Abstract

本发明涉及一种装置,其能够更换喷嘴而无需改变从属容器或者装置内的压力比。依据本发明,上述装置中的目的由此得以实现,即在充压容器(1)上固定喷管(2),介质(20)借助于喷枪(7)通过喷嘴(8)导入该容器(1)内,该喷管(2)通过闭锁装置(3)与密封外壳(5)连接以置放喷枪(7),密封外壳(5)内设置密封圈(13a,13b,13c),它们在喷枪(7)导入密封外壳(5)的情况下,确保对容器(1)和外界的压力密封性。

技术领域
本发明涉及更换喷嘴的装置。
背景技术
在许多生产过程中为不同目的使用喷嘴。这些目的包括冷凝,冷却,净化和蒸发。此外根据目的使用喷嘴类型,如扁喷嘴,内圆锥喷嘴和外圆锥喷嘴。
一般是在容器或者过程装置的外围设备上使用喷嘴。这种安装方式除了收集和再循环工作液体外,还可以调节单量孔的确定状态。许多过程只有在非大气温度和压力下才有可能。介质借助于喷嘴喷入充压或者抽真空的容器或者管道内。在此方面,容器或者管道单壁或者通过双层套加热或者冷却构成。为连续工作一般具有多个喷嘴。这些喷嘴有时需要清理,为此必须进行更换。在更换喷嘴时,至少一个喷嘴保持工作状态,从而不致中断容器或者管道的压力或者真空运行。
本发明可能的应用领域是制造聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)。EP-B1-0244546介绍的装置借助于带有各自前置喷射冷凝器和后置混合冷凝器的多级蒸汽喷射泵冷凝余汽和产生真空,其中使用喷嘴。在这里通过喷嘴将特别是乙二醇导入真空机组。
公知喷嘴固定在喷枪上的解决办法是穿过喷管并法兰连接。其他解决办法是将喷枪穿过法兰连接在喷管上的球形轨道。但在这些解决方案中,更换喷嘴时需要中断运行或者容忍并非不明显的泄漏。
发明内容
从这一现有技术出发,本发明的目的在于提供一种装置,其用于更换喷嘴而无须改变从属容器或者过程装置内的压力比。
依据本发明,上述装置中的目的由此得以实现,即在介质借助于喷枪通过喷嘴导入容器内的充压容器上固定喷管,该喷管通过闭锁装置与密封外壳连接以置放喷枪,密封外壳内设置至少三个密封圈,它们在喷枪导入密封外壳的情况下,确保对容器和外界的压力密封性。为保证几乎绝对的密封性,这样限定密封圈,使得它们在喷枪导入的情况下压密地贴敷在喷枪的外圆周上,在相邻的密封圈之间设置至少一个用于阀门的通道以导入密封液体。并且在最靠近闭锁装置的密封圈和该闭锁装置之间设置至少一个用于阀门的通道以导入或者排放密封液体。将密封液体导入闭锁装置和密封圈之间的管道同时用于密封外壳的排气。在整个装置水平安装的情况下,该系统可以整体排气。在垂直安装或者该装置成角度安装的情况下,该系统几乎可以完全排气。
取代用于处于压力或者真空下的容器,该装置也可以用于充压或者抽真空的管道。该装置同样也可用于冷却或者加热管道或者容器以及用于单壁或者多壁的管道或者容器。
通过将密封液体导入密封外壳内,明显提高了装置的密封性。取代液体也可以使用气体雾化进行附加密封。
密封外壳可以通过密封外壳下面的阀门排气。
为保证喷枪直线穿过密封区并因此避免损坏密封圈,喷枪通过密封外壳内的至少一个导向装置定中心。如果喷枪处于水平或者锥形接触面上的话,还可以由此避免损坏喷嘴。

