本发明涉及一种适于重油工作的活塞式内燃机,具有引导高压燃料的燃料存储管路以供给喷油嘴。
背景技术
例如在CN88201567U中描述了一种柴油发动机燃油电加热装置,然而其无法在小空间内均匀地预热燃料,并保证发动机起动可靠并以重油工作。
发明内容
本发明的任务是用简单、节省空间的措施提高活塞式内燃机的可用性。
该任务是通过在燃料存储管路中布置一个加热元件解决的。根据本发明提供了了一种适于重油工作的活塞式内燃机,其具有引导高压燃料以供给喷油嘴的燃料存储管路。其中,在燃料存储管路的中央布置一个加热元件,该加热元件的形式为被加载热蒸汽的管子,在燃料存储管路的两端各布置一个封闭件,用于气密式封闭燃料存储管路的内腔。各封闭件均设有一个孔,在该孔上连接了管道以用于维持热蒸汽的循环。
在应用本发明时,可以使喷油嘴处的燃料总是具有要求的温度,从而具有要求的粘度。因此机器可以在一次停机之后很容易起动。在运转过程中也利于保持要求的燃料粘度。
优选的是,加热元件布置在燃料存储管路中央。由此能够最佳地利用输送的热量。
优选的是,考虑到气隙的影响为燃料存储管路加套。由此可以使热量损失最小。

具体实施方式
图中示出了管状的燃料存储管路1。在容纳高压燃料的内腔2中装入了一个加热元件3。该加热元件在本实施例中是通流热蒸汽的管子。在燃料存储管路1的两端分别有一个封闭件4,该封闭件气密地封闭了内腔2。在附图中只示出了一个封闭件4。每个封闭件4具有一个孔5,在该孔上连接未示出的管道用于维持热蒸汽的循环。这里,加热元件3和孔5相对内腔2密封。燃料存储管路1以本身已知的方式通过孔连接到连接接头6中,每一个相连的管道7与一个喷油嘴8相连。考虑到气隙的影响,在两个连接接头6之间或者一个连接接头6和一个封闭件4之间围绕燃料存储管路1装设一个套管件9。
也可以用电加热元件来代替通流热蒸汽的加热元件。
借助上述的加热元件可以在很小的结构空间中均匀地预热燃料存储管路1中的燃料,由此保证发动机起动可靠并以重油工作。此外缩短了直到活塞式内燃机可工作所需的时间,因为为了从冷机转到机器能工作所需的时间段被缩短了。

Claims (2)

1. 适于重油工作的活塞式内燃机,具有引导高压燃料以供给喷油嘴的燃料存储管路,
其特征在于,在燃料存储管路(1)的中央布置一个加热元件(3),该加热元件的形式为被加载热蒸汽的管子,在燃料存储管路(1)的两端各布置一个封闭件(4),用于气密式封闭燃料存储管路(1)的内腔(2),其中各封闭件(4)均设有一个孔(5),在该孔上连接了管道以用于维持热蒸汽的循环。
2. 按照权利要求1所述的活塞式内燃机,其特征在于,燃料存储管路(1)考虑到气隙的影响被加套。
