Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在曲轴箱下侧封闭曲轴箱的盖板。
背景技术
在DE 198 55 562 C1中公开了一种带有腔室的曲轴箱。其中这些腔室用作储油腔。在100 33 416 C1中公开了一种用于封闭这种曲轴箱的盖板。在盖板上设置了辅助设备,例如用于润滑剂供给的泵以及热交换器。在盖板上有两个用于收集润滑剂的抽吸口。从该抽吸口润滑剂由泵通过集成在盖板中的通道吸出,并被输送到曲轴箱的储油腔中。作为三通泵该泵设有两个抽吸腔以及一个压力腔。在此问题是对该三通泵的高要求,例如即使在内燃机倾斜位置也需要可靠的进行输送。
在尚未预公开的卷号为DE 103 06 152.5的德国专利申请中已知一种具有两根平衡轴的内燃机。这两根平衡轴中的一根支承在上述的盖板上。该平衡轴通过圆柱齿轮级变速装置由曲轴驱动。上述的问题通过盖板的这种结构方案也不能得到缓解。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于对这种具有一根平衡轴的盖板在润滑剂输送方面进行优化。
为了完成上述任务,本发明提出一种用于在曲轴箱的下侧封闭曲轴箱的盖板,该盖板具有用于收集润滑剂的抽吸口、用于将润滑剂从抽吸口吸出的泵以及一根支承在盖板上并由曲轴驱动的平衡轴,其中,第一个泵设置在平衡轴的动力侧端部,而第二个泵设置在平衡轴的非动力侧端部。
在本发明中,将第一个泵设置在平衡轴的动力侧一端,而将第二个泵设置在平衡轴的非动力侧一端。在此这些泵分别由一个第一齿轮和一个第二齿轮构成。因此相对于现有技术其区别在于,泵不再是作为独立的设备安装在盖板上,而是直接附属于平衡轴。第一个泵和第二个泵分别直接设置在抽吸口,这样盖板中的抽吸通道相对于现有技术缩短了。在本发明的扩展方案中提出,第一个泵设置在圆柱齿轮级变速装置和第二个泵之间。通过这种结构,在具有大的最高转速的内燃机中可以保持泵圆周速度的极限值。作为替代方案,第一个泵由平衡轴的主动齿轮和第二齿轮构成。这种结构是用于具有低的最高转速的内燃机的,只要主动齿轮的圆周速度保持在泵圆周速度极限值之下。
为了改善平衡轴与泵在盖板上的装配,本发明将第一齿轮的直径与一个轴承的直径相匹配,通过该轴承,平衡轴支承在一个导流装置上。
本发明的主要优点在于,通过取消或者缩短盖板上的抽吸通道可以将该盖板简单地进行制造。现有技术的三通泵由简单的一通泵来代替,也就是说该泵可以具有更简单的构造。已有的用于驱动平衡轴的圆柱齿轮级变速装置作为第一个泵的组件承担了附加的功能,也就是说集成度被提高。通过第一个泵和第二个泵在平衡轴上的布置可以实现高效的干式油池润滑,其中还可以得到内燃机的斜向运行能力。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出了盖板1从动力侧KS看的视图。结合图2和图3进行进一步的说明。在内燃机中,动力侧KS定义为进行动力输出的那一侧。在动力侧KS例如一个连轴器和变速器被法兰连接到曲轴上。非动力侧KGS位于动力侧KS的对置侧,参见图2。在图1中用附图标记10表示从动齿轮。其被设置在曲轴上。该从动齿轮10与设置在平衡轴6上的主动齿轮9啮合。两个齿轮9和10构成了圆柱齿轮级变速装置。该平衡轴6通过轴承11支承在一个导流装置12中。通过该导流装置12由驱动机构腔室中滴下的润滑剂被输送到第一抽吸口2和第二抽吸口3,参见图2。在平衡轴6的动力侧端部KS设置了第一个泵4。在平衡轴6的非动力侧端部KGS设置了第二个泵5。第一个泵4和第二个泵5都分别由一个第一齿轮7和一个第二齿轮8构成。当然也可以使用环面泵。在图2所示的视图中,第一个泵4位于主动齿轮9和第二个泵5之间。由这两个泵4和5将润滑剂由两个抽吸口2和3通过压力通道15输入开口13。压力通道15在图2中用虚线示出。通过开口13润滑剂到达曲轴箱的储油腔。附图标记16表示盖板1上的过滤器孔。
图3示出了盖板1从非动力侧KGS的视图。由两个齿轮7和8组成的第二个泵5将润滑剂从一个抽吸通道14输送到压力通道15中。
在图1中标出了切割线CC。在图5中示出了相应的截面图。从该截面图同样可以看出,第一个泵4将润滑剂从抽吸通道14输送到压力通道15。
图4示出了盖板1的截面图。可以看出抽吸通道14以及压力通道15。在该截面图中可以看到导流装置12,通过该导流装置12从驱动机构腔室中滴下的润滑剂被输送到第一和第二抽吸口2和3。在导流装置12中支承着平衡轴6。
图6示出了盖板1从动力侧KS的视图。接下去结合图7进行进一步地说明。在这个方案中,第一个泵4由主动齿轮9和第二齿轮8组成。由此相对于图2中的视图取消了第一齿轮7。这种方案用于小的圆周速度,也就是说用于具有低转速水平的内燃机。第一个泵4由抽吸通道14将润滑剂从第一个抽吸口2通过压力通道15输送到开口13,参见图7。
本发明的优点是:
-相对于现有技术取消或者缩短了从抽吸口到泵的抽吸通道,由此可以在制造具有相应的成本优势的盖板时实现更简单的核心技术;
-现有的圆柱齿轮级变速装置作为第一个泵的组件承担了附加的功能,由此提高了集成度;
-现有技术的三通泵由一通泵替代,该一通泵具有更简单的结构;
-另外给出了一种具有相应的斜向运行能力的可靠的干式油池润滑。

Claims (5)
1.用于在曲轴箱的下侧封闭曲轴箱的盖板(1),具有用于收集润滑剂的抽吸口(2、3)、用于将润滑剂从抽吸口(2、3)吸出的泵(4、5)以及一根支承在盖板(1)上并由曲轴驱动的平衡轴(6),其特征在于:第一个泵(4)设置在平衡轴(6)的动力侧端部(KS),而第二个泵(5)设置在平衡轴(6)的非动力侧端部(KGS)。
2.按权利要求1所述的盖板(1),其特征在于:所述第一个泵(4)和第二个泵(5)都分别由一个第一齿轮(7)和一个第二齿轮(8)组成。
3.按权利要求2所述的盖板(1),其特征在于:在所述平衡轴(6)的动力侧端部(KS)设置主动齿轮(9),其与曲轴的从动齿轮(10)相啮合,并且第一个泵(4)设置在主动齿轮(9)和第二个泵(5)之间。
4.按权利要求3所述的盖板(1),其特征在于:所述平衡轴(6)通过轴承(11)支承在导流装置(12)中,并且第一齿轮(7)的直径与轴承(11)的直径相匹配。
5.按权利要求2所述的盖板(1),其特征在于:在所述平衡轴(6)的动力侧端部(KS)设置一个主动齿轮(9),其与曲轴的从动齿轮(10)相啮合,并且第一个泵(4)由平衡轴(6)的主动齿轮(9)和第二齿轮(8)组成。
