Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有精加工轴承止动件的螺栓连接的引导板。
背景技术
在美国专利No.4,004,472中有已知的螺栓连接的导向板。该专利描述了通过一系列螺栓固定到壳体上的可拆卸轴承支承。该轴承支承是由铸铁制成的以确保在差速器装置操作的过程中内轴承组件不会松掉。该轴承支承是可拆卸的以便提供用于在壳体中安装驱动小齿轮的方法。
美国专利No.6,544,140提供了一种小齿轮座架,该小齿轮座架包括通过多个螺栓附连到差动齿轮机构的外壳上的座圈。这些螺栓穿过在该座圈的径向凸缘中的多个安装孔来装配。该座圈与该外壳恒定接触从而导致在两者之间没有空隙。
上述设计具有一些缺点。已知重的和单个的双驱动桥设计包括将小齿轮轴承罩并入到支座浇铸中。因为引导板相对于支座组件的其余部分的相对形状和位置,将支座浇铸为单件体是更加复杂且不是成本高效的浇铸过程。将导向板螺栓连接到支座的其余部分的尝试已经导致不可接受的力传递,而且螺栓在载荷下变松。
发明内容
本发明限定了一种导向板和差速器支座组件。具有第一端和第二端的导向板包含位于各个所述第一和第二端处的至少一个孔。差速器支座包括在与所述导向板的所述孔的互补位置的至少两个孔。在导向板上的第一止动件与在差速器支座上的第二止动件对准。该第二止动件布置成与该第一止动件相邻且对准,同时第一和第二止动件之间限定了空隙。至少两个螺栓布置成穿过导向板和差速器支座的相应孔,同时衬套布置在所述至少两个螺栓的周围。

具体实施方式
应当理解本发明可以采用各种可选方向和步骤顺序,除非明确指定是相反的情况。而且应当理解在附图中所示的特定装置和过程,以及下面说明书中的描述仅仅是由所附权利要求所限定的发明概念的示例性实施例。因此,特定的尺寸、方向或关于所公开实施例的其它物理特征不应当被认为是限定性的,除非权利要求相反地明确表示。
图1表示了具有成一体的导向板102的已知支座组件100。象本领域中标准的那样,该导向板102和支座100被浇铸成单件体。设置安装螺栓104以便安装该支座组件。
图2表示了根据本发明的支座组件10和导向板12。本发明的导向板可以被用来支承小齿轮的导向轴承,该小齿轮的导向轴承支承差速器的环形齿轮。如图所示,该支座组件10和导向板12形成为单独的部件。如本发明的所示实施例中显示,优选设置四个安装螺栓14以便将导向板固定到支座组件上。当采用四个安装螺栓时,它们成对布置以便将导向板12安装到支座组件10上。安装螺栓14穿过在导向板12中的孔16并进入在支座组件10中的孔18以便将导向板12固定到支座组件10上。
在维护中,通过导向轴承起反作用的小齿轮的载荷会引起可能使安装螺栓14从支座组件10上松开的剪切载荷。因此,作为本发明的特征,已经发现衬套20或销钉衬套优选环绕两个或四个安装螺栓14布置。该衬套用来将导向板12和支座组件10锁定就位并且吸收大量侧向力。这强调了关于对剪切力的关注并有助于在受到载荷时将导向板12组件固定到支座组件10上。如果采用两个衬套20,它们优选布置在在相对拐角上的安装螺栓14的周围,即顶部和底部对中的一对的左边螺栓和另一对的右边螺栓。已经发现环绕相对拐角(一个顶部的拐角和一个底部的拐角)上的螺栓布置两个衬套20通常足以克服剪切力。
尽管本发明设想了采用两个衬套16,也可以在本发明的范围内采用四个衬套16,每个安装螺栓14采用一个衬套16。优选的是,衬套由钢制成。还优选的是每个在导向板12中的孔16和在支座组件10中的孔18都被埋头钻孔以便接收衬套。
图3表示了在具有埋头孔26的导向板12中的孔16。如该实施例中所示,因为该图表示了仅采用两个衬套20的本发明的实施例,在导向板的该端中只需要有一个埋头孔26。在采用四个衬套的实施例中,每个孔优选被埋头钻孔。
图4表示了本发明的实施例,其中导向板12也没有表示附连到支座10上,而是表示为非常接近。该板12具有布置成与从支座10伸出的止动件24相邻的止动件22。因为在载荷下容易有结构变形,同时支座的止动件22朝向板的止动件24变形,所以这些止动件22,24必须进行精加工到非常高的公差,以便使止动件之间的间隙最小。组件需要在止动件22,24之间有最小的间隙。优选的是,加工该止动件以便在止动件之间只有千分之几英寸的间隙。更优选地,在止动件22,24之间的间隙约为0.002”或更小。当在受到载荷时空隙闭合的情况下,在止动件22,24之间的间隙导致轴承反作用力从导向板12传送到支座组件10中。在止动件22,24之间的最小间隙导致止动件的组合实质起到单个装置的作用并且使传送的轴承力最大化。上述在止动件22,24之间的精加工的间隙和采用衬套20的组合提供了接近直接浇铸到支座上的导向板的刚度的部件刚度。
Claims (10)
1.一种导向板和差速器支座组件,包括:
包括第一端和第二端的导向板,在各个所述第一和第二端布置至少一个孔;
包括在与所述导向板的所述孔互补位置处的至少两个孔的差速器支座;
在所述导向板上的第一止动件,所述第一止动件位于所述第一端和所述第二端的基本上中心点;
在所述差速器支座上的第二止动件,所述第二止动件布置成与所述第一止动件相邻且对准,其中所述第一和第二止动件之间限定了间隙;
穿过所述导向板和所述差速器支座的所述对应孔布置的至少两个螺栓;以及
至少两个衬套,所述衬套布置成环绕所述至少两个螺栓中的对应的螺栓。
2.如权利要求1所述的导向板和差速器支座组件,其中,所述导向板各端包括单个孔,所述差速器支座包括在与所述导向板的所述孔互补位置处的两个孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的导向板和差速器支座组件,其中,所述导向板各端包括两个孔,所述差速器支座包括在与所述导向板的所述孔互补位置处的四个孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的导向板和差速器支座组件,包括四个穿过所述导向板和所述差速器支座的所述互补孔布置的四个螺栓。
5.如权利要求3所述的导向板和差速器支座组件,包括四个衬套,每个所述衬套围绕所述螺栓中对应的一个螺栓布置。
6.如权利要求3所述的导向板和差速器支座组件,包括两个衬套,所述衬套中的一个围绕在所述导向板的所述第一端处的所述螺栓中的对应的一个螺栓布置,所述衬套中的另一个围绕在所述导向板的所述第二端处的所述螺栓中的对应的一个螺栓布置。
7.如权利要求1所述的导向板和差速器支座组件,其中,对应于所述衬套中的一个衬套的各个在所述导向板中的所述孔和各个在所述差速器中的所述孔被埋头钻孔以便接收该衬套。
8.如权利要求1所述的导向板和差速器支座组件,其中,各个所述衬套包括钢。
9.如权利要求1所述的导向板和差速器支座组件,其中,当没有受到载荷时,在所述第一止动件和所述第二止动件之间的间隙为大约0.002英寸。
10.如权利要求1所述的导向板和差速器支座组件,其中,选择在所述第一止动件和所述第二止动件之间的间隙以便实质上使从导向板传递到支座的力最大。
