炉能连续或基本连续地移动,缸16上连接有液压流体输送管。
烘烤炉19装有提供热能的装置,例如油燃烧嘴、气体燃烧嘴或电热元件等(图中未示)。因为冶炼炉内的电极是消耗的,移动夹持和滑动环9,10,可以使电极棒向下滑过电流夹子。烘烤炉19的移动最好和电极滑动装置互相联系起来,当电极棒通过夹持和滑动环9,10滑过一个量值,烘烤炉15就自动地向下移动一个相等的距离。按照这种方法,就可以使烘烤炉与电极棒的烘烤区保持在同一个相对位置上。
根据本发明,烘烤炉是悬挂在导轨上的,该导轨靠万向接头与烘烤炉框架以及烘烤炉连接,而电极棒至少在烘烤炉的上部被导向。因此,偏离成直线的电极棒,就意味着该烘烤炉从电极棒中心线自动地沿径向外移动,而电极棒却仍然处于烘烤炉的中心位置。从而避免了偏离直线的电极棒所造成的电极卡住现象。另外还更惊奇的发现到,如果偏离了直线的电极棒,于是烘烤炉从直线电极棒的中心线向外移动,这时,电极棒将会很快移回到直线电极棒的中心线上。这意味着,根据本发明烘烤炉的悬挂装置是自对心的。
Claims (8)
1、连续生产碳精电极棒的一种烘烤炉的悬挂装置,该电极棒直接与冶炼炉相连系,并在冶炼炉内消耗掉,本发明的特征在于该烘烤炉(19)借助少至于三根导轨(16)悬挂在烘烤炉框架(15)上,上述导轨(16)的上端借助于第一球型接头(17)连接到烘烤炉框架(15)上,该烘烤炉(19)则借助于第二球型接头(25)与导轨连接,该烘烤炉的上端有导向电极用的装置(21)。
2、根据权利要求1的装置,其特征是该导轨(16)是螺纹轴。
3、根据权利要求2的装置,其特征是该烘烤炉(19)借助于螺母(20)与螺纹轴连接。
4、根据权利要求3的装置,其特征是该螺母(20)借助于球型支座(25)固定到烘烤炉上。
5、根据权利要求2的装置,其特征是有一共用传动装置(27),在该装置(27)和螺纹轴(16)之间装有轴(26),用以使传动装置(27)带动螺纹轴旋转。
6、根据权利要求1的装置,其特征是该导轨(16)是液压缸装置。
7、根据权利要求1的装置,其特征是导向电极用的装置(21)由一根圆铁或类似材料制成,该导向装置的内径相等于或稍大于电极棒(1)的外径。
8、根据权利要求1的装置,其特征是烘烤炉(19)的下部装有至少三个导向电极棒用的导向轮(23)。
