Abstract

本发明涉及家用电器领域,是一种陶瓷慢炖锅及其制作工艺。它是针对目前锅胆用电加热,不能在火上加热而设计的。要点是该锅铝胆内置的陶胆与铝胆之间有一定的空间,加热是靠加热圈所产生的热,感应和传递至铝胆,再由铝胆传递至陶胆,陶胆的形状以圆形和椭圆形为主。陶胆制作工艺按坯料、釉料的配比,成型、焙烧四道。坯料分有甲料和乙料,甲料:锂辉石、滑坯石、二氧化铝;乙料:高岭土、黑粘土、长石,细度200目。釉料:长石、方解石、滑石、氧化锌、碳配钡、高岭土,细度300目。成型与公知技术相同。焙烧:焙烧温度1345-1350℃,时间为24小时。陶胆具有良好的抗热冲击性能,热急变温度范围大,适用于炊具的使用条件。

背景技术
目前,电热锅品种较多,有电饭煲、焖烧锅等,专利号ZL00263485.6,提供一种带保险丝的电热慢炖锅,解决了慢炖锅用电线路缺乏双保险的问题。但上述电热锅的锅胆如果是普通陶瓷材料制作的都不承受较高的热急,因此,使用范围受限。
发明内容
本发明是向本领域提供一种陶瓷慢炖锅及其制作工艺,使该陶瓷慢炖锅除用电加热外,还能在火上加热,而且又较耐烧。设计方案是这样的:它在电热锅体内放置的陶胆是靠电感应加热,取出锅体则可在燃气灶上加热。于是就方便了用户,使功率较小的慢炖锅,也能作到快火加热的效果。因此,陶胆的材料、制作工艺是及其重要的,它将在特征中加之描述。

现参照以上示意图,将其特征作进一步描述:陶瓷慢炖锅及其制作工艺,陶瓷慢炖锅包括玻璃盖1、陶胆2、铝胆3、拉簧4、开关掣5、加热圈7、支脚8、底盘11、外壳13等,其特征是陶瓷慢炖锅的铝胆3内置有陶胆2,铝胆与陶胆之间有一定的空间,加热是靠加热圈7所产生的热,感应和传递至铝胆,再由铝胆传递至陶胆实现的。陶胆2的形状以圆形和椭圆形为主。
陶胆制作工艺:制作工艺按坯料、釉料的配比,成型、焙烧四道工艺。一)、坯料配比分有甲料和乙料,甲料:锂辉石45-55%,滑石28-38%,二氧化铝12-22%;乙料:高岭土50-60%,黑粘土20-30%,长石15-25%。先将甲料按配比称量后进球磨机,湿磨20小时,使细度达到200目,再出料→脱水→烘干→煅烧1200℃。再按甲料经煅烧后的45-55%、乙料45-55%的比例,进行投料加工至制泥结束。二)、釉料配方:长石51-61%,方解石5-15%,滑石8-18%,氧化锌2-6%,碳配钡12-22%,高岭土5-15%。按配方称料进球磨机湿磨100小时,使细度全部通过300目筛,经过筛除铁备用。三)、成型:基本与普通陶胆成型工艺相同,即切泥→压坯→干燥→打磨→水洗→施釉→检验。四)、焙烧:耐热瓷的要求重点在于坯体中的晶体发育良好,结构统一,系统稳定,固对焙烧的要求很严,要升温均匀,最高温度点平台宽,温差不小于5℃。必须在使用气体燃料的自控炉中烧成,相对能耗高于普通陶瓷。
本工艺焙烧温度1345-1350℃,属纯氧化气氛,焙烧时间24小时。
本工艺的产品耐火机理是:利用主晶相β-董青石(2Mgo.2ALO3,5SiO2)的低膨胀系数和次晶相β-锂辉石(LiO2.AL2O3.4Sio2)的负膨胀系数,使坯体具有良好的抗热冲击性能,热急变温度范围20-400℃,适用于炊具的使用条件。
具体实施方式
图1所示的陶瓷慢炖锅,在接通电源插头10之前必须在陶胆2中加入水或待烧的食物,禁止空烧。玻璃盖1是透明的,以便于观察陶胆内食物炖烧状况。底盘11中部的固定螺钉12是检查外壳13内拉簧4、开关掣5、旋钮6、加热圈7、支脚8安装状况、定期维修的零件,电源线扣9是电源线的定向联接件。该陶瓷慢炖锅功率较低,最高温度不高于300℃,由“文火”燃烧的陶胆电锅,对生食炖熟,营养破坏程度较小是有一定的理论依据。设为“电”、“火”两用主要是方便用户。
陶胆制作工艺的实施例
甲料:锂辉石50Kg,滑石33Kg,二氧化铝17Kg;乙料:高岭土55Kg,黑粘土25Kg,长石20Kg;釉料:长石56Kg、方解石10Kg、滑石13Kg、氧化锌4Kg、碳配钡17Kg、高岭土10Kg。将甲料100Kg进球磨机,湿磨20小时,使细度达到200目,再出料→脱水→烘干→煅烧1200℃。将甲料经煅烧后的全部、乙料100Kg,进球磨机,湿磨100小时,出料后脱水、烘干、煅烧至1200℃,使细度达到300目筛,经过筛除铁。制作陶胆时得将甲料、乙料混合物中加入适量的水,经混合即切泥→压坯→干燥→打磨→水洗→施釉料→检验。最后将施釉料的半成品,送入用气体燃料的自动控制空炉中,焙烧温度在1345-1350℃范围,属纯氧化气氛,焙烧时间24小时,即得合格的陶胆。

1、陶瓷慢炖锅及其制作工艺,陶瓷慢炖锅包括玻璃盖(1)、陶胆(2)、铝胆(3)、拉簧(4)、开关掣(5)、加热圈(7)、支脚(8)、底盘(11)、外壳(13)等,其特征是陶瓷慢炖锅的铝胆(3)内置有陶胆(2),铝胆与陶胆之间有一定的空间,陶胆(2)的形状以圆形和椭圆形为主;陶胆制作工艺:制作工艺按坯料、釉料的配比,成型、焙烧四道工艺,坯料配比分有甲料和乙料,甲料:锂辉石45-55%,滑石28-38%,二氧化铝12-22%;乙料:高岭土50-60%,黑粘土20-30%,长石15-25%。先将甲料按配比称量后进球磨机,湿磨20小时,使细度达到200目,再出料→脱水→烘干→煅烧1200℃;再按甲料经煅烧后的45-55%、乙料45-55%的比例,进行投料加工至制泥结束;釉料配方:长石51-61%,方解石5-15%,滑石8-18%,氧化锌2-6%,碳配钡12-22%,高岭土5-15%;按配方称料进球磨机湿磨100小时,使细度全部通过300目筛;焙烧温度1345-1350℃,焙烧时间24小时。
