Abstract
本发明公开了一种仿古砖用干釉料。该干釉料由下列重量份的原料经球磨研磨，喷雾制粉后过筛制得：钾长石20-40份、石英0-15份、烧滑石5-15份、方解石5-10份、氧化锌0-5份、球土10-15份、氧化铝5-10份、碳酸钡5-15份、烧高岭土5-15份、羧甲基纤维素0.2-0.5份、三聚磷酸钠0.3-0.6份、水70份。干釉料色泽艳丽多样，压制生产时，在凹凸坯面布干釉坯釉，一起压制成形，因而能确保施釉均匀，过渡自然。

技术领域
本发明涉及无机硅酸盐技术领域，具体地说，是一种仿古砖用干釉料。
技术背景
通常，釉是一种通过水、颜料、粘结剂和釉基础配方制得的具有高强度和高粘度的材料。它能使陶瓷产品具有丰富的色彩，美丽的外观而深受市场的欢迎。但目前还存在着在凹凸坯面施釉，过渡不自然、着色不均匀的问题。这一技术难题并没有得到有效的解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种仿古砖用干釉料。
为了实现上述的发明目的，本发明的技术方案是：
由下列重量份的原料经球磨研磨，喷雾制粉后过筛制得：钾长石20-40份、石英0-15份、烧滑石5-15份、方解石5-10份、氧化锌0-5份、球土10-15份、氧化铝5-10份、碳酸钡5-15份、烧高岭土5-15份、羧甲基纤维素0.2-0.5份、三聚磷酸钠0.3-0.6份、水70份。原料中，还可含有1-5重量份的釉用色料。
钾长石的作用是引入K2O、Al2O3和SiO2，是釉的基本成份；石英的作用是引入SiO2，是釉的基本成份；烧滑石可用于釉料的增白；方解石为熔剂，与ZnO、BaCO3形成Ca、Zn、Ba复合无光剂；氧化锌为熔剂和无光剂；球土可给予釉粘性和强度；氧化铝用于调节烧成温度；碳酸钡为熔剂和无光剂；烧高岭土的作用是引入Al2O3，调节烧成温度；羧甲基纤维素(CMC)，可增加釉料粘性；三聚磷酸钠用于调节釉的流动性；色料用于釉料的调色。
所述的球磨研磨，是将配方原料研磨成细度为0.1-0.2％(250目筛余)的浆料。球磨浆料比重1.50-1.55g/ml。研磨时间为10小时。
喷雾制粉后，水份含量小于3wt％。
本发明的优点在于：干釉料色泽艳丽多样，在凹凸坯面施釉均匀，过渡自然。
具体实施方式
以下给出具体的实施例来进一步说明。这些实施例的用意只是说明性的，而不应理解为对本发明的限制。
实施例1
取以下的原料：钾长石20公斤、烧滑石10公斤、方解石8公斤、球土12公斤、氧化铝10公斤、碳酸钡10公斤、烧高岭土12公斤、羧甲基纤维素0.3公斤、三聚磷酸钠0.5公斤、水70公斤。
制备过程：先对原料进行球磨研磨10小时，研磨成细度为0.1-0.2％的浆料；然后进行喷雾制粉，进风温度200℃，出风温度150℃，使得到的粉料的水份含量小于3wt％；最后过筛，筛得40-100目的粉料即得。
实施例2
取以下的原料：钾长石30公斤、石英15公斤、烧滑石8公斤、方解石6公斤、氧化锌5公斤、球土10公斤、氧化铝8公斤、碳酸钡8公斤、烧高岭土8公斤、羧甲基纤维素0.2公斤、三聚磷酸钠0.4公斤、水70公斤。
制备过程：先对原料进行球磨研磨10小时，研磨成细度为0.1-0.2％的浆料；然后进行喷雾制粉，进风温度400℃，出风温度120℃，使得到的粉料的水份含量小于3wt％；最后过筛，筛得40-100目的粉料即得。
实施例3
在实施例1原料的基础上，加红色料3公斤。
制备过程：先对原料进行球磨研磨10小时，研磨成细度为0.1-0.2％的浆料；然后进行喷雾制粉，进风温度300℃，出风温度130℃，使得到的粉料的水份含量小于3wt％；最后过筛，筛得40-100目的粉料即得。
实施例4
在实施例2原料的基础上，加灰色料5公斤。
制备过程：先对原料进行球磨研磨10小时，研磨成细度为0.1-0.2％的浆料；然后进行喷雾制粉，进风温度250℃，出风温度140℃，使得到的粉料的水份含量小于3wt％；最后过筛，筛得40-100目的粉料即得。

1.一种仿古砖用干釉料，其特征在于，由下列重量份的原料经球磨研磨，喷雾制粉后过筛制得：钾长石20-40份、石英0-15份、烧滑石5-15份、方解石5-10份、氧化锌0-5份、球土10-15份、氧化铝5-10份、碳酸钡5-15份、烧高岭土5-15份、羧甲基纤维素0.2-0.5份、三聚磷酸钠0.3-0.6份、水70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿古砖用干釉料，其特征在于：所述原料中，还含有1-5重量份的釉用色料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的仿古砖用干釉料，其特征在于：喷雾制粉后，水份含量小于3wt％。