图1示出工作状态下喷嘴喷枪的设置;
图2示出进入和离开时喷枪的前端位置;
图3示出进入和离开时喷枪的后端位置。
具体实施方式
图1示出可以加热或者冷却的充压或者抽真空容器(1)的设置。在该容器上安装可以水平,垂直或者倾斜设置的喷管(2)。喷管具有上面置放喷嘴喷枪(7)的水平或者锥形接触面(2a)。喷管(2)上对中心法兰连接至少一个可压力密封或真空密封的球形轨道(3)并且压力密封或者真空密封法兰连接密封外壳(5)。作为对球形轨道的选择,也可以是其他带有例如像节流板直线通道的闭锁装置。在该设置内导入喷嘴喷枪(7)直至喷管(2)的挡块处。处于喷枪(7)前端的是喷射喷嘴(8)。所要喷射的介质(20)通过喷枪(7)末端上的软管(10)输送。软管(10)借助于迅动接合器(9)与喷枪(7)连接。喷枪(7)通过至少一个导向装置(6)在喷管(2)内定中心。密封外壳(5)直接法兰连接在压力密封或真空密封的球形轨道(3)上,并具有至少两个保证对容器(1)压力或真空密封性的密封圈(13a,13b)。密封圈(13c)保证对外部的压力或真空密封性。密封外壳(5)在密封圈(13a,13b,13c)之间充入密封液体。这种密封液体一般与喷入介质相同。作为密封圈(13a,13b,13c)例如可以使用轴或者杆密封圈。通过阀门(11b)和储存容器(12a,12b)向密封系统供给密封液体。密封单元通过安装在下部的阀门(11c)排气。密封单元在进入喷枪时通过阀门(11a,11b)和储存容器(12a,12b)在输入密封液体下排气。在工作状态下,带有内装喷嘴(8)的喷枪(7)对着喷管(2)的挡块(2a)定位。在工作状态下,所要喷射的介质(20)通过软管(10)输送。与此同时阀门(11a和11c)关闭。球形轨道(3)和阀门(11b)打开。容器(12a,12b)被加注密封液体。
当喷枪(7)离开时,停止输送喷射介质(20)。喷枪(7)进入球形轨道(3)后面的前端位置并校正(参见图2)。然后球形轨道(3)关闭。为压力平衡阀门(11a)打开。阀门(11b)关闭。喷枪(7)然后进入后端位置(参见图3),从而喷枪顶端连同喷嘴(8)仍在密封圈(13c)内部定位。然后密封外壳(5)通过阀门(11c)排气。然后喷枪(7)完全离开。
当喷枪(7)进入时,该喷枪进入后端位置(参见图3),从而喷枪顶端连同喷嘴(8)在密封圈(13c)的内部定位。球形轨道(3)和排气阀门(11c)关闭。通过喷枪(7)一定量的密封液体导入密封单元内。与此同时阀门(11a和11b)打开。在达到储存容器(12a和12b)内一定的液位后,结束输送密封液体。密封外壳(5)由此排气。喷枪(7)这时可以校正进入球形轨道(3)前面附近的前端位置(参见图2)。阀门(11a)关闭,而阀门(11b)仍旧打开。然后球形轨道(3)打开。喷枪(7)现在可以一直进入到水平或者锥形接触面(2a)的挡块处。在喷管(2)区域内污染的情况下,可以在喷枪(7)进入期间利用冲洗介质将该区域冲洗干净。

Claims (4)

1.充压容器(1)上的装置,包括固定于容器(1)的喷管(2),该喷管(2)通过闭锁装置(3)连接密封外壳(5)以置放用于导入介质(20)的喷枪(7),其中在密封外壳(5)中设置至少三个密封圈(13a,13b,13c),其特征在于,这样限定密封圈(13a,13b,13c),使得它们在喷枪(7)导入的情况下压密地贴敷在喷枪(7)的外圆周上,在相邻的密封圈之间设置至少一个用于阀门(11b)的通道以导入密封液体,并且在最靠近闭锁装置(3)的密封圈和该闭锁装置(3)之间设置至少一个用于阀门(11a)的通道以导入或者排放密封液体。
2.按权利要求1所述的装置,其中,密封外壳(5)下面设置阀门(11c)用于密封外壳(5)的排气。
3.按权利要求1所述的装置,其中,喷枪(7)通过密封外壳(5)和喷管(2)内的至少一个导向装置(6)定中心。
4.按权利要求1所述的装置,其中,喷管(2)具有一个水平的或者锥形的接触面(2a)。
