本发明涉及金属材料表面防锈处理工艺技术领域,更具体的讲是一种用于刹车片钢背表面防锈处理的工艺。
背景技术:
目前,在刹车片制造业中,对钢背的防锈前期处理是除油、抛丸,在生产过程中,因钢背表面缺乏保护,在周转和存放过程中极易产生锈蚀,对压制后的刹车片进行磨削后再用手工抛光机对钢背的表面进行抛光处理,造成工人劳动强度大、效率低、并且难以适应现代化企业发展的要求。同时,在静电喷塑过程中,为了使钢背周边塑粉均匀,需要增加塑层的厚度来保证,这就大大增加了塑粉的用量,提高了产品成本。
发明内容:
为克服上述缺点,本发明的目的是发明一种用于刹车片钢背表面防锈处理的工艺。它的技术方案为:取酚醛树脂、环氧树脂和乙酸乙酯,其配比为:5∶1∶30,在容器中把上述三种材料混合搅拌均匀后,倒入自动浸胶线中的浸胶槽中,然后将经除油和抛丸处理后的钢背挂在传送链条上,在室温下以每分钟1米的速度匀速通过浸胶槽后,在室温下经晾干隧道运行20分钟使钢背晾干。该发明的优点是:工艺流程简单,浸胶后的钢背在干燥完全后在钢背表面形成一层保护膜,完全避免了钢背在周转及存放过程中产生锈蚀;在压制材料后,减少了抛光时的工作量,降低了劳动强度,提高了劳动效率;并且,在静电喷涂中,大大减少了对塑粉的消耗量,同时,产品表面效果良好,不仅达到了国家行业标准,也达到了国际标准,取得良好的经济效益。
具体实施方式:
取酚醛树脂50公斤、环氧树脂10公斤和乙酸乙酯300公斤,在容器中把上述三种材料混合搅拌均匀后,倒入自动浸胶线中的浸胶槽中,然后将经除油和抛丸处理后的钢背14400片,其每片钢背面积为30.65平方厘米,把它们挂在传送链条上,在室温下以每分钟1米的速度匀速通过浸胶槽后,在室温下经晾干隧道运行20分钟使钢背晾干。
