Abstract

本发明涉及燃料箱的供油管,特别涉及配备有防止非法的燃料抽取行为的机构的供油管。提供一种燃料箱供油管,其配备了具有抑制供油管流路阻力的增大,且不限制供油管形状的结构的防止燃料抽取机构。经过由可挠材料构成的加油管(6)而与车体的供油口连接的燃料箱(2)的供油管(1)的特征在于:将由沿该供油管轴线互相平行地延伸的多个薄板构成的挡板(11)与环状部件(基部10)的内周侧相结合而构成的防软管插入部件(9)嵌入到加油管的连接口(7)的内部,同时,通过将金属制的短管部件(13)嵌入到连接口的开口端侧的内周来防止防软管插入部件被拔出,该金属制短管部件(13)的轴向端面与所述环状部件的轴向端面相对。

Description

燃料箱的供油管
技术领域
本发明涉及燃料箱的供油管,特别涉及配备有防止非法的燃料抽取行为的机构的供油管。
背景技术
作为现有技术,已知的有在汽车上所搭载的燃料箱中,为防止从设于车体上的供油口向箱内插入乙烯软管等的非法的燃料抽取行为,在供油管的途中等安装有用于防止乙烯软管侵入的防侵入部件(参照专利文献1-实开昭61-122925)。
但是,根据文献1中记载的现有技术,在圆板状部件上将同一圆周上等间隔开设的多个扇状孔的物体压入嵌合到供油管的内周面。这样,为防止乙烯软管的侵入需要使扇状孔比乙烯软管的外径尺寸小,且供油管的流路阻力不得不增大。
而且,如果用硬金属棒等强顶,则圆板状部件可能会变形及脱落,所以为使金属棒不能到达圆板状部件,则必须使供油管弯曲以发挥实质效用。
发明内容
本发明是为了消除此类现有技术的不妥之处而被提出的,其主要目的在于提供一种具备抑制供油管流路阻力的增大且不限制供油管形状而构成的防燃料抽取机构的燃料箱供油管。
为解决此类课题,本发明的方案1的燃料箱(2)的供油管(1),经过由可挠材料构成的加油管(6)而与车体的供油口连接,其特征在于:将由沿该供油管轴线互相平行延伸的多个薄板构成的挡板(11)与环状部件(基部10)的内周侧结合而构成的防软管插入部件(9)嵌入到与加油管的连接口(7)的内部,同时,通过将金属制的短管部件(13)嵌入到连接口的开口端侧的内周来防止防软管插入部件被拔出,该金属制短管部件的轴向端面与所述环状部件的轴向端面相对。
而且,本发明的方案2是将多个挡板的外形轮廓作成接近于半球面的形状。
根据本发明的方案1的构成,用于防止作为非法地抽取燃料行为的软管侵入到箱内的事件的挡板在燃料流路中起到整流板的作用,所以可对燃料的流入阻力的增大进行抑制。而且,由于利用连接口的开口端侧的内周上嵌有的金属制的短管部件,可得到防止防软管插入部件拔出的功能和抑制连接口的开口端侧变形的功能,所以不会导致零件件数的增加,并提高使加油管连接到连接口上的软管夹箍的结合力,且具有实质化提高防软管插入部件的防脱落的效果。
而且,根据方案2的构成,挡板的外形轮廓呈拱形,且即使用金属棒等顶也可分散该力,所以防软管插入部件难以破损。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图来详细说明本发明。
图1展示了本发明所适用的燃料箱的供油管周围。该供油管1整体呈直管状并由合成树脂材料形成,且法兰部3通过熔敷而被固定到合成树脂制燃料箱2的例如上角部的外面。
在伸入供油管1的箱2内的端部设有用于开关供油管1的输出侧开口面的蝶形阀4。该蝶形阀4一端与供油管1的开口面通过铰链连接,且通过安装到铰链轴5的受扭螺旋弹簧(未示出)而一直向关闭开口的方向加力,其在平时遮蔽开口面以不使箱2内的燃料逆流到供油管1内(图1中由实线所表示的状态),在供油时用克服受扭螺旋弹簧弹力的燃料流动压力来打开开口面(图1中由虚线所表示的状态)。
在供油管1的上端形成有连接口7,该连接口7与连接到向车体外开口的燃料注入口的加油管6的下端部相连接。加油管6由富于弹性的弹性材料形成,其下端部用金属制的软管夹箍8夹紧到供油管1的连接口7。
如图2所示,连接口7呈圆筒状,其内侧的中间部上嵌有防软管插入部件9。该防软管插入部件9为用合成树脂材料通过注射成型而制成的物体,由与连接口7的内周面嵌合的圆环状基部10、以及从基部10的轴向一端(上端)向上方突出设置的呈拱形的多个(本实施例中为3个)挡板部11构成。这里,多个挡板部11互相之间具有适宜的间隔并与连接口7的轴线平行地延伸,且其外形轮廓为接近于半球面的形状。而且,防软管插入部件9通过使基部10的轴向另一端(下端)卡紧于在连接口7内周面形成的台阶部12而确定其在连接口7内的轴向位置。
这样,通过使多个挡板部11互相之间具有适宜的间隔且与连接口7的轴线平行地延伸,可使挡板部11在燃料流路中起到整流板的作用。而且,通过使挡板部11的外形轮廓呈拱形(半球形),在非法抽取燃料而用金属棒等顶时,由于该外力向外周侧即连接口7的内周面分散,且由于即使例如供油管1为直管防软管插入部件9也难以破损,所以不对供油管1的形状进行制约便能够实现上述功能。
在连接口7开口侧的内周面上嵌有金属制的短管部件13。该短管部件13通过加热形成于连接口7的开口端的多个突起14以使之向内倾倒而防止从连接口7被拔出。此外,该短管部件13通过使其轴向下端面与防软管插入部件9的基部10的轴向上端面相对以防止其自身被从连接口7拔出,可具有防止防软管插入部件9脱落的功能。
通过该短管部件13,抑制了用软管夹箍8夹紧与连接口7相嵌的加油管6时的连接口7的倒伏,并提高了加油管6的夹紧力。
这样,通过将金属制的短管部件13嵌入连接口7的开口端侧的内周,由于可获得防软管插入部件9的防脱功能和抑制连接口7的开口端侧的变形功能,所以可在不增加部件件数的同时,使将加油管6固定到连接口7上的软管夹箍8的夹紧力增强,确保防软管插入部件9的防脱落。

Claims (2)

1.一种燃料箱的供油管,通过由可挠材料构成的加油管而与车体的供油口连接,其特征在于:
将由沿该供油管轴线互相平行延伸的多个薄板构成的挡板与环状部件的内周侧结合而构成的防软管插入部件嵌入到所述加油管的连接口的内部,同时,
通过将金属制短管部件嵌入到所述连接口的开口端的内周来防止所述防软管插入部件被拔出,该金属制短管部件的轴向端面与所述环状部件的轴向端面相对。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱的供油管,其特征在于:
所述多个挡板的外形轮廓为接近于半球面的形状。
