Abstract

本发明提供一种用于连续退火和热浸镀的双用途设备,用以通过在一单个设备中转换工艺路线来生产连续退火的薄钢板和热浸镀的薄钢板,并且根据本发明,通过设置一个旁路装置-它将薄钢板从连续退火炉引到水淬装置,而不经过用于连续退火和热浸镀的双用途设备中的镀覆槽和镀覆装置,使得能在生产连续退火产品期间防止从退火炉出来的薄钢板暴露于外部大气而被氧化,并实现较低费用的用于连续退火和热浸镀的双用途设备。

Description

用于连续退火和热浸镀的双用途设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于连续退火和热浸镀的双用途设备,用以通过在一单个设备中转换工艺(加工)路线而生产连续退火的薄钢板以及热浸镀的薄钢板。
背景技术
虽然至今一直按一般的做法使用设计用于各自用途的不同设备来生产连续退火的薄钢板和热浸镀的薄钢板,特别是热浸镀锌的薄钢板,但在日本未审查专利公开No.S55-6469或日本专利申请No.H11-5298中提出一种用于连续退火和热浸镀或热浸镀锌的双用途设备,用以在一单个设备中生产连续退火的薄钢板以及热浸镀的薄钢板。
日本未审查专利公开No.S55-6469公开了一种用于一条热浸镀作业线和一条连续退火作业线的双用途设备,其中,当生产连续退火的薄钢板时,出自于一个连续退火炉的薄钢板在平常大气中冷却,而不浸入到镀槽中。然而,由于刚从连续退火炉出来的薄钢板具有高温,如不采取对策将存在薄钢板表面氧化的问题。已提出这样一种想法,即设置一个酸洗设备,用于除去表面上的氧化膜。然而,这需要附加设备投资,新装一个废水处理设备和提高操作负荷。
日本专利申请No.H11-5298公开了一种设备,用以充分地降低连续退火炉出口处的薄钢板的温度,以便在薄钢板从连续退火炉出来并暴露于外部大气中时,防止薄钢板氧化。然而,要将薄钢板冷却到一个它暴露在平常大气中也不发生氧化的温度,需要在连续退火炉中有一个较大的冷却设备,导致设备投资增大。
发明概述
本发明提出一些措施,以解决上述问题并做出一种用于连续退火和热浸镀或热浸镀锌的双用途设备,以便在不引起设备成本大增的情况下生产薄钢板。
本发明的解决上述问题的要点如下:
(1)一种用于连续退火和热浸镀的双用途设备,其中,至少一个连续退火炉、一个镀覆槽、一个镀覆装置和一个水淬装置沿着薄钢板的行进方向以一条加工作业线的形式布置,其特征是具有一个能使薄钢板从连续退火炉直接引到水淬装置而不暴露于外部大气的旁路装置,该旁路装置的内部保持充满有非氧化性气氛。
(2)一种用于连续退火和热浸镀的双用途设备,其特征是具有续接着一个镀覆槽和一个镀覆装置的一个合金炉、一个薄钢板冷却单元或它们两者,并且装备有根据上述第(1)项所述的旁路装置。
(3)一种根据上述第(1)或第(2)项的用于连续退火和热浸镀的双用途设备,通过将该镀覆槽、该镀覆装置和一个吊车设置在该旁路装置的下面,能使该镀覆装置和该镀覆槽中的装备被运送和修理,并使生产效率提高。

图1是一个示意图,示出了一种应用本发明的用于连续退火和热浸镀的双用途设备。
优选实施例
下面基于一个例子对本发明做详细说明。
图1是应用本发明的一种用于连续退火和热浸镀或热浸镀锌的双用途设备的退火炉部分的示意图。薄钢板1在连续退火炉2中退火。在生产镀覆或镀锌产品时,薄钢板1在通过连续退火炉2之后,如所虚线所示,供送到镀覆槽3并被镀覆。然后,在镀层重量由镀覆装置4控制之后,薄钢板在合金炉5中经受合金化处理(根据需要),由薄钢板冷却单元6冷却,之后在水淬装置7中被进一步冷却到接近室温。上述工艺(加工)步骤的顺序与用于生产热浸镀或热浸镀锌产品的正常工艺顺序完全相同。
在生产连续退火的薄钢板时,薄钢板1要由水淬装置7冷却到接近室温,而不通过镀覆槽3、镀覆装置4、合金炉5和冷却单元6。然而,如果薄钢板1在通过连续退火炉2之后暴露于外部大气,则薄钢板的表面要被氧化。为防止氧化,在本发明中设置了旁路装置8,使得薄钢板能从连续退火炉2直接输送到水淬装置7,而不暴露于外部大气。
由于旁路装置8的内部保持充满有非氧化性气氛,该气氛的成分例如为5-10%的H2和95-90%的N2,它与连续退火炉中的气氛是相同的,所以薄钢片1能在不被氧化的情况下传送到水淬装置7并被冷却。另外,通过在旁路装置8的下面设置镀覆槽3、镀覆装置4和吊车(起重机)9,使得可以在生产连续退火产品期间,可以运送和修理镀覆槽、镀覆装置或镀覆槽中的装备,从而提高生产效率。
工业适用性
如上所述,通过将本发明应用到用于连续退火、热浸镀和热浸镀锌的双用途设备上,使得可以省去用于去掉薄钢板退火后表面上的氧化膜的酸洗装置。另外,也可以在生产连续退火产品期间利用吊车运送和修理镀覆槽、镀覆装置和镀覆槽中的装备,从而提高生产效率。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于连续退火和热浸镀的双用途设备,其中至少一个连续退火炉、一个镀覆槽、一个镀覆装置和一个水淬装置沿着薄钢板的行进方向以一条加工作业线的形式布置,其特征是具有一个能使薄钢板从连续退火炉直接引到水淬装置而不暴露于外部大气的旁路装置,该旁路装置的内部保持充满有由5-10%的H2和95-90%的N2组成的非氧化性气氛;该镀覆槽和该镀覆装置设置在该旁路装置的下面;所述双用途设备还具有在利用该双用途设备的连续退火炉生产连续退火产品过程的同时用于移送该镀覆装置和/或该镀覆槽中的装备的吊车,从而能在该连续退火产品生产过程的同时维修该镀覆装置和/或该镀覆槽中的装备;其中所述用于移送该镀覆装置和/或该镀覆槽中的装备的吊车设置在该旁路装置的下面。
