Abstract
本发明是关于一种工件表面覆层贴合方法,首先将工件置于一模具的下模上,而后将热熔胶及覆层置于工件上侧,由一加热器加热熔融热熔胶,模具的上模和下模合模,通过上模设置的气孔向模具内通入高压气体将覆层紧贴于工件的外表面,由熔融的热熔胶将覆层粘贴于工件表面;本发明进一步包括实施该方法的模具及由该方法而得到的制品,由该方法得到的制品其覆层不易脱落。

【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种工件表面覆层贴合方法、模具及其制品,尤指具有弯曲折面的工件表面覆层贴合。
【背景技术】
电子装置如笔记本电脑或手机等的外壳多设有装饰层,设置装饰层的方法多采用模内射出成型工艺,如美国专利公开第2003/0083094号所揭示的一种便性式电子装置外壳,包括表面为一层软质材料的装饰层,然后将其置于注塑成型模腔内,向模腔中喷入熔化的塑料与装饰层粘贴在一起,从而形成一种具有装饰层的便携式电子装置外壳。然而上述制作工艺较为复杂,注塑成型不良率较高,对于大型工件采用该种工艺较难实现。
目前业界也有直接将装饰层贴于工件上的方法,如美国专利第6775130号所揭示的一种设有保护层的便携式电脑,该便携式电脑包括枢转连结的一上壳及一下壳,上壳及下壳的外表面设有一保护层,保护层由若干颗粒状皮革通过粘贴、热熔接或超声波焊接等方式固定于上壳或下壳表面而成;但是保护层是由若干颗粒状皮革而不是一张皮革组成,由于颗粒众多,对各颗粒而言难于保证粘贴工艺的一致性,从而使得个别颗粒易于脱落,而且可能因为颗粒粘贴不均匀而影响壳体的美观。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种在工件的表面贴合上不易脱落的覆层的方法、模具及由该方法而得到的制品。
本发明一种工件表面覆层贴合方法用来将覆层贴合于工件外表面,将工件置于一模具的下模上,将热熔胶及覆层置于工件上侧,由一加热器加热并熔融热熔胶,模具上模和下模合模并由熔融的热熔胶将覆层贴于工件表面。
实施本方法的模具包括一上模及一下模,下模设有一凸台,上模对应凸台设有一模穴,模穴中设有通入高压气体的气孔。
由该方法得到的制品包括一工件,工件表面覆有一层热熔胶,热熔胶外侧贴合一覆层。
本发明的优点在于通过一次模具合模在工件的表面贴上覆层,且覆层不易脱落。

【具体实施方式】
本发明工件表面覆层贴合方法用来将覆层50贴于工件10外表面,其包括如下步骤:
步骤一、在覆层50表面覆上一层热熔胶。
在本实施例中覆层50为皮革材质,当工件10为塑料材料时,其材料为聚碳酸酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚合物、耐冲击聚苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氯乙烯、聚烯烃类、改性聚苯醚、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚甲醛、离子聚合物、聚氨酯或其混练物,或于上述材料中添加玻璃纤维、碳纤维、云母片、滑石粉、粘土等而形成的塑料材料;当工件10为金属材料时,其材料为镁合金、铝合金或锌合金等;热熔胶为含烯烃基系的共聚物、含苯乙烯系的共聚物、亚克力系、聚氨酯系、聚酰胺系或聚酯系或其共聚合物的热熔胶。将覆层50置于粘合机上,将片状的热熔胶放置于覆层50上,然后由粘合机将热熔胶覆于覆层50表面。
覆层50也可为其它材质,如布匹或其它纤维制品等;热熔胶也可为其它种类的胶粘剂。
步骤二、提供用于该工件表面覆层贴合方法的模具。
请参阅图1及图2,该模具包括一下模30及一上模40,下模30上端设有一凸台32,下模30的四角分别设有一导柱34,上模40对应凸台32设有一模穴42,在模穴42上开设有若干气孔43,由外部供给的高压气体通过气孔43而进入模穴42中;上模40的四角对应导柱34各设有一引导孔44,上模40还包括一磁性材料的固定框45,固定框45由其本身的磁力而吸附于模穴42中。
步骤三、将工件10、覆有热熔胶的覆层50依次置于模具中。
工件10上贴合覆层50的表面为一弯曲折面,该弯曲折面包括一上表面11及四个侧面12。
请参阅图3,由固定框45将覆层50固定于上模40的模穴42中,热熔胶位于覆层50与工件10之间。
请一并参阅图4,将工件10放置于凸台32上,工件10的四个侧面12贴合于凸台32的四个侧面。
步骤四、由一加热器20加热熔融热熔胶。
而后于上模40与下模30之间伸入一加热器20,由加热器20辐射出的热量而将覆层50上的热熔胶熔融,收回加热器20。
步骤五、上模40和下模30合模而将覆层50贴于工件10表面。
