技术领域

背景技术

带有固定模块的方向盘使得采用优化的空气囊形状成为了可能,其中所述优化的空气囊形状不是对称的,并在展开时依赖于对其初始位置的了解。这不同于出现在包含空气囊的模块与方向盘一起转动的方向盘中的空气囊形状,在这样的方向盘中,空气囊的形状必须是对称的,因为它可能在多个位置被展开。
在文献中已经提出了对于带有固定模块的方向盘的多种解决方案。在专利申请EP 1 323 617 A1中描述了这些解决方案的其中之一,该解决方案旨在令固定模块能够独立于方向盘转动,并且,为此目的,该解决方案采用了弹簧,所述弹簧在一端处连接到固定模块,而在另一端处连接到由电机驱动的轮盘。

在固定模块上,一方面空气囊的存在、且另一方面多个控制旋钮或按钮的存在需要来自相关电源的在方向盘内的相关接线。
专利申请EP 1 323 617 A1指出,电线可被设置在弹簧的平的表面上,或者,以沿着其一个边缘安装的多线线缆的形式形成组。
上述装置存在许多缺点,而这些缺点是本发明旨在解决的。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种机动车辆方向盘,在所述机动车辆方向盘中,用来实现固定模块的元件是塑料螺旋主体,所述塑料螺旋主体具有插入其中的金属弹簧和用于在所述主体的外侧部分上设置线缆的槽,其中,在固定模块处设置有空气囊和用于多种车辆装置的控制按钮,固定模块独立于连接到转向管柱的方向盘主体的运动。

具体实施方式
如图1中所示,依照本发明所述的带有固定模块的机动车辆方向盘包括方向盘主体,所述方向盘主体由圆环3、若干辐条(radius)5以及中央部分7形成,其中,中央部分7跟转向管柱9一起转动。所述方向盘在其内部包括模块13,在模块13处有空气囊(未示出),并且,在模块13内布置有多个控制旋钮(未示出)。
模块13不与方向盘一起转动,因其被连接到带有插入弹簧的螺旋主体11上,所述螺旋主体通过其上部连接到支持模块13的板(plate)21,并通过其下部连接到板(plate)23,其中,板23被连接到车辆结构上。
对本发明而言,螺旋主体11是否以固定的形式直接连接到车辆结构并不重要,从而,模块13的位置是不变的,或者,同专利申请EP 1 323 671A1的情况一样,借助于转动装置,从而能够相对于方向盘主体的转动以预定的形式来转动模块13。
如图1中所示,方向盘主体的中央部分7设置在带有插入弹簧的螺旋主体11的两圈之间。
如图2和3中所示,塑料螺旋主体11具有插入其中的弹簧41,并且,它的外侧部分33具有用于收容多根线缆37的内槽35。螺旋主体11具有平的矩形横截面,在螺旋主体11的圈与圈之间存在空间39。
图4和5示出了其中使用了两个弹簧43、45的第二实施例。
螺旋主体11将优选通过将塑料覆盖注射到金属线圈41上或两个金属线圈43、45上来生产。然后,线缆沿着槽35被引入螺旋主体11。
如图6中所示,线缆37应当具有螺旋构造,并且为此目的使用,线缆37可由扁平单芯线缆、盘绕线缆或圆形单芯线缆构成。
在典型的实施例中,接线包括8根线,四根用于空气囊,且4根用于信号传输。
一旦线缆37被布置在主体11内,则与相关的连接器元件51、52建立了连接。
为了使线缆37不从槽35露出,可运用不妨碍弹簧运动的柔性密封元件。

Claims (4)

1. 一种联结到车辆转向管柱的机动车辆方向盘组件,包括螺旋弹簧装置(41;43,45),以便保持设置在所述方向盘内的固定模块(13),在所述固定模块内有空气囊和多个控制旋钮或按钮,其特征在于,所述螺旋弹簧装置(41;43,45)被插入塑料螺旋主体(11)内,所述塑料螺旋主体包括在其外侧部分内的槽(35),所述槽用于设置线缆(37),所述线缆提供到设置在所述固定模块(13)内的装置的电连接。
2. 如权利要求1所述的机动车辆方向盘组件,其特征在于,所述螺旋主体(11)具有平的矩形的横截面。
