Abstract

本发明涉及用于生产电极及其它炭素材料的优质煤沥青粘结的生产方法。软化点30℃直馏软沥青或软化点82-87℃中温煤沥青加热到50℃-120℃后,与经预先混合并预热后的脂肪烃/芳香烃溶剂分别由泵送入静态混合器,通过静态混合器混合后再流入搅拌釜。经过搅拌、静止、分层后,搅拌釜下层即重相的直馏软沥青或中温煤沥青与脂肪烃/芳香烃溶剂的混合物料由泵送入溶剂回收塔,经溶剂回收塔回收溶剂并制取软化点82-110℃的煤沥青粘结剂。本发明的优点是工艺过程简单,用该方法生产的煤沥青粘结剂的技术指标能够满足高功率电极(HP)、超高功率(UHP)电极以及新型炭素材料生产的要求。

Description

电极用煤沥青粘结剂的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及用于生产电极及其它炭素材料的优质煤沥青粘结的生产方法。
背景技术
煤沥青粘结剂是生产炭素材料和炭素制品的主要原料之一,在生产电极或其它炭素制品的过程中,煤沥青粘结剂融化后与骨料一起混合、成型、共炭化和石墨化,制成炭素材料和炭素制品。
作为炭素材料和炭素制品使用的煤沥青粘结剂,应该具有很好的粘性,炭化后有较高的致密性,满足炭素材料和炭素制品最终产品质量的要求。特别是高功率(HP)、超高功率(UHP)电极以及新型炭素材料问世以来,以中温煤沥青、高温煤沥青为代表的传统煤沥青粘结剂,不能完全满足生产优质炭素制品的质量要求。
软化点(SP℃)低于120℃;喹啉不溶物(QI)不大于6-12%;β树脂含量大于20%;结焦值大于50%的煤沥青粘结剂,才能够满足高功率电极(HP)、超高功率(UHP)电极以及新型炭素材料生产的要求。表1列出国内4种煤沥青的主要技术指标。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够满足上述技术指标的电极用煤沥青粘结剂的生产方法,该方法是以中温煤沥青、直馏软沥青为原料,以脂肪烃/芳香烃为混合溶剂,经过充分混合后,静置、沉淀、分层,取出煤沥青与溶剂混合的重质组分(重相),经过常压或减压蒸馏,回收脂肪烃/芳香烃溶剂,制取软化点82-110℃的电极用煤沥青粘结剂的方法。
电极用煤沥青粘结剂的生产方法,其特征在于:软化点30℃直馏软沥青或软化点82-87℃中温煤沥青加热到50℃-120℃后,与经预先混合并预热后的脂肪烃/芳香烃溶剂分别由泵送入静态混合器,通过静态混合器混合后再流入搅拌釜。经过搅拌、静止、分层后,搅拌釜下层即重相的直馏软沥青或中温煤沥青与脂肪烃/芳香烃溶剂的混合物料由泵送入溶剂回收塔,经溶剂回收塔回收溶剂并制取软化点82-110℃的煤沥青粘结剂。
在常压和温度不高于160℃的条件下,软化点82-110℃煤沥青粘结剂与软化点112℃配合煤沥青在混合釜搅拌混合,制取软化点95-110℃的煤沥青粘结剂。
主要控制参数:
脂肪烃∶芳香烃      0.6-1.2∶1
混合溶剂∶煤沥青    0.6-3.5∶1
混合搅拌温度        90-160℃
静止沉淀温度        90-160℃
静置沉淀时间        2-20hr
混合釜温度          120-160℃
本发明的优点是工艺过程简单,用该方法生产的煤沥青粘结剂的技术指标能够满足高功率电极(HP)、超高功率(UHP)电极以及新型炭素材料生产的要求。
具体实施方式
1)原料:
软化点30℃煤焦油直馏软沥青
软化点82-87℃中温煤沥青
配合煤沥青质量指标:
Cp℃        112
QI%        0.16
β%        24.84
结焦值%    62.6
灰份%      1.29
2)主要控制参数:
脂肪烃∶芳香烃0.6-1.2∶1;混合溶剂∶中温煤沥青0.6-3.5∶1;搅拌釜温度90-160℃;静置沉淀温度90-160℃;静置沉淀时间2-20hr,混合釜温度120-160℃。
3)生产方法:
软化点30℃直馏软沥青或软化点82-87℃中温煤沥青加热到50℃-120℃后,与经预先混合并预热后的脂肪烃/芳香烃溶剂分别由泵送入静态混合器,通过静态混合器混合后再流入搅拌釜。经过搅拌、静止、分层后,搅拌釜下层即重相的直馏软沥青或中温煤沥青与脂肪烃/芳香烃溶剂的混合物料由泵送入溶剂回收塔,经溶剂回收塔回收溶剂并制取软化点82-110℃的煤沥青粘结剂。
在常压和温度不高于160℃的条件下,软化点82-110℃煤沥青粘结剂与软化点112℃配合煤沥青在混合釜搅拌混合,制取软化点95-110℃的煤沥青粘结剂。
3)实施结果:
煤焦油直馏软沥青、中温煤沥青、配合沥青制取电极用煤沥青粘结剂的实施结果列表3,三种煤沥青粘结剂的牌号分别为粘结剂1-3。

Claims (2)

1、电极用煤沥青粘结剂的生产方法,其特征在于:软化点30℃直馏软沥青或软化点82-87℃中温煤沥青加热到50℃-120℃后,与经预先混合并预热后的脂肪烃/芳香烃溶剂分别由泵送入静态混合器,通过静态混合器混合后再流入搅拌釜;经过搅拌、静止、分层后,搅拌釜下层即重相的直馏软沥青或中温煤沥青与脂肪烃/芳香烃溶剂的混合物料由泵送入溶剂回收塔,经溶剂回收塔回收溶剂并制取软化点82-110℃的煤沥青粘结剂;
主要控制参数:
脂肪烃∶芳香烃      0.6-1.2∶1
混合溶剂∶煤沥青    0.6-3.5∶1
混合搅拌温度        90-160℃
静止沉淀温度        90-160℃

2、根据权利要求1所述的电极用煤沥青粘结剂的生产方法,其特征在于:在常压和温度不高于160℃的条件下,软化点82-110℃煤沥青粘结剂与软化点112℃配合煤沥青在混合釜搅拌混合,制取软化点95-110℃的煤沥青粘结剂。