请参阅图5,由下模30的四个导柱34及上模40的四个导孔44将上、下模40、30进行合模,覆层50、工件10及凸台32完全处于模穴42中,上、下模40、30之间形成一密闭腔;合模后,由上模40的气孔43向模穴42中输入高压气体,高压气体使覆层50紧贴于工件10的上表面11,且覆层50被固定框45固定的四侧边缘被高压气体吹动而脱离固定框45的束缚,并沿工件10的四个侧面12弯折而紧贴于四个侧面12,同时由于热熔胶已熔融,从而将覆层50粘贴于工件10的上表面11及四侧面12。
步骤六、开模,将工件10由下模30上取下。
请参阅图6,其所示为由上述方法而得到的制品,工件10的表面已贴上覆层50。请参阅图7,加工完成后该制品由三层组成,其最外层为皮革50,中间层为热熔胶,最里层为工件10。
对于以上工件表面覆层贴合方法中覆层50也可以采用其它的覆层定位装置而将其定位,例如可在下模30的四角设置四个具有一定高度的弹性顶针,将覆层50置于这些弹性顶针上而置于工件10上侧,模具合模时将弹性顶针压入下模30中并将覆层50贴合于工件10。
Claims (13)
1.一种工件表面覆层贴合方法,用来将覆层贴于工件表面,其包括以下步骤:
提供一工件;
提供一覆层;
提供一热熔胶;
将热熔胶覆于覆层表面;
提供一模具,模具包括一下模及一上模,上模设有可通入高压气体的气孔;
提供一加热器;
将工件、覆有热熔胶的覆层依次置于模具中,热熔胶位于工件与覆层之间;
由加热器加热熔融热熔胶;
模具的上模和下模合模形成一密闭腔,由上模的气孔向密闭腔内通入高压气体,由熔融的热熔胶将覆层贴于工件的表面;及
开模,取出工件。
2.如权利要求1所述的工件表面覆层贴合方法,其特征在于:工件贴合覆层的表面为弯曲折面,弯曲折面包括一上表面及至少一侧面。
3.如权利要求1所述的工件表面覆层贴合方法,其特征在于:下模设有一凸台,上模对应凸台设有一模穴,气孔设于模穴中,下模还包括一定位覆层的覆层定位装置。
4.如权利要求3所述的工件表面覆层贴合方法,其特征在于:将工件、覆有热熔胶的覆层依次置于模具中的步骤包括将工件置于模具的下模的凸台上、将覆层由覆层定位装置定位于工件上方。
5.如权利要求1所述的工件表面覆层贴合方法,其特征在于:覆层材质为皮革或布匹,工件为塑料材料,所述塑料材料为聚碳酸酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚合物、耐冲击聚苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氯乙烯、聚烯烃类、改性聚苯醚、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚甲醛、离子聚合物、聚氨酯或其混练物,或于上述材料中添加玻璃纤维、碳纤维、云母片、滑石粉、粘土而形成的塑料材料;热熔胶为含烯烃基系的共聚物、含苯乙烯系的共聚物、亚克力系、聚氨酯系、聚酰胺系或聚酯系或其共聚合物的热熔胶。
6.如权利要求1所述的工件表面覆层贴合方法,其特征在于:覆层材质为皮革或布匹,工件为金属材料,所述金属材料为镁合金、铝合金或锌合金;热熔胶为含烯烃基系的共聚物、含苯乙烯系的共聚物、亚克力系、聚氨酯系、聚酰胺系或聚酯系或其共聚合物的热熔胶。
7.一种用于如权利要求1所述的工件表面覆层贴合方法的模具,该模具包括一上模及一下模,其特征在于:模具还包括一将覆层定位的覆层定位装置,上模设有若干可通入高压气体的气孔。
8.如权利要求7所述的模具,其特征在于:下模设有一凸台,上模对应凸台设有一模穴,气孔设于模穴中。
9.一种由权利要求1所述的工件表面覆层贴合方法而得到的制品,其包括一工件,工件为电子装置外壳,其特征在于:工件表面覆有一层热熔胶,热熔胶外侧粘贴一覆层。
10.如权利要求9所述的制品,其特征在于:工件贴合覆层的表面为弯曲折面。
11.如权利要求10所述的制品,其特征在于:弯曲折面包括一上表面及至少一侧面。
12.如权利要求9所述的制品,其特征在于:覆层材质为皮革或布匹,工件为塑料材料,所述塑料材料为聚碳酸酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚合物、耐冲击聚苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氯乙烯、聚烯烃类、改性聚苯醚、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚甲醛、离子聚合物、聚氨酯或其混练物,或于上述材料中添加玻璃纤维、碳纤维、云母片、滑石粉、粘土而形成的塑料材料;热熔胶为含烯烃基系的共聚物、含苯乙烯系的共聚物、亚克力系、聚氨酯系、聚酰胺系或聚酯系或其共聚合物的热熔胶。
13.如权利要求9所述的制品,其特征在于:覆层材质为皮革或布匹,工件为金属材料,所述金属材料为镁合金、铝合金或锌合金;热熔胶为含烯烃基系的共聚物、含苯乙烯系的共聚物、亚克力系、聚氨酯系、聚酰胺系或聚酯系或其共聚合物的热熔胶。
