−従来技術に対して、吸込個所からポンプへの吸込路が廃止されるか、もしくは短縮され、これから結果として、カバープレートを製造する際の簡単な核心技術が、相応のコストの利点と共に得られること、
−既存の平歯車段が、第1のポンプの構成要素としての付加的な機能を担い、これにより、集積度が高められること、
−従来技術の3チャンバポンプが、簡単な構造を備える1チャンバポンプによって置き換えられること、
−更に、相応の斜行能力を有する確実なドライサンプ潤滑が得られること、

Claims (5)
- 潤滑剤を集めるための吸込個所(2,3)と、この吸込個所(2,3)から潤滑剤を吸い出すためのポンプ(4,5)と、カバープレート(1)に軸受けされ、かつクランクシャフトによって駆動されるバランスシャフト(6)とを有する、クランクケースの下面を閉鎖するためのカバープレート(1)において、
第1のポンプ(4)が、バランスシャフト(6)の動力取出し側端(KS)に配設され、第2のポンプ(5)が、バランスシャフト(6)の反動力取出し側端(KGS)に配設されることを特徴とするカバープレート(1)。 - 第1のポンプ(4)と第2のポンプ(5)とが、それぞれ1つの第1のギヤ(7)と第2のギヤ(8)とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカバープレート(1)。
- バランスシャフト(6)の動力取出し側端(KS)に、クランクシャフトの出力ギヤ(10)と係合する入力ギヤ(9)が配設され、第1のポンプ(4)が、入力ギヤ(9)と第2のポンプ(5)間に配設されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカバープレート(1)。
- バランスシャフト(6)が、軸受(11)を介して流体案内装置(12)内に軸受けされ、第1のギヤ(7)の直径が、軸受(11)の直径に相当することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカバープレート(1)。
- バランスシャフト(6)の動力取出し側端(KS)に、クランクシャフトの出力ギヤ(10)と係合する入力ギヤ(9)が配設され、第1のポンプ(4)が、バランスシャフト(6)の入力ギヤ(9)と第2のギヤ(8)とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカバープレート。
